Before saying what I came here to talk about, I would like to apologize in advance from all of you dear colleagues and friends for any inconvenience that you may feel towards my opinion. Some of you will even consider that I’m being arrogant for what I will say, but believe me I’m not.
I went for one week to Lebanon (and I’ve missed the Blog like hell), so I just came back to Kuwait with a dark picture in my mind on the situation in Lebanon, and I’m not talking here about the security or political or social situation, but about the Lifestyle, the ethics, about the Lebanese as a community, as individuals, and simply as humans.Lebanon has changed a lot, and unfortunately to the worse. The Lebanese have changed and started to move backwards, life in Lebanon is not what it used to be.
You walk or drive in the streets, and you will be lucky not to be hit or insulted or else, it’s like you were on the road to hell, finding cars with insane drivers on the steering, with the absence of any order and organization.
You go to any place to find people staring at you like you’re an alien or an enemy, and if you dare to talk to someone, you feel as he or she could finish your life only if they have a gun. (Of course I’m talking in general, not the Rabieh one).No electricity most of the time, and humidity may kill you. There is a lack in providing water, and in many other initial and basic services, while people are paying twice for everything, with the costs taking a giant stride from about 30 or 40 USD per 10 Amper to 120 and beyond.
Minimum Salaries are still standing at 300.000 LBP, while everything is being monopolized, and eventually taking an upward path in terms of prices.
You will say it was always like that, and you are right, but what has really changed is love and familiarity between Lebanese, which is missing to a big extent, since you will only divided people, whether politically, socially, in terms of ideology, or because of their own interests, and killing each others for any reason is not forbidden anymore, in fact it is the best thing they can do, only for the sake of a leader, a politician, or any silly matter.
I bet that a massacre will happen in Lebanon as soon as an order will be available to allow it, few are the ones who are still thinking well.
Our problem is so big that we are not able to see it. People, we’ve been in war since 34 years, we should be happy not to lose it all until now, but our nerves cannot afford more, the environment is not healthy at all, Lebanese from all parties are becoming (General Aoun) in his insanity and absence of any sense.
This is so dangerous for the future, and the main cause for this is that we’ve been ruled by a bunch of retarded, and we still are, we lost most of our best men and leaders, best youth, best brains, and best hope, Lebanon is suffering, the Lebanese have changed, yes they are still strong and can handle the war, they are still going out and living the way they desire, but their ethics are deteriorated, and I’m sorry to tell you that we’re losing our values and traditions, the good ones.
Even in our villages we lost this that unity, now everybody are busy with their own interests, and rarely you will see someone helping his compatriot or neighbor or friend.
We need to get our Lebanon back, we need to save the Lebanese living in our country from a disaster, whether socially, politically, or else, we need to recognize that Lebanon has changed and for the worse, only then we could try to save the country, not by considering that everything is normal, because it isn’t, we must get our Lebanon back, not the Lebanon of Hizb Shitan (war and moukawamat), not the Lebanon of Aoun (attacking everybody and dividing all parties and religions), not the Lebanon that Syria wants (Copie conforme d’elle), not the Lebanon of Iran (being the only territory to fight US and the west), not the Lebanon of the US (to try all the experiments of the Middle East), and of course not the Lebanon of 1943 pact, we want Lebanon of life, festivals, peace, love, and cool nerves.

    We’re slowly turning into SOMALIA.
    Look at the signs:

–We can’t accomplish the most basic tasks of democracy like electing a leader.

–Whenever you turn on the news, you hear there was a clash btw Al abou mawze and Al abou 3ale — Last week there was a fight btw two families that ended up in shots being fired OVER A PARKING SPOT! A #&*@% PARKING SPOT!!

–Carjackings are becoming an everyday thing. God knows when they’ll start kidnapping people.

–The govt doesnt give a $#!+ about the people, and can’t force its authority on a lot of places.

–The cops are corrupt, and won’t do their jobs unless you bribe them.

–WASTA is an everyday part of our culutre.

When I was living in Lebanon, whenever I asked someone who lives abroad what it’s like there, they would always tell me “l insen elo ime hawnik”. And I always thought that that was a corny answer and didn’t really get it. But now that I left Lebanon, I know what they mean. There’s actually no better way to describe the difference.

You’re right rodge, we’re loosing all of Lebanon. I lost most of my sense of belonging to Lebanon, especially when I saw more than half of the lebanese are nawar, terrorists and they never acknowledge Lebanon they only acknowledge their parties which are built on hating other Lebanese. How can I be “proud” to be Lebanese??? I used to always go I’m from Lebanon when I meet other people now I don’t tell people that I’m Lebanese, 7ayfakroni wa7ad jayi min wara il ba2ra who support militias and terrorism.

