u ewet make ma laugh when u say such things .
everyone said that the only group who lost big time were the ewet .
aoun (and the christian majority who are with him) gained a large number of seats in the minestry. aoun and all christians gained a good electoral role which will definately increase his seats of mp members and reduce the ewet seats because the ewet can not get anymore votes from akkar and tripili sunnies to help them gain 5 seats like before.
and most of all, aoun gained the respect and trust and full support of the lebanese nation.
usa and syria and saudi arabia and whoever is involved in the president selection want a president to say bi amerkon to all orders he gets . aoun can not do this job. that’s why he didn’t become president. many of ur ertet 14 criminals were ready to do this job and awalon ur hakim … but …. there was one obstacle : HE HAS A CRIMINAL RECORD AND THEREFORE CAN NOT BE A PRESIDENT.
ba3den please ask ur hakim what was he doing in doha . he had nothing to do with anything going on there . wlak he didn’t even gain a seat in the dinner 3ala sharaf el ra2ees when it was held a few days ago.
roo7ou temmou 7elkon bel trab u loosers before deciding who lost and who won because if u see urselves in the mirror bte2rafou.

Aoun won what ???
More Seats ???
He can’t get a single Seat in Metn area
He is assuming that Achrafieh wil vote for him.
Assumptions dont win elections.
Look at the last election, with Murr, he went 50/50 against Sheikh Amine, imagine now the Metn area without Michael el Murr or even worse, against Michel El Murr.
Who do you think the Armenians will vote for, Aoun or Murr.

fad14. Fully agreed that in metn he will loose big time especially against Murr who by the way voted for sanioura yesterday…I think Murr is getting more and more fed up with hezb and its orange puppet especially after they had vetoed his son taking the minstry of interior…this means someone else than murr will have one of the big portfolios and become dawlet el ra2iss…Murr won’t forgive that one…
However the Armenians won’t vote for Murr, the armenians will once again vote Iranian at least until they change the head of international tashnag who for now is an iranian citizen close to teh regime. The armenians have outside calculations and whatever you offer them(it was tried more than once) they are commited to vote Iranian.
The armenian problem also worries me for achrafieh cuz even in the acharfieh rmeil saifi cirsconscription the armenians are almost 1/3 of the votes which will make the battle difficult. In Zgahrta also the syrian iranian christians may get a seat or too. The rest will be very easy as long as we, march 14 christians(and may be M Suleiman) manage to make a good campaign, just because we are on the christian natural side. I know there is many stupid people in lebanon but I can’t imagine that over half the christians will vote for hezballah…

i am from zgharta . u called me a syrian iranian christian .
if all christians who vote for aoun are syrian iranians then u should call the patriarch the patriarch of syria wa iran wa sa2ir il mashriq .
this is because all the christians of lebanon follow aoun and not ur 3isabi or militia.
by the way, zgharta and the christians of zgharta taj rasak ya zeb . we are the reason u still pray in churches in lebanon . and we are the reason of ur existance in this country . so when u mention zgharta betwatti rasak ya ras a*ri.

