Tuesday, March 2nd, 2010انتقدنا بشدة أحد الأصدقاء من الذين لا يزالون يؤيدون العماد ميشال عون على توزيعنا مقابلة السيد كميل دوري شمعون وتسويقنا المركز لها واعتبر أن دوري شمعون أصبح نائباً بفضل وليد جنبلاط وأنه لولا العماد عون لكان الحريري اشترى لبنان وهجر المسيحيين. ويقول إن كميل دوري شمعون “ما بيفهم بالسياسة وموظف عند الحريري”، واستغرب انتقاد هذا الأخير “لأكبر رجال الشرق الذي هو العماد عون” وأفاض “برباعيات” “وقصائد الزجل” و”العكاظيات” التي نسمعها من المدافعين عن خيارات عون.

يا أخي المشكلة كما يتبين من كلامك هي أنك لا نرى غير ميشال عون الماضي، عون الشعارات وعون أيام قصر بعبدا والمنفى. أنت غير قادر على رؤية عون الحالي، عون الخيانة والخداع والنفاق والديمغوجية. عون رافع شعارات “رمي إسرائيل في البحر”، والمقاومة والتحرير بمفهوم حزب الله و”الشيطان الأميركي والاستكبار العالمي”، وعون نعيم قاسم وعباس الهاشم ومحمد رعد، وعون باقي ربع السورنة والملالي، ومثلك للأسف كثر يرفضون بعقلهم اللاوعي الخروج من فخ وشباك هذا الرجل الذي باع كل شعاراته وكفر بكل القيم وأمسى الإسخريوتي صغيراً جداً مقارنة بأفعاله وارتكاباته.
لا اعتقد انك كنت قريباً من هذا الرجل قرب العشرات الذين اكتشفوا كذبه وكفره في الوقت الصحيح وخرجوا من مصائده ولم يلتحقوا بأحد، بل حافظوا على خطهم الوطني وعلى قناعاتهم والثوابت.
بالطبع هذا لا يعني أن الآخرين من طاقم السياسة النفعيين والوصوليين والمتلونين هم أفضل حالاً من عون لأن من تربى على التبعية يموت وهو تبعي وذليل، ولكن 100 شيطان وشيطانة لو تزوجوا لا ينجبون ملاكاً واحداً. ورزمة من الأخطاء لا تنتج صحاً واحداً.
A few questions from the heart…
Tuesday, March 2nd, 2010Over the last five years I have seen so many things that prompt me to want to write what will follow…so here goes:
Day and night we hear accusations by Oranges about how the LF committed horrible crimes and how the LF shelled them and how the LF kidnapped them etc etc etc.
Now, I don’t know how it escaped them but during the same war, Syria did the same thing.
SSNP did the same thing.
Baath did the same thing.
Amal did the same thing.
It is funny that most of the crimes attributed to the current LF were in fact committed by Hobeika with a direct influence from Syria and some of the parties in M8 today.
Needless to mention the ties that linked aoun and Hobeika throughout the later part of the 80s.
It is also funnier when one considers that what the LF was accused for back in 1989 is today being perpetrated by HA and other members of M8: weapons outside the control of the army, drug dealing etc etc etc…

Samir Geagea…en quelques lignes
Saturday, February 27th, 2010Y en a qui le vouent aux gémonies depuis des années et qui voudraient le voir croupir en tôle. Y en a d’autres qui vont jusqu’à souhaiter sa mort et qui l’appellent l’assassin. Et y en a d’autres encore qui, se remémorant le passé, se méfient de lui malgré son mea culpa. Mais y en a qui, même s’ils sont nés alors qu’il était derrière les barreaux, lui vouent un culte inégalé, et d’autres aussi – de plus en plus nombreux – qui, conquis par sa « sagesse » – quoique récente -, se sont rangés à ses côtés.
Ce qui est certain, c’est que ce personnage ne laisse personne indifférent et même ceux qui prétendent ne pas le porter dans leur cœur se rendent à l’évidence, malgré tout, que ce qu’il dit depuis sa sortie de prison est cohérent, réfléchi et surtout courageux.
Ses prises de position sont hardies et claires et son verbe pondéré et poli, par opposition aux insultes dont usent et abusent ses adversaires. Et même si ses propos tombent dans de « sourdes oreilles », nul ne peut nier qu’il est le seul qui ose dire tout haut ce que bon nombre d’entre nous pensent tout bas.
Traité de rapace, de vautour, de corbeau et j’en passe… Cet homme affublé de tant de noms d’oiseaux serait-il finalement celui que nous espérions ? Réussira-t-il à convaincre les plus récalcitrants ou la haine et les fantômes du passé seront les plus forts ? L’histoire nous le dira.