The army isn’t there, it’s just masikhra. They talk about salafists in tripoli who clashed with alawiye in Bab tibeneh. Well unfortunately without those salafists we would have had something similar to what happened and still happening in Beirut. When you hear people supporting the HA invasion of Jabal and Beirut you can’t wonder why these same people lack ethics.

You can’t feel the presence of a state because its not there. It’s like living in a jungle and that’s the consequences of it. People have lost hope in everything and they all now care only about living for the next day.

People are hating each other. I personally will hate any supporter of HA, Aoun, Iran, Syria, SSNP and the list goes on. I would hate them no matter what, I stopped talking to many friends whom I’ve known for years because of that. I can’t stand a person supporting militias, the destruction of my country, the invasion of lebanese regions, the kidnapping of Lebanese citizens, the assassination of Gebran and others.

All what I hope for is getting a new passport right now.

    rodge
u can start by changing ur way of thinking.
lebanon is changing mainly because ppl like u refuse to recognise others if they have a different way of thinking and opinions.
u mentioned those who do not care for neighbours . well look at ur hatred towards aounists. how can u expect lebanon to be good while there are ppl who hate those who represent the majority of lebs and christians in particular?
u want a change? then start with urselves. if u lost elections then u should not wish death for those who won . wish them luck and then support them for a stronger community. do not do ur best to fight them and destroy them because this will weaken us more.
do it for one sake : lebanon . and one day IF it happened that ur party won the elections then let ur behaviour now be an incentive for the lost party to acknowledge ur victoty and support u for the sake of a better lebanon.
do not let some silly elections be a reason for u to hate and try destroy ur brothers.

  • 5. Omega | September 2nd, 2008 at 6:35 am

tarek 3afek . u are now a fan of salafists and u support their behaviour. mabrook .
if u hate any militia supporters then why didn’t u mention ewet and hariri moustaqbal and jombi org? aren’t they militias as well?
sorry but u are an ignorant for stopping to talk to others simply because they don’t share the same opinion as u . this is a weakness in ur personality .
i personally have a few ewet friends and i never stopped talking to them. we are still like brothers. there is no reason in the world that can make me hate someone just because we have different opinions.
even u guys in here i don’t even know u but all what i know is that u don’t support aoun. i don’t hate u . and i don’t wish u death like DELTA once said he wishes aounists death.
this is lebanon since the start of it . it’s the country of the contradictions where u see black and white, rich and poor, hungry and starving, mzallat and mhajjab, western and eastern all together. we can be different but at the end of the day we are all lebs and we should not hate each other.

  • 6. N10452 | September 2nd, 2008 at 7:33 am

    Omega,
Why dont you start with yourself and abide by some principles when getting into elections and in life in general before lecturing others …

Lebanon was never the country of contradictions i am sorry .. it was a DEMOCRATIC country where Christians had the bigger say thereby enabling this country to remain liberal and allowing such differences ..

Its a VERY VERY different thing than having HA rule and allowing Aounist girls to wear Bikinis ( for the time being at least).

  • 7. Omega | September 2nd, 2008 at 8:31 am

    N
when getting into elections, the party that didn’t abide by rules and principles was march 14. during 2005 elections, march 14 and hezballa were allies. they hailed hezballa and its weapons. hezballa helped them get the majority of seats. also hariri money played a decent role and we all know that money is illegal in elections. hariri made promises to tripoli and akkar ppl so they vote for him. so the result was a majority of sunnies and shi3a electing all march 14 christian seats. ur hakim is part of march 14 christians isn’t he? how did he win his mps? by principles or clean rules? answer me ya N . how did nayla maawad win ? by her principles or by sunni votes of tripoli?
so when it comes to election principles u are the last one to talk .

when u say lebanon was never a country of contradictions then u know nothing about lebanon.
since the start of lebanon as a state, christians and muslims coexisted . and when u go to west beirut in 1950 and see the mhajbeen all over the place and then u go to east beirut at the same time and see ppl half naked on the beaches what do u call this?
when u see leb women in east beirut talking french and then in west beirut u see them talking formal arabic what do u call this?
when u see ppl in 1958 supporting abdel naser and at the same time u see ppl supporting camile sham3oun and the west what do u call this? mosh contradictions?
lebanon was a democratic country TO A CERTAIN EXTENT . but this does not mean it was not a country of contraditions. looks like u don’t know the meaning of the word contradictions.

allowing aounsist girls to wear bikinis? what about ewet girls what do they wear? hijab? maybe they do since now ur hakim follows hariri orders and most of u guys here support the salafiyyi of tripoli.
it;s funny when u say hezballa is ruling while at the same time ur march 14 has the majority of mp, majority of government and an m14 prime minister who has all the sala7iyet .
how come in 2005 elections hezballa was ok and ur hakim’s mps voted with the bayen el wizari that supported hezballa and its weapons? where are the principles u always claim u have?

