  صدر عن الدائرة الاعلامية في القوات اللبنانية البيان الآتي:

  بعد اتفاق بين الدائرة الإعلامية في القوات اللبنانية ورئيس مجلس إدارة المؤسسة اللبنانية للإرسال الشيخ بيار الضاهر الأسبوع الماضي على استضافة رئيس الهيئة التنفيذية في القوات اللبنانية سمير جعجع في برنامج “كلام الناس” اليوم الخميس في 15 تشرين الثاني 2007 فوجئت الدائرة باتصال ظهراً من الشيخ بيار الضاهر يبلغها فيه إلغاء المقابلة متذرعاً بإجراءاتٍ قانونية كانت القوات اللبنانية قد لجأت إليها أمام القضاء المختص لتصحيح الوضع القانوني للمؤسسة.

  إن الدائرة الإعلامية في القوات اللبنانية إذ تأسف أشد الأسف لهذا القرار الغير المسؤول الذي اتخذه رئيس ادارة المؤسسة اللبنانية للارسال، تعتبر أن هذا التصرف مخالف للقواعد والأعراف المهنية والإعلامية ولأصول التعاطي الإعلامي، كما أنه يمس بحق التعبير المكرس في الدستور والقوانين اللبنانية.

  من جهة ثانية تعتبر الدائرة الإعلامية أن هذا التصرف هو غير قانوني لجهة طريقة إدارة المؤسسة وتخطٍ غير مقبول للصلاحيات القانونية المعطاة لرئيس مجلس الإدارة

  Geagea’s presence on the show was cancelled for another reason. It’s got nothing to do with any conflict between Geagea and Sheikh Pierre. Don’t fall into the trap the opposition is trying to create.

  It’s undeniable that there is a conflict between Geagea and Sheikh Pierre, but the fact of the matter is, stricly in regards to the law, Geagea and the LF have no grounds to claim the LBC. If they did, you can be damn sure, that there would have been a trial.

  I suggest to let them have it out in a court of law, and let the one who has the law on his side win.

  well this is really shocking, remember when kamal jumblat said that we can not fight against the maronites and win,but instead give them weapons and they will eat each other, i think he proved himself right in many incidents but can we at least prove him wrong at least one time,that’s the problem. and just to add on comment number 6 for bachir 7ay fina, u did not mention how pierre daher gave 49% of the lbc share to his cousin sleiman franjieh and then they made this funny masra7ieh that they went to court and pierre won the verdict and that he is the hero of the lbc and trying to make us forget how he made this play to make his cousin win millions, and just asking,i wonder why does walid bin talal the big share holder in AOL and CITY GROUP and ROTANA needs to buy LBC SAT? this man guys (daher)was never clean but there was no one putting his finger on the wound.

  This is shocking.. I never saw it coming from LBC. However with respect to the conflict, I really think that LBC should go back to the LF. After all they founded it and they only gave it to Daher cause the LF was dissolved and 7akim prisoned.

  I think that the LBC should be back to the LF because they made it.

  However,
  I would prefer if the LBC kept its programming the way it is, and didn’t turn into another propanganda TV station like FTV, Manar, OTV…

  pierre DAHER, you lost Hobby … you could’ve made millions of dollars that night from Dr.Geagea interview with marcel… as for him he didn’t lose anything! the people in Canada, the States and Australia that were waiting to see him they will love him MORE! hehe!