Tfou 3a Free shou hal mestawa!!! Mestawa shawere3 n what he follows.
So he’s not only a stupd ignorant person but low class too.
Now let me answer to ur stupid comments!
- We the “idiots” assumed that Aoun will lose n funnily he lost the presidency. Hmmmmmmmm!!!
Plus Aoun, entara’k twice in 1 week, 1st time when he realised that he will NEVER EVER become a president, n 2nd time when Siniora came back as the prime minister!
Seriously can’t wait for the elections in 2009, to rub it again in ur face!
-Majority of Christians love Aoun??? Bisharrafak, plz gimme facts n numbers. Any statistics?
Day after day, people n friends r turning against him, my family for instance were pro that idiot n now they badly regret voting for him.
Just yesterday,i found out that 1 of his biggest supporter, the one who gives him and his family their pocket money on daily basis is willing to give up on him.
- What did Aoun win, n please try to explain it to us wz some logic. Ma 7adda en’arat ella howé wel hebel that r following him.
- I’m not an LFer, however i can only remember that FPMers going down to the streets n burning tires n forbidding the citizens going to their work n school. Hmmm so that makes who wled shawari3?
- Ya ebn Zgharta, the ones who follow Frangieh is definitely a syrian christian, as ur master claims loudly n proudly that he is pro-Syria.
As for the churches, u better shut ur dirty disgusting mouth, as the Frangieh men, came in long time ago to a church while a mass was being celebrated n killed a priest who happened to be my uncle, coz he refused to knee down to anyone except for GOD. Then the criminals run away to Syria for protection.
I wonder if u have anything to say abt the above, but knowing ur mestawa, u will come back wz dirty filthy words ya brainFREE!
PS: Fuziyad, Fad14, Mickel, Freedom and BSM sorry for answering on ur behalf but if there are 2 things that i can’t stand, are stupidity n vulgarity…
27. Rodge | May 29th, 2008 at 1:06 pm
Free,
3ala mahlak ya sa7bi shou bek derta zghertewiyeh?? awso we tla3 bla mchekil.
Disregarding our political opinions, no one has the right to say that he’s the reason of te others existence.
You come from Zgharta, which I respect as a Maronite Christian vilage, but many others come from similar villages, I come from the Jbeil district, my mother is from Kesrouan, and I don’t say that we are the reason that others still exist. Come on, we are talking politicis here not history, not Mar Youhanna Maroun, and when you talk about churches, and if you want to go into history, I should remind you what Sleiman Frangieh the Grandfather did in the church, and it was before he became president.
Once again, I urge you to talk in respect to others, without loosing temper and talking non sense.
As for who lost and who won, the elections will be in one year, so let us wait to see, but in my opinion, Aoun will lost in total of his deputies, eventhough he may win in some areas where he lost before. In return LF will get more deputies, but they will also loosde in some areas they won before.
In conclusion, General ra7, General Ija, General ma ra7 yiji ….. ra2iss
28. JD DC | May 29th, 2008 at 1:11 pm
Free,
The Christians who voted for Aoun will never vote for him again.
Only the blinded, uneducated, illiterate and illogical Syrian Iranian Christians just like your Za3im BTW will vote for him again.

29. fad14 | May 29th, 2008 at 1:29 pm
Free: to see how useless Aoun is:
1: He didnt become president
2. He didnt vote berri and he becamse speaker of the house
3. He didnt vote saniora and he became prime minister
4. He promises and fulfills nothing.
He thinks he control Hizbulla but at the end of the day he gets nothing, He will get same seats with his alliance from HA that he gave up when he was still M14.
You only support him whatever he does and you repeat whatever he says.
We criticize almost everything that M14 does but we support what they are trying to do and what they represent, YOU ARE Slaves to a man and you follow him blindly whatever happens.
Let me see whats next for you when he dies, Thank God he doesn’t have kids.
When Aoun dies, its the End of Tayyar and of Aounieh and everything you represent since you follow One man.
Don’t tell me you will follow Gebran Basseel or Edgar Maalouf.
The fate of your Tayyar is the same of Hobeika’s Waad, GONE with WIND or flushed in the TOILET
30. Ra'fat | May 29th, 2008 at 1:36 pm
The FPM movement is falling apart, it is changing from an FPM to completely Aoun worshipers, they are loosing all their free thinkers and intelligent leadership and are left with Aoun and his family. The cracks are showing, they have postponing their party elections etc…In the end, the people behind Aoun now are truly blind supporters, blinded by their hate for the LF, and maybe they have a good reason, I don’t know, a lot of people got hurt in harb el elghaa by the LF and by the army. The bottom line is that one can’t argue with the current Aoun supporters as the ones remaining are completely blinded by their hate. Let us focus on the next elections because if the elections prove that Aoun does not have the Christian majority, he will just pack up and go to syria. On the other hand, if the elections prove that he has the majority, then we need to re-evaluate how we are reaching out to the Christian community.
31. Fuziyad | May 29th, 2008 at 2:01 pm