  • 8. Tarek | September 2nd, 2008 at 8:42 am

Omega, someday I’ll burn my lebanese passport because of Lebanese like you.

  • 9. N10452 | September 2nd, 2008 at 9:48 am

    Omega,
First of all, when i address you as Aounist, you answer me based on what Aoun did, you dont go on the offensive on the LF .. i have the guts to critisize the errors the LF did since the elections until today …

So talk about your party and defend it, because attacking another to defend yours is just another way of admitting how wrong you are .

So ur first part is a big load of bla bla bla for me ..

Those contradictions you are talking about are lame ones, i am talking about how Lebanon was founded and on what basis … what you are talking about justifies more the need for federalism that we have advocated tons of years ago, and that your idiotic general launched war cause of it saying we lebanese ARE ONE PEOPLE and asked for secular states ..

My principles i dont need Hakim to believe i n them, the LF is not Hakim … unlike the AOUNIST movement which is practically Aoun and what line he choses to follow ..

I never violate any of my principles and will never do, you have turned yourself into a political prostitute throughout the years and sadly a proud one !

Sarlna 100 sene min2elkoun lebnen rekib ghalat and we need a structure to fix it wou chou bit2elle ??? ta2ifiyye wou 2in3izeliyye ..

Khalleek mabsout bi those contradictions laken .. keep in mind that in Egypt, Copts also ring bells and wear bikinis … bass meen semi3 fiyoun ??

Same thing is happening to us Christians .. and you Aounists have become dhimmists by excellence ..

    wou Lebnen ra7 yib2a..

  • 10. Rodge | September 2nd, 2008 at 10:19 am

    Mickel,

Thanks for what you’ve mentioned, i’m depending on you and many others to complete the idea, since i didn’t have much space.

    Tarek.

U’re right about the passports issue, it is sad but real, all Lebanese are looking for another passport.

    Omega,
you were talking about recognizing elections results, did you people recognize any result?? do they recognize the majority, or only they own claim of majority??
I want to tell you that what happened to Lebanon occured because of people like you and ur ally Hizb and all the Syrian dogs, it happened because of the people who ruled us between 1990 and 2005 under the Syrian influence.
I don’t hate Aounis, Aounis hate themselves, they hate everybody who doesn’t say Viva Aoun, well i’m not gonna say it,I hate Aoun, and I have the right to do so, since I consider him the ennemy of Lebanon, and mostly of Christians and Aounis.
You should ask the people who left him, the last one was Charbel Khalil.
As for the rest, I think N10452 did a great job in replying and clarifying things here.

  • 11. Fou2ad | September 2nd, 2008 at 10:45 am

Rodge, it’s not lebanon that’s changed, it’s you. You’ve gotten used to living with simple people in kuwait, and when you came back to lebanon you found that in comparison lebanese(especially christians) are unpleasant people to be around.
PS: Dosn’t Charbel Khlail still work in OTV?

  • 14. THERESINIA | September 2nd, 2008 at 11:59 am

    RODGE,

This is precisely what I have been saying for the past TWO YEARS!

IN THE HISTORY OF LEBANON, WE MUST WRITE IN THE ROCK THAT THE GENERAL OF RABIYEH HAS CREATED HATRED AMONG CHRISTIANS.

I don’t care about Hizb Shitan and other ennemies of Lebanon. I care about the LOSS of our Christian SOUL, Charity, Love, Care, hospitality, etc…. caused by the MEGALOMANIA of a MADMAN!