Lebanese Forces Communique…
Saturday, February 27th, 2010مع إستمرار الحملة الاعلامية المبرمجة لتشويه صورة “القوات اللبنانية” على خلفية توقيف المواطن بطرس حبشي، صدر عن الدائرة الإعلامية في “القوات” البيان الآتي:
“من جديد تستعر الحملة السياسية والإعلامية التي تطال القوات اللبنانية على خلفية مواقفها الوطنية الصلبة، وهي تتزامن هذه المرّة، مع المؤتمر الصحافي الأخير للدكتور سمير جعجع والذي وضع فيه النقاط على الحروف مصوّباً البوصلة السياسية باتجاهها الصحيح والمتمثّل بضرورة حصر قرار السلم والحرب بيد السلطة الشرعية اللبنانية وحدها دون سواها.
آخر تجليّات هذه الحملة المبرمجة كانت مسألة القاء القبض على بطرس حبشي، فتجندّت بعض الوسائل الإعلامية المشبوهة وبعض الأقلام المأجورة لسوق الإتهامات في كل الإتجاهات، متوخيّةً في حملتها تلك، اسلوب التعميم، والإسقاطات الجوفاء، والتي لم تسلم منها لا بلدة دير الأحمر، ولا القوات اللبنانية من رأس الهرم الى شرائحها المتعددّة.
امام هذا الإسفاف المتمادي، تجد الدائرة الإعلامية في القوات اللبنانية نفسها مُضطّرة لدحض هذه الإتهامات ووضع الأمور في نصابها الصحيح :
اولاً) في الشكل:
إن إتبّاع اسلوب التعميم لا ينسجم مع الحدّ الأدنى من الموضوعية التي يُفترض ان تتحلّى بها وسائل الإعلام تلك، لا بل ان توخّي “التعميم” يُشكّل مسّاً وإهانة لشريحةٍ واسعةٍ من الرأي العام اللبناني بشكلٍ عام، واهالي دير الأحمر والقاعدة القواتية خاصةً.
وبالمناسبة نقول:”لا تزرُ وازرةٌ وزر أخرى”، ولا ينمو الزؤان في بلدةٍ لبنانية دون سواها، فلكل بلدةٍ او عائلةٍ او حزبٍ أو مؤسسةٍ، قمحها وزؤانها. ومن المُخزي اخذ الجميع بجريرة أحدهم.
فهل يُعقل، مثلاً، إتهام اهالي بلدة تبنين، التي ينتمي اليها الرئيس برّي، بالخيانة، وذلك لمجرّد إلقاء القبض على المدعو اسامة برّي بتهمة العمالة لإسرائيل؟
وهل يُعقل إتهاّم عناصر ومسؤولي حزب الله بالإحتيال او الخيانة، وذلك لمجرّد إعلان صلاح عز الدين إفلاسه، او لمجرّد القاء القبض على مروان فقيه بتهمة التعامل مع اسرئيل؟
وهل يُعقل القول ان اهالي الضاحية الجنوبية، حيث يقطن العميل هيثم السحمراني، كانوا مُطلّعين على نشاطاته حتى يُحجموا عن التعاطي معه في الجوانب الاجتماعية والحياتية؟
ثانياً) في المضمون:
*إن القاء القبض على بطرس حبشي، هو كغيره من الإعتقالات التي تنفذّها القوى الأمنية كل يوم على خلفياتٍ جنائية، وبالتالي فإن ما قام به البعض لجهة التصويب المباشر باتجاه “القوات اللبنانية” وأحد معاقلها الرئيسية في البقاع الشمالي دير الأحمر، يستبطن نوايا مبيّتة هدفها ضرب الخطّ السيادي الذي تنتهجه “القوات اللبنانية”.
*إن توقيف بطرس حبشي، أثناء صعوده عن طريق الصدفة، في السيارة الخاصة للنائب ايلي كيروز، والتي لا تحمل اي لوحة زرقاء، ومن دون وجود النائب المذكور فيها، يدّل بشكلٍ واضح على عدم وجود أي نيات مبيتة عند مرافقي كيروز، وإلا لكانوا سلكوا إحدى الطرق الجبلية التي تعفيهم من المرور على الحواجز العسكرية التي تعجّ بها طريق ضهر البيدر- بيروت.
* إن “القوات اللبنانية”، إذ تُثني على كلام راعي ابرشية بعلبك الهرمل للموارنة المطران سمعان عطالله لجهة انتقاده بعض وسائل الإعلام لتصويرها دير الأحمر، الخاضعة للدولة والقوانين، وكأنها خارج القانون والدولة، وتأكيده من جهة ثانية ان الإتهامات التي تُساق بحق دير الأحمر تنطوي على خلفياتٍ سياسية، تدعو بعض الأقلام المأجورة والوسائل الإعلامية الممجوجة للكفّ عن مهاتراتها وتوخّي الدقّة والموضوعية في نقل أخبارها”.
وبالمناسبة تجدد “القوات اللبنانية” تبرؤها من أي شخص يثبت ضلوعه في قضايا مشينة، وبالوقت نفسه تحتفظ لنفسها بحق الإدعاء على الوسائل الإعلامية التي تلاعبت بهذه القضية بما يتلاءم مع أهوائها السياسية.