I feel pitty on them all

34. JD DC | May 29th, 2008 at 4:45 pm
Wassim,
Believe it or not, we r not asking for a war with Syria. All we want is that Syria respects and acknowledges the sovereignty of the Lebanese state.
“Tatbi3 el 3alakat” means that the two countries respect each other borders and laws, while having diplomatic correspondents like ambassadors in both countries.
Ya 7abibe’ , 2ento chatrin tsebbo bass,
President Amin El Gemayel to say the least, has lost a brother and a son to the Syrian regime.
Gemayel knows very well that the international tribunal is on the right track and cannot be stopped anymore.
What did your general have to say when a Christian Deputy And Minister was assassinated in cold blood in daytime and in the middle of a Christian area meters away from Brahim Kanaa’s house.
How dare you call US Bajam, the Bajam are the ones who have no sense of dignity nor minimum self- respect to the martyrdom of Christians.
The Bajam are the ones who said that Syria did not commit these crimes.
The Bajam are the ones who collaborate with terrorism.
The Bajam are the ones who consider a sit-in in downtown and a take over of Beirut by militia men a victory.
3refet min el Bajam?
35. Rodge | May 29th, 2008 at 4:58 pm
m.a.h
First of all welcome to the blog.
Now to the serious stuff, I really didn’t understand until now why you the FPMers are accusing others of living just to attack ur General (since we have many generals now) while in fact ur general is the one who sacrificed all his life in power and politics to attack the others.
I think it is our right to attack him, it is called freedom of speech, and not only him, we are attacking and criticizing who ever we want, and who ever we find out that he’s wrong, even if it is one of the politicians we support their ideas.
Also, If you are convinced of an idea, don’t try to convince others without giving a single proof, since there are always 2 sides of the story, and sometimes more than 2, so the period before October 13 can be told in different version, and everyone will say that he’s right. In order to overcome this, we should move on ands discuss the current politics, because I think they all made mistakes in the past, and most of them Aoun, and because that we don’t like him.
As for the failures, ur general is the king of failures, whether in the past or the present, a liberation war and “Mismar” in the heart of the Syrians - war of Ilghaa, he only finished himself - rights of christians and he brought nothing - and last “sanioura ma ra7 yel7a2 ydob ghrado” and again sanioura is here, and he received a rose from Aoun today.
We should all recognize one thing, all our politicians failed to fulfill their promises, not only Aoun and Geagea, so stop this non sense, because politicians all over the world failed sometimes in this.
Finally, I’ve been so moderate in my reply here, and I wish you will not push me to the extreme, to keep the discussion on this good level.
36. Rodge | May 29th, 2008 at 5:15 pm
JD DC,
I’m sorry to tell you man that the answer to ur last question is NO.
Why? because i’m sure enno wassim ma fihim shi, and will not understand SHI, because his brain is full or the orange ideas, and doers not contain anything else anymore, so he will read without being able to realize the meanings.

Instead of all this garbage, please I would like one of you Aounis to tell me what you guys are planning to make Lebanon better, other than ti2irtouna, w tsibbou el ouwet etc… Just a simple outline of your plan for a better Lebanon and how you plan to implement it and how Hizballah will contribute to that vision.

to answer ur question : there was never tention between aounists and franjiyyi in zgharta . there was (and is) mutual respect . sleiman, when he was minister of health, provided many services for ALL people from zgharta zawyi and even from tripoli and danniyyi and akkar . he was very helpful and probably that’s why he has such a sha3biyyi in zgharta . he used to help even those who didn’t support him. plus, he (and his grandfather) were the reason why we had no syrian occupation in zgharta . we, the people of zgharta and its villiages, are not used to , and can not be used to accepting the fact that there is a syrian (or any) jazma on our head. while during the syrian occupation there were syrians inside bsharri .
i am not sure which part of zgharta terkeebi u don’t understand but it’s good that u at least accept the fact that ur 14 march 3isabi are a minority among christians.

