really Michele, i’m confused and I can’t find an answer, especially in Beirut where the roads are always jammed.
I can think of 2 reasons:
- even they are travelling all day on the road and in nearly all the areas, and this is dangerous for them they might be the event instead of covering it.
- the second is that they are receiving tips to be around some places without getting into details.

a Aounist friend pointed it out to me proudly that OTV is always the 1st to get at the crime scene and i replied just the way u did!

But why do u think that Syria and Hezb are not behind it? I’m not saying they are, but usually we always tend to accuse our official ennemies.

I do agree that by now our govt should take better precautions and be pro-active. It is truly frustrating, especially when they show up on TV to say that:” biyestankero” as if this would do any difference.

i want to ask a question: maybe it doesn’t mean anything, and i think it’s naive to point at something or a background here, but did you notice that in all the blasts and assassinations, the OTV camera is the first one to arrive at the scene, regardless where the area of the accident.

and to add, the first media to know who is the targeted personnality, is always either NBN or NTV.

Of course, i assume the killers are not informing them in advance, but I’m just asking, because i find it strange!!!!!!

When Peace and coexistence comes to this region,both Lebanon and Israel will prosper. Why the competion? All European countries live side by side and benefit mutually.This as it should be.

Israelis (I am one of them) consider Christian Lebanese to be allies and possible partners in peace.

You have got it all wrong,LebAmerican. Who cares how many banks will flourish in a peaceful Lebanon? More tourists in this area will bring back the good life. I hope many will visit Lebanon. Why should it disturb me?

To me it’s not a joke it’s a fact. I am not saying they’re together because they like each other, but rather beause they have a common cause - get rid of Christians in Lebanon. Isreal wants them out of Lebanon for economic reasons and Hezballah because they want to Islamasize Lebanon. I believe Israel wants to be what Lebanon was in its glory days - the economic hub of the Middle East and they know as long as there are Christians in Lebanon and numerous moderate Muslims that that will never happen. Just in case you’ll question me about why they may want Christians out of Lebanon, look at it like this: what other city in the Middle East has over 100 world banks in it besides Beirut? Also, they know once the Christians are out the country will be run by thugs who don’t care about having a prosperous Lebanon but rather acquiring and storing a large cache of weapons and gaining large sums of money for themselves while the majority are poor and starving. I am not saying that it was because of Christians only that Lebanon prospered over the years, but they were a huge contributing factor, but Isreal knows they can never run out any Muslim from the Middle East because there are so many of them and it is impossible. Hezballah we all know they want Christians and the moderate Muslims out so they can Islamasize the state, I don’t think I need to explain further here, we are watching this happen and unfold day by day before our eyes. To finally explain a tad more, I don’t necessarily mean that Hez and Israel are working directly together, it’s just that their common goal forces them to work together whether they like it or not. And we cannot rule out any possibilty, because this is Lebanon we are talking about, and on some level it could be possible that Hez and Israel higher ups have an understanding with each other to get through this hurdle together and then whatever happens after is another story.

You know i think we are getting close to a point where we will not even check who died. this the 21st bombardment. did you noticed that even the phone line blockage duration is getting shorter?

no one is thinking of a solution, it murder time issue.