Friday, February 26th, 2010 رغم بيان قوى الامن الداخلي، الذي أوضح ملابسات حادثة توقيف المواطن بطرس حبشي، ورغم نفي النائب ايلي كيروز اي
معرفة له بتاريخ حبشي القضائي، وعدم معرفته بتنقلات حبشي الذي كان استقل سيارته مع عدد من مرافقيه، قبل أن تستوقفهم دورية للدرك عند منطقة ضهر البيدر، حيث تم توقيف حبشي واطلاق الاخرين، الامر الذي تضمنه بيان قوى الامن، ها هي – وكالعادة – قناة الجديد “حمّالة الاسيّة”، وفي تقرير صحافي أبعد ما يكون عن مفهوم الاعلام النظيف والمنطقي ولا حتى الموجّه، تتناول قصة الموقوف حبشي ومن خلاله القوات اللبنانية وتحديدا منطقة دير الاحمر، في ايحاء مباشر الى ان البلدة هي ملفى المخدرات والزراعات الممنوعة وسارقي السيارات والهاربين من العدالة وما شابه، المنتمون في غالبيتهم للقوات اللبنانية!!

Imad Mussa on Nabil Nicolas…I love this guy
Monday, February 22nd, 2010ماذا كتب الزميل الصحافي عماد موسى في مجلة “النجوى – المسيرة” حتى ضاق الصدر النبيل للنائب نقولا؟!
كتب عماد موسى في مجلة ” النجوى – المسيرة” العدد 1264 الاثنين 22-29 شباط تحت عنوان “فخر المقاومة الإسلامية”:
لا يمكن للمقاومة الإسلامية إلاّ أن تفخر بانضمام المجاهد اللبناني ـ الفرنسي الدكتور نبيل نقولا إلى صفوفها، خطيباً بليغاً على المنابر حافظاً لإرث الشهداء الميامين حافظاً لسيرة قادة حزب الله.
كان دكتور نقولا يناضل في مرسيليا عندما فُجّر مقر للقوات الفرنسية في ستاد دو شايلا (بيروت) في خريف العام 1983، ولا أخال أن طبيب الأسنان الشاب إبتهج في التفجير المزدوج الذي أودى بحياة 60 من المظليين الفرنسيين و241 جندياً أميركياً.
وكان يعيش نائبنا الحبيب في فرنسا عندما ازدهر خطف الأجانب في بيروت وبينهم فرنسيون وأميركيون وإنجليز (أعداء الأمة الإسلامية) ولا أظن أنه كان في صف الخاطفين.
وكان يتابع بين لبنان وفرنسا أخبار تفجير السفارات الإسرائيلية في الخارج وخطف الطائرات ومنها خطف الطائرة الامريكية TWA اثناء رحلتها من اثينا الى روما – العملية استمرت لاسبوعين وقتل خلالها مسافر مدني امريكي.
