Lack of Planning
Posted by Roland_ayDear readers,
As this is my first post in these blogs, I chose to make it an economical post as i am fed up from politics these days. What really intrigues me is the fact that we are suffering under a huge national debt and it seems no one cares about it (by no one I mean politicians). I understand that we have more important issues to deal with, I understand that we are under a severe attack and that the current process will affect the future of Lebanon for the coming decades, but what i can not understand is the fact that no one is taking care of the economy. I am not talking about miracles, but what about planning. Who is stopping us from planning.
When Hakim was released and the syrians withdrew from Lebanon, i was talking to a friend of mine and i was full of confidence and hope and said to him that from now on, the political arena in Lebanon will be different, every party will recruit some of its members as specialist advisors and they will be competing who will come up with the best plan regarding economical and other important issues.
Oops, I was so wrong. Looks like we are cursed to always turn in an empty circle.

Ironically, i think we must learn here from Hariri who is still recruiting the most educated people around him ( Christians and Muslims) and who is educating the youth and therefore assuring himself a generation loyal to Hariri and elites of their society.
Why dont any of our leaders do the same ? Why doesnt the LF donate money to teach its youth ?
No clue.

there is nothing easier then talking, why doesn’t the LF do that and this and i dunno what. enough talking for the sake of talking , you got an idea propose it to someone and if they don’t go for it take it like a man. if don’t like it open ur own party and recrute and educate…

Charbel, when u see something wrong nd dont point to it, that means you agree on it. I only pointed to an idea and unfortunately i am in no position to propose it to anyone in the current chain of command of the LF due to personal reasons.
One more thing, for your info, NO I DONT LIKE IT and i am not gonna open another party, I have always been, am, and will always be an LFer, and no one, not you nor others can tell me to quit the LF bcoz nobody owns the LF. And with all due respect, nobody gave me for free my membership in the LF, i earned it with my sacrifices that i gave away so spare me this attitude please.
Thank you.

This attitude of you do not like it leave is what is bringing us down. Samir Geagea changed the political project of the LF without going back to the LF members and no one tell him leave. Every rafi’ has the right to say his opinion. Learn toa ccept different opinion, learn to be diffeent than the political parties in Lebanon and the arab world. learn to be free and democratic.
