Posted by N10452Well well looks like Syria is running out of smart 7omsis ( if that’s possible).
An explosion was heard in Syria, killing 15 soldiers and woudning at least 50, looks like our friend was too excited and detonated it in Syria before it reached Lebanon ![]()

From Naharnet:
15 Syrian Soldiers Killed, 50 Wounded in Arms Depot Blast
An explosion ripped through an arms depot near the Syrian city of Aleppo on Thursday, killing at least 15 soldiers and wounding 50 others, the state news agency said.
The SANA news agency said the blast was caused when high summer temperatures set off high-explosive materials at the depot, adding that the explosion was “not the result of sabotage.”
The depot belonged to a military unit in Musalmiya, some 10 kilometers from Aleppo, 350 kilometers, north of Damascus, the agency said.
SANA added that 15 soldiers were killed and 50 wounded. Most of the injured were treated on the spot from “minor wounds” resulting from shattered glass.
An official at Aleppo University Hospital said the bodies of five dead soldiers and 10 wounded were brought to the facility.(AP-Naharnet)

When we say something positive about Syria you say that we’re Syrians ,and when we say something bad about the Syrian regime you criticize us .
I don’t get it.

Haha. They are so dumb they managed to keep the smart Lebanese under their boots for so long.
And if they’re so dumb how is it that they’re masterminding EVERYTHING bad that happens in Lebanon?
Walla, maa fi azka minna ne7na, el libnenyi.

19. Krazy | July 27th, 2007 at 8:42 pm
you’re talking about our prisoners in Syria.
What’s the job of the government? sit and watch?
When I talk about the government going to Syria for the issue of Sheb’a farms and the prisoners in Syria, some 14 March supporters answer me by saying “if they go, they’ll die there…”
funny huh? so what do u guys think?
when will the government discuss these 2 issues with Syria and then discuss the issue of Sheb’a farms and prisoners in Israel with Israel.
So that after all, we can talk about making Hezbollah give up their weapons… Everything is a chain but it must start somewhere!
sorry to be out of subject but the latest discussion made me say this!
20. Johnny.B | July 27th, 2007 at 8:58 pm
Krazy,
are you kidding ?
*first syria denies it has prisoners, which closes the door in the face of the government
*second u really expect sanioura to go to syria? iza his puppies in lebanon don’t think its a 7oukouma char3iya, what makes the big dog confess it’s char3iyya.
syria is a permanent enemy to a category of the lebanese, we will never forget what it has done to us !
ba3dein they tried discussing the border issue which is the a lot less than the other two issues w tol3et l-sarkha !
hizballah owns his weapons to defend himself from hizballah, why shouldnt we get back to our weapons to defend ourselves from syria ,,, syria hurted us more than the israeili did … israel occuppied the south military, syria occupied all lebanon military financialy socialy governmentaly, israel killed people, syria killed double… we have more right to hold on to our weapons than H.A and the palestinians, but we don’t do that coz 3tarafna bi kiyam l-dalwa unlike others !
21. Johnny.B | July 27th, 2007 at 8:59 pm
* sorry defend himself from ISRAEL (typing mistake in the last parag.)
22. Krazy | July 27th, 2007 at 9:11 pm
I know Syria denies the presence of Lebanese prisoners on their lands but what should we do?
Sit down and do nothing?
no we must work for it!
Once I heard a Hezbollah MP (on LBC) and he said that they are ready to be the link between Syria and the Lebanese government. This means they also want a solution!
As for the weapons, I believe in getting our lands by the power of weapons but in this way there’s a possibility to make it in peace so we (Lebanese) must work for it! (I mean in both cases, with Israel and with Syria).
23. Johnny.B | July 27th, 2007 at 9:15 pm
Krazy,
reasonable! i wish it could happen …
24. mikel | July 28th, 2007 at 2:29 am
krazy,
I agree with Johnny, that ur comment is reasonable.
However, eventhough I don’t mind using weapons to fight syria, you know that us rearming will lead to a clash with ha (bala sle7 w anja2 mhadyinna 3an ba3dna)
Second, that ha mp is jst saying stuff that don’t make sense, ha is part of syria, how could it be a link. And unfortunately, I don’t see much hope for these prisoners, cz syria keeps denying it has them, and it’s reached the point if no return(cz if it releases them now, anti-syrians will critisise it for lying all these years)
maybe we should kidnap their soldiers and make a swap.