ولربما قرأ شيئاً عن تفخيخ مواكب شخصيات عربية، ولربما سمع صدفة إسماً يتردد على صلة بهذه المقاومة … المجاهد نبيل يقرأ كثيراً ويسمع كثيراً وهو متضلع من التاريخ الحديث والقديم والفلسفة والجغرافيا والتربية والأخلاق والقانون الدستوري والديانة المسيحية والمحمدية، وهو في هذا المجال الرحب ينافس العماد ميشال عون، لا بل يتفوق عليه ومن المؤكد أن الدكتور ألبير منصور لم يكن قد تعرّف إلى الدكتور نبيل نقولا يوم وصف رئيس الحكومة العسكرية (بتساع بال ميني كوبر) العماد ميشال عون بالأنسيكلوبيديا.
في احتفال هيئة دعم المقاومة الإسلامية المُخصص لتكريم الشهداء ـ القادة الثلاث، في مدرسة مار مارون الجديدة، إعتلى ربابي الألفية الثالثة المنبر ليفتتح الصوم بكلام مؤثر هو قمة في السطحية والتسطيح. يعني كلام مبلطح.
خلق الإحتفال التكريمي جوّا من الألفة والمحبة والإنصهار لم تعرفها منطقة الجديدة منذ أعوام. فهتف الخوارنة للسيد نصرالله، وكان وجه الأب شمالي يطفح بالرضى عندما شاهد بأم عينه كيف يتقدم الماروني على الشيعي في الإشادة بالحاج رضوان. وسيفرح الأخوة الموارنة أكثر عندما يثأر السيد نصرالله لشهيد لبنان، بما يليق بشهادته، ومن يعش بعد حرب السيد وإبادة إسرائيل يفرَح. ومن يمت، كقتلى انتصار تموز، نستصرحه في الجنة لنسأله إذا فرحان أو زعلان! وما رأيه بمعادلة معهد تامي شتاينمتس تل أبيب مقابل مار مارون ـ الجديدة على اعتبار أن الدكتور نقولا ، قد أدخل هذا الصرح الكبير في صلب معاقل المقاومة كما مدارس المصطفى.
مهما قيل في احتفال الجديدة جارة الرويسات، ومهما أثير من غبار ومهما شُحنت نفوس واستفاقت أحقاد، فالتاريخ سيسجل بأحرف من ذهب أن كلمة النائب نبيل نقولا شكّلت محطة في مسار العمل المقاوم وبناء على أهمية وجود نقولا، كرافعة مسيحية ( أي ونش) حقيقية للمقاومة الإسلامية في صراعها مع الصليبية وإسرائيل فقد يرتكب الموساد حماقة وربما أدرج إسم نقولا على لائحة أهدافه.