Leb4Life,
you sold your souls to the Syrians and to their officerss, you fulfilled all their needs, you collaborated against your own people, you dined in their homes and had coffee with them, you took care of yourselves and left your brothers for the dead. You stole from businesses in mid daylights with full pride (2abadayet), remember shirkit el trabe bi chekka, nzeltou fiyoun sir2a w’ nhib walla 7aram. You fulfilled the “mazra2a” model, god have mercy on Bashir Gemayel, this man was right in every way. Allah yir7am trabak ya Bashir. For all these reasons and many, the syrians didn’t enforce checkpoints in zgharta.
Does that make you proud. Allah yil3an el doooolar.

let me explain something to u . i am not a marada . i am aoun supporter . and aounists surely didn’t do all what u accused them above of doing .
second, why do u ewatjiyyi get so frustrated and scared every time 2 major christian groups unite and agree? why do u follow the syrian method of divide and conquor? u should be happy that the majority of christians especially in zgharta area) are united (aoun and franjiyyi).
we are working for the christian unity and u and ertet shehwan are working for dividing them.
by the way, it is better for u to join us rather than stay out of the christian unity because this will make u more hated (u are already rejected by the majority) .

genius4life, I didn’t say that march 14 were a minority among christians…I said they were a minority in zgaharta where people have a long tradition of being pro syrians. And to answer your question on why they got elected: they got elected in elections that were made under the 2000 that Nabih Berri, oustazoukoum, had stopped the parliament from amending, that mixed sunni and christian voters. And by the way you said that only christians should vote for christians??
And then i have to thank you for saying that when sleiman frangié was minster of health he used his power to give priviliges to people in his regions so he gets more popular. If this is not feodlasim, corruption and ma7soubiet than I don’t what it is. We all know what sleiman frangie did when he was minister of health but this is not something you should be proud of…please let em know if you realize that now and wonder what kind of hablané you just said, ya taghyir w esla7!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

maybe u have no idea of what happened or what is happening in lebanon . but let me refresh ur memory a bit .
the 2000 electoral law was made by ur ewet allies now (mainly hariri the father) . then sleiman franjiyyi (who u accuse of being the worst politician in lebanon) when he was wazeer el dakhliyyi just before 2005 elections proposed the 1960 law (which was wanted by the patriarch). he sent it to majles el wozara . then someone worked their best to yefertou el jalsi so that the 1960 role doesn’t go through . now ya shatir do u know who stuffed the jalsi up? eh ya shatir u should know . it’s the 14 shbat 3isabi including hariri, jombi, ewatjiyyi and mainly ertet shehwan who used to go every day to the patriarch and say henni ta7et 3abeytou. now be a shatir and guess why they did that . yes u are shatir. they did that in order to keep the 2000 role so they can win a couple of seats here and there by the sunnis votes.
so please before u say the zghertewiyyi are syrians go see what ur ewatjiyyi and ertet shehwan truely are and what they truely work for.
wlak even in doha they did their best to try not go with the 1960 law . but this time ma fasharou. this time the christians won and u wahhabi foillowers lost .

Free…we’re not going to debate who wanted and who didn’t as we will get nowhere as each one of us will say one thing and its contrary…
Let’s look at it from a different angle. Up to 2005, Syria was the main player in lebanese politics agreed or not? the christian voters were known to be anti-syrian or not? syria wanted to stay or not? would have syria wanted the christains voice to weigh much or not?, answer those questions and think a bit….the answer is easy, Syria to increase its chances to stay in lebanon didn’t want the 1960 law…simple logic…UNLESS, Syria had allready cut a deal with general taratatatata.
Let me know which one of the 2 espelnations you prefer but you definitely can’t have it both ways…
