PS: This plan is only valid for the next 2 weeks since ISF Forces are killing anyone they suspect lately lool.
Just follow those steps:

1- Pick up a bag, stuff it with clothes and put it under his car.
2- Call the ISF, tell them your neighbor might be a suspected Fat7 el Islam member.

And the job is done, he will probably end up getting shot and killed.

You might wanna think twice before giving that call

When it comes to security and protecting people , ISF has full right to do whatever they find it suitable . Everything realted to security, you cannot take even 1 % risk specially when your dealing with terrorists.

We should all support ISF and we should thank them in their efforts in protecting innocent people from being killed.