صدر عن مدرسة الحكمة- مار مارون في جديدة المتن البيان الآتي: “لقد دأبت مدرسة الحكمة- جديدة المتن، أسوة بالمدارس كافة على توجيه طلابها التوجيه الوطني السليم والمنفتح، ومنعت باستمرار أي نشاط سياسي في حرمها، وذلك تأمينا لجو دراسي صحيح. وقبل نحو أسبوعين طلب من ادارة المدرسة السماح بإقامة لقاء في قاعة الاحتفال في حرمها على أساس أنه لقاء حواري مسيحي-إسلامي. فوافقت المدرسة على الطلب تشجيعا منها لمثل هذه الحوارات الثقافية التي تخدم وحدة لبنان. وبعدما علمت الادارة منذ أيام قليلة أن الاحتفال المنوي اقامته له طابع سياسي، لم يكن ممكنا معنويا لها أن تطلب نقله في وقت قصير الى مكان آخر. وتؤكد المدرسة في المناسبة استمرارها على مبدأ عدم السماح بالقيام في حرمها بأي نشاط سياسي، وتطلب من الجهات المعنية كافة أخذ العلم بهذا التوجه منعا لاي التباس في المستقبل”
Till when will we witness such acts of provocation and stay silent?
Why are there two scales for measurement in this country?
Finally I would like to ask those Christians (and I am not being Sectarian here) who facilitated this event, is your hatred for the Lebanese Forces far greater than your love for Lebanon? Have you no limit to your lies and deceptions? is there no ceiling to how much you would bend down to your allies?
In 2005, the FPM considered HA as a terrorist organization…Today they are taking them into their very homes, giving the term “political alliance” a different meaning, twisting it into submissiveness.
To those still blindly (yes blindly for there can be no other adjective to describe this) following the orange mad man…have you no eyes? have you lost all your mental powers? Wake up from your slumber and see where the hell you are taking this country with your attitude.
Make no mistake, there is no one who can claim to be more secular than I…no one can claim he/she seeks national unity more than I … yet what we are seeing here is NOT national unity…not when an armed group comes along with its goons to a school, rents out a stage under FALSE pretenses and does what HA has done.
I say, and time will prove me right, if this incident is not treated as it should be and NOW, we are heading to very very dark times. Learn from history…when, in 1969, the Palestinians were given carte blanche, at the expense of the country’s most basic pillars, we ended up with a war on our hands and with the destruction of the country…
Do not let history repeat itself. Do not melt into someone else’s identity…
Thoughts from the political scene…
Monday, August 10th, 2009I am surprised at the selectivity in the historical knowledge of many Lebanese these days…
A short trip down memory lane (for those who care to remember) would show how the Syrians are playing their favorite game of divide and conquer… what they could not achieve through the cannon, they are trying to achieve through simple politics…and alas, I see many many so called men of politics who fall for these tricks…
A simple example…back in the 70s, after they saw that the Lebanese Front was going to be a major hurdle in their path to realizing the Assad ambitions in Lebanon, how did Syria split the Front?
By taking Slaymen Franjiyi Sr. out and making him an ally…
In 1985, when they saw that they could not defeat the Lebanese Forces militarily, they tried to break it by opening 101 with HK through the Tripartite agreement…
In 2005, when they saw that the members of the Bristol congress were becoming a serious threat to their presence, they brought Aoun from his French exile.
Today, four years later, they are doing the same thing again. When assassinations did not do their work, and when Aoun was “resized” by the 2009 elections they are reverting to their age old political tactics…divide and conquer…
This time they went for the weakest link, Junblat…May 7th 2008 set the scene…
Hezbolla was the fer the lance…by this, Syria hit Junblat right where it hurt…the Druze community.
The 2009 parliamentary elections, landed Junblat another blow: the results from the Shouf region (as well as other regions where the LF were coordinating the electoral campaign) showed him that the Christians, namely the Lebanese Forces were becoming stronger and stronger and could become a major threat for his power in the future.
Other politicians as well saw the danger of the Lebanese Forces which were growing steadily and regaining their strength, proving that 15 years of marginalization were not capable of destroying the will of the people to be independent and free. This is where Syria reverted back to its old tactics: use the politicians’ greed and lust for power to manipulate them…
And I strongly believe this is the title of the Syrian offensive…build bridges with those politicians or try to at least…promise to guarantee them their “privileges” and their powers…to do this, they would have to isolate Geagea … try to weaken him…
The coming days will show more “reconciliations” popping up… Would this tactic bear fruits? I hope not…
A part of me still wants to bank on the sense honor and determination of my fellow countrymen to live free and independent in a sovereign Lebanon…a part of me still believes that my fellow countrymen will not fall victims to historical amnesia…
A part of me still wishes to believe that the spirit that brought the Lebanese together on the 14th of March 2005 is not dead….and is still very much alive and kicking. Should this part of me be proven wrong, I would be very sad and disappointed but I would not be worried…why you would ask…a very interesting question…
Quite simply because I know that the Lebanese Forces would still be here…doing what it has been doing since the dawn of time: RESISTING and FIGHTING to keep Lebanon free.
I know that if ALL the politicians sold out, regardless of their motives, be they justified or not, one man will refuse to give up the fight…this man did not hesitate for one instant and chose to go to jail rather than become a pawn in the hands of the Syrians.
And this man, along with the rest of us, will keep fighting and resisting to the last drop of blood and so will all the generations that will come after.
Lebanon will remain free.

