Political Bankruptcy ? We can fix that ! Call Saad on 1-800-SAAD now and get yourself out of debt !!
All kidding aside guys, political scams or Jumblat scam is like propping up failed businesses will just lead to more failures. Yes, it’s awful, I hope those Christians who voted for Junblat are happy now.
I found commentary writer Delta very upset with Junblat and I don’t blame him for that. Any sane person with dignity would have felt the same way, but shame on those who still defend Junblat.. Junblat and Saad can’t hypocritically push for new alliance with M8, while at the same time ignoring their alliance at home ( M14)… someone must have baydat ( Al’s famous saying) out there.. Someone must say : hey bkerki you messed up !!
PS: Junblat is a bayk and will always be a bayk… Not a national leader !!

paul in M14 we love life so we have the philosophy that it is better to have loved and lost with Jumblat than never to have loved at all, our friend Doc has a different philosophy it is ye2ta3 el 7obb wa se3to
Doc I don’t want to take away your happiness that M14 lost Jumblat, for some reason you think we were madly in love with Jumblat and we miss him so much now we are crying all day, so be it ya khaye enjoy your happy moment you need it to lift your spirits after that beating in the election
I only want to comment about Bkerki, you say they messed up why? because they made a reconciliation between Christian and Druze instead of telling the Christians to continue hating Jumblat and the 90% of Druze who support him? or they messed up because they asked for Syria to leave Lebanon in 2000? or you think they didn’t know that Jumblat will one day change sides again? what is the right choice they should have made? to support Aoun and Hezbollah and run to the lap of Syria before Jumblat? This is why they messed up?
I think ya khayye Doc you are obsessed with attacking Bkerki’s position on anything as if they are the ones who have 30,000 rockets and causing the death of 1000s people or being allied with those who assassinate our leaders since 30 years ago, bet7our wa betdour wa bterja3 3ala Bkerki messed up, ya khayye why don’t you join the clergy so you can help Bkerki make better decisions, next time after the council of bishops meet we will have 2abouna Doc1559 read the statement

Joumblat, geagea, aoun, … all the same …. maybe Joumblat is smarter bc now he is joining muslims together and the christians (aoun and geagea) will get the finger and couple of seats in the government.

W, tenkit 3al 3Awniyeh deyman bi ma7allo bi kel il a7wel
It is even more appropriate since the election after all the comments you are all making about Jumblat, wlak bel 2alileh Jumblat told us where he is going since before the election, bass what about your hero Aoun? Did you hear him say that the “competition” with Hariri is over and now he is closer to him and he has to share responsibility with him? Yalla let’s see how much Isla7 and Taghyeer he will do in the next 4 years, I am putting all my hope in Gilberte Zouen turning Kiserwan into a Monaco.

17. kezballah | July 20th, 2009 at 7:02 pm
Doc, I agree with you we should not repeat the same argument, yes I am against attacking Bkerki like Frangieh style, but I am not against criticism that is not made to disrespect and offend, so I did not mean to stop you from giving your opinion, if I was offended by your post I will have replied differently but I only questioned why you are always concerned with Bkerki’s political position as if they are holding a gun on our head. For me everyone is allowed to question the political position of everyone, and of course we are allowed to reply
My apologies to you if I was hard in my reply it was not my intention.

“Allah yer7am bayyak, he was sitting excatly here, on this armchair and he was telling me the same thing YOU are telling me today… and he didn’t live long enough!”
These were the words that Hafez Al Assad said to Walid during a visit to Damascus in 1979… and since then Walid knew who assassinated his father…
From 1979 till 2005 he has been the “underdog” to Syria…until the attempt against Marwan 7AMADE, the assassination of HARIRI, and so on,… will he go back and be the “underdog” once again?
Probably yes!!! Because he wants to put the Druze in a neutral status in case of future fights in Lebanon.
I just hope he is wrong and that we won’t have new internal WARS… we want to live… we are fed up with killings!!!!!