  • 15. paul | September 2nd, 2008 at 12:59 pm

  • 16. Christian | September 2nd, 2008 at 1:09 pm

well Omega..frankly speaking I come from outside and I dont follow any party, person, or belief, its an ideology I believe in..reading and getting to know lebanese politics better and better (I’m half Lebanese) I come to see it is this that the Lebanese Forces has come to stand up to, a stand behind a belief that will help the Christians in Lebanon. You talk about the Sunnites and the Druze as if we are one..if people get more and more educated you will come to see that is not what’s going on. There is a common enemy to the three sides (LF, Sunnites, and Druze), which is hezbollah, and either of the 14th March factions can not stand alone against. Once this common enemy is destroyed, every side will call for their own beliefs and what they think is right. The Sunnites will call for neutralization, the Druze will call for the rights in the mountains, and the LF will do anything to stop them. Get my point? Now what is common amongst Aoun and Hezbollah..they want a unity government? they got one..they want a victory against Israel?..Hezbollah “got” one..they tried getting Aoun to the Presidential Palace, they failed..what more is there that is c ommon? nothing. We Christians are Liberal in our thinking, we can argue, talk, dicuss, that is why I enjoy this blog..other religions have no rights to express their opinions…its a shame to see Aoun burn the Christians’ 2005 votes, oppose his own 1559 where he was the Leb. man in the US congress, speaking to a full extent against Heabollah..lets hope for the best.

  • 17. Christian | September 2nd, 2008 at 1:18 pm

just to add a small remark..Omega I respect what you believe in, dont get me wrong, its just the way a strong belief such as yours may be fooled by a foolish person.

  • 18. Rasheed | September 2nd, 2008 at 1:51 pm

    Rodge is right.

But, what do you expect from people after 4 years of continuous terrorizing by the Syrian regime, its agents, Hizb, Israel, etc, with bombs, invasions, threats, conspiracies and efforts to divide every community, sect, region along whatever division lines are possible?

Add to that the economic situation, where prices have increased 40 to 50% on average.

  • 19. Rima | September 2nd, 2008 at 2:50 pm

    Welcome back Rodge…

I always thought that peoples’ morality and ethics suck…I was one day in a shop and heard a lady defending her being a liar by saying that if everyone lies than she is obliged to do likewise…I was extremely shocked so I told her: Following the same logic if everyone kills does that justify your becoming a killer?

I suffered so much in Lebanon, not so much from war, but from this culture based on lies gossip and rudeness….I can’t beleive how harsh are people to each other, especially in the workplace…
Anyway, I agree with you rodge and share your frustration

Tarek: You are speaking my mind
Omega: Khay I am not reading your posts anymore…heik aryah

  • 20. Danny | September 2nd, 2008 at 2:53 pm

Lebanon lives in our dreams alone. As usual we think of the past as glorious and live with nostalgia. Most of us lived through the humidity, pollution and the insane drivers…racists had always been around. The fundamental change seems to be the towering army of HA’s mafia. The March 14 and LF have chosen the peaceful resistance which might pave way hopefully.

The geopolitical shift seems to be on our doorstep: Syria is trying to appease the west by closing down the terror shops:
    http://www.naharnet.com/domino/tn/NewsDesk.nsf/getstory?openform&E9C1D2B0263B5CB4C22574B800224929

Also, let’s not forget the liquidation of Muggsy.

Omega, you seem to be infantile jerk who lacks logic and screaming out for attention. If you have any logical rebuttals or suggestions they are welcomed. If you insist on yapping about the village idiot your leader without common sense reasoning; you are in need of help from Mental Health experts.

Rodge, we all see what Lebanon was…we had spurts of supposed good years in between conflicts. Until Lebanon becomes non sectarian in their thinking and institutions we do not have any hope. That will be the first stepping stone! That’s the guarantee of minority rights.

  • 21. Omega | September 2nd, 2008 at 2:55 pm

    N
federalisation will never happen in lebanon. u can kep dreaming about it but it will never happen.
lebanon is a watan for the christians but not only for them. it is a watan for others as well.
u have to accept this fact . even bashir gemayel said that lebanon is not made for us the christians only but it is indeed our country.
if u cherish bashir and u love him and u celebrate his memory every year then at least follow his steps . he died for 10452 and not for te2seem. ur hakim is now ruining all what bashir died for because he is simply a double agent for syria and isreal.
march 14 are trying their best to make syria re-enter lebanon from the alawi gate of tripoli. they are just fulfilling an american agenda and they are playing the role of a servant for the international games.
if bashir was still alive he would definately not be a part of march 14 simply because he refuses to play the role of being hariri and jombi servant.
so i suggest u follow bashir’s principles rather than ur hakim’s simply because ur hakim has none.

one last thing . i don’t need to defend aoun especially in this blog. so far i felt no need to simply because all what u accuse him of relates to u and yalli baytou min 2jez ma byersho2 el nes bi 7jar.
it is obvious here in this blog that the only reason u accuse aoun is because u hate him so much and u are jealous because ur hakim does not have the popularity that aoun has. aoun kbeer w biydall kbeer and he is not waiting for me to defend him . and definately what u guys think of him does not change anything in the world. at the end of the day, no one can have 100% of support . it’s ok to have a minority opposing him especially if this minority are ewet . the more they attack him the more his popularity grows . so keep the good job guys.