Je m’adresse à vous aujourd’hui pour vous faire part des évènements survenus au Liban aucours des quatre années qui ont suivi mon retour d’exil et de ce qui se passe aujourd’hui avant les élections législatives. Je voudrais par ce fait purifier la mémoire des mensonges et des impostures qui auraient pu l’entacher et forger ainsi des convictions erronées pouvant affecter vos choix dans les divers domaines de la vie, dont notamment votre choix politiqueet patriotique.

I could stop writing just past the title, and most would understand. And agree. But then again, most is not all. And it does take all to build a country. I am not very confident about my ability to reach out to my designated audience, and my customarily virulent style certainly will not help. Still, I will not forfeit my enduring attempts at taking the allegorical grey (black is more appropriate) out of “grey matter” in some reality-asynchronous minds, which are selectively attuned to devious information (intel would be an overstatement) channels and sources. What’s more, I elect not to choose mild terms for the sake of political correctness, nor even tame my judgment on the altar of undue and unearned respect to devilish ideologies and devious schemes.
Hence the 11th commandment…
11: THOU SHALL NOT BETRAY THY COUNTRY
Not if seduced, induced, threatened or coerced. Not ever.
11.1: Thou shall not betray your own tenets, nor ensnare others to do so.

Thursday, January 29th, 2009في جلسة الحوار الأخيرة في قصر بعبدا الاثنين الماضي طرح النائب ميشال عون سؤالا مرّ عليه البعض مرور الكرام. سأل عون عن الهدف والغاية من اقتراح تعديل الدستور الذي تقدم به نواب 14 آذار لجعل إقرار التوطين يحتاج الى إجماع مجلس النواب اللبناني، بحيث يصبح رفض نائب واحد للمشروع كافيا لإسقاطه.
Based on the above, I ask the general, and consequently his followers WHY?
Isn’t it him who never misses an occasion to scare the Lebanese people with the “tawteen” scarecrow? Isn’t that his favourite means of attack whenever he wants to bash M14???? “baddon ywattno el flostiniyi”…
Wasn’t the opposition to naturalization of the Palestinians one of the reasons Aoun used to explain his alliance with the holy militia???
Why is he now so inquisitive when M14 demand a law that would make that naturalization virtually impossible to achieve???
There are two possible explanations in my opinion:
- Its simply because M14 proposed it and therefore Aoun had to oppose out of principle
- Aoun is using the naturalization as a means to scare the people and in reality doesn’t give a damn about it…
If it was answer number one, then what kind of reformist do we have here? What is this stupid attitude that refuses any form of reform or change if it is not proposed by him???
If it was answer number two, then till when will the general continue with his lies to the people? and most importantly, till when will the people who follow Aoun continue to be so blind???
And if it was a combination of the above two points then what the hell is a guy like this still doing in politics??? why on earth do the Lebanese people not return him to the garbage can of history and leave him there to rot???
Haven’t we had enough liars and con artists play with the fate of this country???
Do we need more?????
I write, knowing full well I will never get a straightforward answer from the General nor from his followers but nevertheless, the question will remain for the future…when the new generations that surf the web trying to comprehend the intricacies of Lebanese politics and why did the country suffer for so long…they will doubtless stumble on all these questions that are left pending waiting for a straightforward answer and they will know the reality of the people who consistently evaded answering.

Moussawi: Gradual Absorption of Political Forces Within Resistance
Hizbullah’s international relations official Nawaf Moussawi said the party would work on gradually absorbing Lebanese political forces within the framework of the resistance.
He affirmed that Hizbullah today is more solid in arms and strength.
Following his meeting Sunday with the Cuban Communist Party’s Deputy Head of Foreign Relations, Governor Oscar Martinez, Moussawi said: “Every attempt to deprive a people from arming and resisting is a full partnership with the aggression.”
“Today more than ever, we are holding to our resistance arms and are strengthening them. Moreover, we are gradually working on absorbing Lebanese political forces within the framework of the resistance,” Moussawi said.
“The failure of the Israeli aggression in eliminating the resistance and the Palestinian cause is similar to the failure of the U.S. invasion of the region through its Israeli ally and Arab tools,” he said.
He went on to add that those who conspired against Gaza are known although they remain silent.

