Posted by N10452Investigating Magistrate Withdraws from ‘Black Sunday’ Case
Military Investigating Magistrate Samih al-Hajj withdrew from the “Black Sunday” case that left seven people killed in riots in and around the Mar Mikhael-Shiyah district of Beirut’s southern suburbs.
Press reports said Hajj has submitted a letter in this regard to military prosecutor Rashid Mizher explaining to him the reasons behind his withdrawal.
Mizhe will appoint another military investigating magistrate who will take over the probe into charges against Lebanese army soldiers Adnan Bulbul, George Rizk and Maroun Zakhour.

Well the army is checkenning, any investigation is not acceptable if it does not bring all of yalli 7arrado w khattato w nafatho il tahajom 3al jeish. Ayya shi tani ma3nata il jeish jeij.

Well, when asked about the corrupting influence of money in politcs. investigators and politicians are the first one to buy. Anyway, thanks for hariri’s money.
The withdraw is unfair and likely would harm the investigations. Enough is enough with the delays.
I am so sick and tired of hearing the same old song played by the same old singers. Justice now ! The blood of hariri AINT any valuable than ours, AINT any valuable than any other lebanese leader…..
