Let’s hope one day our own government will be stating such a clear truth and be strong enough to disarm this militia with the help of the Lebanese army. Until then, it is always good to hear people talking common sense and facts.

Cultural Attaché at the U.S. embassy in Beirut Ryan Gliha has stressed that Hizbullah is a “terrorist” organization, reiterating that Washington’s stance from the group “won’t change.”

“Al-Manar television and al-Nour radio station are trying to tarnish the economic image in the U.S.,” the U.S. diplomat said.
“These two media outlets have not been classified as terrorist channels for that reason, but for their extreme support for Hizbullah,” Gliha added.

I would love to see the Aoun\HA response to Abou Moussa’s latest statement on Palestinian arms.

    Mysterious Assassination in Iran
    Who Killed Masoud Ali Mohammadi?

    By Dieter Bednarz

The recent assassination of physicist Masoud Ali Mohammadi in Tehran was baffling even by Iranian standards. The regime claims he was murdered by foreign agents, while some observers think he may have been killed to warn other opposition supporters. There is even speculation that Hezbollah was involved.

When physicist Ahmad Shirzad, 49, talks about his former colleague Masoud Ali Mohammadi, he has “nothing but good things” to report. Shirzad, a professor in the central Iranian city of Isfahan, is deeply moved when he describes the “24 years of friendship” between the two men, who studied physics together, including a semester in Italy.

Shirzad’s friend Mohammadi died last Tuesday. He was on his way to give a lecture at Tehran’s Sharif University when a booby-trapped motorcycle exploded near his car.
