It looks like the barrel was adjusted and made longer.

This rifle does exist and available in the black market! Several regular government military forces have it! They are made by both the western and estern block countries.
My second, comment (it is a question). How did you (N10452) get the photo? Did the Lebanese Army catch this guy?