I ask, regarding the highlighted points above, where is the MoU in all this???
Wasn’t it supposed to present the Lebanese and Hezbollah for a road map to the relinquishing of the weapons by the holy party???
And wasn’t it about understanding between two parties? As far as I know, it wasn’t marketed as a marriage but rather as a means of living together under the safe roof blah blah blah…
Yet I see Mussawi speaking here of ABSORPTION in other words, dissolution of everything else and integrating it within the HA framework and from there into the Wilayat Al Faquih…
Will some people still come up and accuse me of conspiracy theories???
OK I would understand HA followers if they did for it’s the only way they can defend themselves and that is denial..
When we posted about the famous quote from Nassrallah himself about his vision for Lebanon, people accused us of misinterpreting this and misreading it…
Others even went as far as to say this is no longer on the agenda…
Others still, blinded by hatred, went into a frenzied attack against the LF as they had nothing to say about the accusations and were used to the syrian mukhabarat system of offensive defense…
I re-quote Nassralla’s words to remind the people and refresh their selective memories:

Are these not Nassralla’s own words????
Don’t the latest facts prove that the hezeb has not changed one iota in its basic creed and that is the establishment of the Islamic Revolution in Lebanon, just like in Iran????
But I do not understand the Aounists who support this denial…have they already been absorbed into the holy system???
Did they melt down into the pot pourri to become an integral part of this armed divine party???
Have they not learned from the neighboring Palestinians what happens to he who sells everything to save his soul???
Have they not taken enough examples from what is happening in Gazza to those who in 1948 sold out their lands and chose to live without any land rather than to die (I believe those were the words some of our esteemed HA readers used themselves to describe the Palestinian people)…
I see them to be very talkative when it’s about bashing the LF yet I hear nothing when such proof is presented….could it be that the roles have been distributed by the master bearded man and theirs is just to act as fer de lance in their attack against the LF???

Hamas, a blessing or a curse to the Palestinian people
Sunday, January 25th, 2009I hate this glorification of the culture of death…and most importantly I hate how radical organizations are peddling death left and right as if it was a God given right for them to decide who should live and who should die…
to see the images of kids blown to smitters or a mother running with her wounded baby in her hands is really appalling especially in the 21st century…
before some fool comes out shouting and cursing and making threats as empty as his head, I am not denying anyone the right to fight for the freedom of their land.
All i am saying is you want to resist, do it for its your God given right but do it the right way…
you start a war once, twice, three times and every time you get your butt kicked…
ok you come out claiming, by some weird logic that you won, but in the end, have you achieved the “declared” goal????(emphasis on declared because quite honestly I believe there are declared goals that are for the public consumption and there are the undeclared ones that lurk deep withing the dark abyss that forms the souls of those who put them)
to those who will claim its a long process of attrition, I say: since you seem to have such a long time ahead and such patience, wouldn’t it be less destructive if you invested yourselves into a different kind of resistance?
surely after all these decades of endless bloodshed, you should have realized that it is going nowhere…don’t you think its about time you reconsider your strategy????
In Lebanon we have a saying that goes: the donkey hits a wall the first time and the next time it turns around it…
so am I to conclude that the leadership of Hamas is worse than the proverbial donkey???
actually I believe its much more deeper than that…
Hamas, just like Hezbollah is being used by Syria and Iran as pressure points against Israel and consequently the west…who cares if a thousand people die…collateral damage…in the end, its about getting a better deal at the negotiations table…
its about getting the upper hand be it in the nuclear dossier of Iran or in releasing pressures against Syria in the wake of the Harriri assassination.
To those who have nothing better to do than criticize the LF for its past, I say: instead of using your blind demagogia why don’t you learn from the LF how to resist the invader in a constructive way??? we fought when it was time to fight and we resisted peacefully when the time was for peace.
we did not give syria the excuse of labelling us terrorists in front of the west.
we did not go about blowing up planes and embassies.
so learn a little instead of using your blind hatred.