    Omega,
Again a very lame way of arguing, keep dreaming ??? federalism will not happen because no Christian except the LF leaders had the guts to admit that is the only way out and it was very doable in 1982 lawou ma met Bachir ..

I am dreaming for you & me to live peacefully wou inta ba3dak bitba3bi3 wou bit2elle keep dreaming wou Lebanon is one wou is secular bla bla ..

Federalism does not make Lebanon for Christians .. and ur ignorance by quoting Bachir is shining now for all others to see in regards to federallism & bachir ..

Dont teach me what Bachir died for, the reason why Bachir died made me more convinced Federalism if not Division are the way out ..

I follow the LF principles, a party founded on principles and a cause kept alive by our martyrs …

I dont follow Bachir or Samir, u should try sometimes following an idea, not a man .. and what a man !

Finally, i hate Aoun ?? is that the best u can come up with ? lool … wou cha3beeto kbeere ?? loool ..

Walla i wouldnt be surprised he wins the elections kamen iza fi mitlak kam alf …
I feel bad for u guys when u join Aoun .. la2anno Aoun 3erfo 7ayawen bi kel ma3na el kelme manipulating u and driving us all to a hole allah ma ra7 yitalli3na minno ..

As for the blog, it seems mich 2ahrak 2ella 2anno this blog is showing Aoun as he truly is and in the same time not complimenting March 14 Christians .. 2ahrak la2anno fi 3alam bte7ke el 7a2 mitil ma houwwe ..

I want to give you special news on AOUN no one has for the moment. AOUN is now meeting with Isam Fares and syrian officials onboard of his very luxury yacht WEDGE II in south of France. Isam Fares flew away on his personal plane the same day Hariri was assassinated and has been hiding anonymously behind a long beard in cap ferrat (on the cote d’azur in south of france) without ever daring to return to Lebanon.Last but not least AOUN is staying in the paris hotel 5 ***** in a suite at 7000 euros the night. I hope you will publish this info. You will be the first to reveal what Aoun is doing behind the curtains.

  • 30. fad14 | September 2nd, 2008 at 7:15 pm

ya Christian: Aounieh found a match made in Heaven with Hizbulla and Amal and Marada.

Whatever Aoun says is right, they never argue with him, same applies for their allies, The biggest danger is sometimes they are wrong and sometimes they are right but they don’t know what times they are in.

    Tony KURBAN,

If the story is true, it represents a dangerous development. anyway, thx for the infos.

    Fou2ad,

I insist that Lebanon and Lebanese living there are the ones who changed. I lived most of my life in Lebanon, and i’m used to the stress people are living there, but the current situation represents something beyond that.
One more thing, what is ur problem with Christians, and why everytime you grab the opportunity to insult them. Be aware, it is a red line, don’t pass it or…

i come to this site to have some fun and laugh at ur comments . trust me i am not upset if ppl like u say anything bad about aoun. i will be surprised if u say something good about him simply because u are well trained to say the same b*llcr*p over and over again.
ya n , ppl don’t listen to what u and ur fellows here say about aoun. they don’t care what u say. why do u think me, fou2ad, cedar and others come to this site? to argue with u about ur hakim and aoun? they come here just to have some fun.
look at what terms u use: betba3bi3 . meen 3am biyba3bi3? me or those who keep cursing aoun and wishing aounists death day and night? look at u and ur fellows how u react to every word i say and then say meen 3am biyba3bi3.
the only ones in lebanon who are 3am biyba3eb3ou are the ewet . and the funny thing is no one listens to them not even their masters jombi and hariri.
it looks like u need a lot of lessons to learn about bashir and what he died for. the first thing to do is stay away from ur hakim and amin because they are the contradiction of bashir and his cause and what he died for.
ba3den please tell me why did all bashir loyalists leave the ewet and amin after bashir died? why did ur hakim have to be a ewet leader by an inqileb? he forced himself onto the ewet leadership and since he got the job he did a very good job of destroying the bashir dream (not to forget amin’s contribution to destroying this dream) .
it looks like i am wasting my time arguing with u . so i will leave u 3am betba3bi3 with ur fellows who will now get frustrated about my comment and start cursing yameen weshmel, and i will probably talk with u again once u learn a few more facts about lebanon’s history and CONTRADICTIONS and present situation and once u learn more about bashir and the reason why he died.
u prove to me that u are a bunch of uneducated fanatics.

