Who thinks that the Lebanese Army has won the battle ?
Some of you would think that the Government has won.
Others would think that it was a pure Lebanese Victory and it was done by the Lebanese Army.
How about Michel Sleiman?
isn’t he a winner too ?
Why did the battle end now?
Why did Hassan Nasrallah claim that Nahr El Bared is a red line as well as the Lebanese Army?
And if I got wider imagination, I would have got more and more questions.
All those questions listed above are dots and if you connect those dots you figure out that Nahr El bared battle has been cooked by the syrians not only for weakening the Lebanese Army nor even to cause instability and security issues in Lebanon. It was meant also to give credibility to Michel Sleiman.
Once the battle is done, he would look powerful, strong and able to act without responding to anyone not even to Hassan Nasrallah.
Now, the battle is done. The Lebanese Army claimed Victory. Michel Sleiman became Michel Sleiman the great.
What’s the next syrians step ?
Lahood spoke about it, he will name Michel Sleiman to lead a transitional Government and you know the rest.
Michel Aoun gave us an example of such scenario. The only difference this time is Aoun wasn’t 100% controllable (They didn’t give him the candy) but Sleiman is.

Remember guys, Sleiman became the leader of the Lebanese Army during the syrian occupation.

Pray for the Lebanese Army Soldiers, the martyrs and the alive among them.
Despite all the political filth, they were a great honored soldiers.

I think that the war in NEB is a war without political background.

  • 3. Rodge | September 2nd, 2007 at 7:24 pm

    So right,

Johnny yes i remember, and today i said almost the same while commenting on the previous posting. I want to add a dot or question mark about the fate of Shaker Absi. There is something wrong in this, and i think it was a deal with the same purpose PK mentioned here. Look at the timing, perfect for Sleiman and his supporters. To all who still don’t believe in what the Syrians can plan for, please open your eyes and ears and minds, you should not fall to these kinds of games anymore.

this war is still not over,,,they still didn´t capture ´´chakir 2ill 3absi or other members´´ and i hope they will do it soon, until that i don´t think it is a smart idea for the people to go on the street and celebrate, i totally understand there happiness, but they must controll it at least for a while….

well if u guys´´johnny ,rodge…´´ think that naher el bared is founded by the syrian and blabla…, why the hariri´s was helping them out with the money…or maybe more….you shouldn´t forget that too….,everybody knows it and this can´t be denied…,bill niheyeh most of the members of fati7 islam are sa3oudies nationalities…..
the army should investigate as much as possible with the family members of fati7 islam….

    well 7abill 2ill kizib 2asir…w nchalla 2ariban kill chi byitwada7…..

    Jhonny,

I would like to correct my comment2

the war in NEB have nothing to do with the presidency.

  • 8. paul | September 2nd, 2007 at 8:52 pm

    Jhonny

1-all the lebanese goverment was during the syrien occupation not only sleiman exception,geagea,3aoun.

2-I would not like that all triumph against Syria during the war have something to do with the presidency.(za7le)
3-to ask if the army won,is demoralized to all who want to enjoy it in the future, thus remains HA the no.1 for them.

we assume that what you say is correct, and hariri help them with money etc.

can you pls. tell me why hariri does such a thing?
he has perhaps fear from the armed chi3a?

  • 10. rony | September 3rd, 2007 at 8:21 am

the chi3a´s are armed and it is clear that they recieved or still recieving weapon from iran etc….but in fact they are using them against israel and not sunnit in lebanon right? so why hariri should be scared???

Su2al:…katyouchia yalleh sta3malouhon fat7 al islam kamena masdaron al hariri?

According to army intelligences, there are many Lebanese fighters in fat7 al islam. Moreover, extremist movements(2usooliyeh) in Tripoli close to Omar karami have helped fat7 al islam. And a lebanese armed party gave weapons to it. Even some of the Palestinian sheikhs negotiating b/w the army and F Islam were siding with Fat7 al islam and reporting to fat7 al islam fighters where the army is locating in the camp.

Everyone keeps asking how these guys “snuk” weapons into the camp!

    They didn’t
they just took over the ammunition and weapons of Fateh l intifadah, that were already in the camp.

  • 19. Johnny.B | September 5th, 2007 at 8:49 am

    mikel,

  • 20. Michel Aoun | November 21st, 2007 at 7:05 pm

Everything proved that the fanatics inside the camp responded only to “allah the great”. If it really was syria…well they would’ve moved chiia people against the army somewhere somehow.
Guys….go do a search concerning “cheikh khaled rached” …read about his teachings ….sunni , the allies of the LF for the moment are the most fanatic human beings on earth so take care and watch out !