    Omega,

Just buzz off…You must be a very lonely lunatic…

  • 34. Mickel | September 3rd, 2008 at 1:01 am

The difference between AOUNIS and LFers is simple and abvious.

    It’s in the name:

They’re called 3AWNIYYEH; they follow AOUN, the person.

We’re called OUWATJIYYEH; we follow OUWET, the cause and idea.

If Hakim today signed a MoU with HA, all of his supporters would leave him because they’re not with him as an individual, they with him as the leader of the LF. That’s why we can criticize him, because he’s not the one we’re following — he represents what we’re following.

I know a lot of people who are with Aoun just because they hate Hakim– and that’s wrong. I think those people should leave Aoun and take back the FREE PATRIOTIC MOVEMENT who is being stolen by Aoun.

Man, we have way too many idiots in this country. Lebanon has become more like a mental asylum with everyone screaming at each other. Omegay, if you are the majority yihnelkoun el balad, w nshallah into wil el General bitraj3ou Libnen el akhdar yalli nihna el ewet khrabneh. Khayyi kouno ahsan minna, get the majority in the elections and turn the country into a civilized no corruption country. Zra3ou arze bil dahyeh w into shtighlou ma3 Hizballah w disarm them. By the way, thanks a lot for the education, I did not know that you guys are keeping Bashir’s dream alive by Liberating Palestine, I guess I need to read more history.

lmaooo this is so funniest blog I ever been to

Lak iza bel blog u guys argue what if u guys all knew each other in person..u guys will kill each other…and for what? Hakim this hakim that aoun this aoun that. This is so pathetic. Lak screw every shitty politician in Lebanon. what did we see from them? nothin but destruction of a beautiful country and dividing of its ppl. For once fight for the Lebanese cause not ur political cause. I do not blame the 7m lebanese who r outside of Lebanon who don’t want to even return to their homeland…why? Coz ppl like u guys. Ppl now rather grab their political party flag over the Lebanese flag what a shame such a beautiful country filled with ugly souls who don’t deserve it. 3ayb 3aleykon 3anjad. I rather see LEBANON get disappeared from the map then to see ppl like u live in it.

    livingsomewhere,

I share you the idea, and I agree with you, but I don’t know why you consider the guys here in the blog as funny and as the cause of all the problems. No man you should think again, I think there are the best people here, and you should not judge one from a discussion he made or an opinion he gave.
In fact, no one can be totally neutral in this conflict, and when you said that this is the funniest blog you ever been to, you’re are totally wrong my friend, because starting the administrator of the blog, N10452, people here are defending a cause, and you can realize that by the quality of posts and opinions, mainly for N10452, who is sometimes more attacked for his criticism to the LF leadership and acts, then for defending the LF.

  • 40. Tony KURBAN | September 3rd, 2008 at 12:57 pm

AOUN spent 3 days in one of the most LUXURY hotels in the world at the HOTEL DE PARIS in MONTE CARLO in the CHURCHILL Appartment suite at 7500 euros per night. He was seen with Isam FARES and other unknown people at the BAR of the hotel drinking and laughing.According to one of the lebanese crew members of the luxury YACHT of Isam FARES there were syrian officials on the yacht. All the meetings were on the yacht WEDGE II.AOUN left on TUESDAY morning to the airport in the limousine of Isam FARES.This information is 100% correct.

Just came back this morning from Beirut n i was sooo happy to leave.

I’m not sure if people have changed or i did.
One of the things that attracted my attention, is the respect (fear) of the Lebanese for the syrians.
I even heard young Lebanese wishing the return of the syrians. I have Syrian friends who came especially to Lebanon to see me n i was puzzled by the warm welcoming of the Lebanese whenever we went out!

As for Aoun spending big money, well it seems he just bought 2 super deluxe appartments to Mireille n Claudine.

Btw Rima, i also skipped all the comments posted by Omega; I have seen enough idiots like him in Lebanon.

One thing for sure, I could no longer go back to live in Lebanon…

Chick u need to wake up and smell the roses or should I say the Dawrahs grabage so u can realize u live in Lebanon. Can u tell me how long Lebanon has been this day? if i remember since the day I was born and everyone else in here 2. Lebanon will stay this way as long as they r hypocrite like u have this kind of mind set. U want change start with urself.
