A very strong message to all those so-called resistants who collaborate with enemies to fight others.

I must say We are the SOLE Resistance.

    Good job.

    Bachir 7ay fina lal abad.

    Take care.

  • 7. Ra'fat | August 26th, 2008 at 5:30 pm

Well, hizballah never said hey were the Lebanese Resistance (At least i don’t recall such a statement), they always claimed to be the resistance, for whom and for what has never been clear.

  • 8. Danny | August 26th, 2008 at 6:51 pm

    Ra…

HA always has been the ISLAMIC RESISTANCE! I’m sure you have read that!! That’s plenty clear that in their manifesto!

  • 9. Ra'fat | August 26th, 2008 at 7:12 pm

Danny, agreed, that’s kind of a moot point. The main issue is that no matter what they call their resistance, Hizballah never were, and never will be the Lebanese Resistance. That is why they need Aoun and his minions to give thier militia a Lebanese blanket.

  • 10. Danny | August 26th, 2008 at 7:16 pm

    Ra’fat

Agreed.I am hoping that May 2009 elections will put to rest this dysfunctional Orange. If clAouny still gets substantial votes from the Maronites…then they deserve him!!!

  • 11. Danny | August 26th, 2008 at 7:18 pm

The wound is still fresh as we always wonder; “what could’ve been”????

  • 12. kezballah | August 26th, 2008 at 7:49 pm

Bachir spirit is alive in us forever, it is not just a slogan it is how we feel, Bachir is alive in Ashrafie and Ayn Rimane and every corner where honest Lebanese live whatever their religion or their party.

Bachir is not yet in the places where people are paid from Iran and work for Syria, but we are ready to sacrifice another 26 years so these lost souls come back home.

    Bachir 7ay fina, w Aoun mish ra7 yinfina ;-)

  • 13. Ra'fat | August 26th, 2008 at 9:14 pm

I have not been to Lebanon in 7 years, just out of curiosity, anyone has real data as to how much of Achrafieh has turned Orange?

  • 14. Don | August 26th, 2008 at 9:31 pm

N, I would like to talk to you about a certain idea I have for this blog. So please let me know how i can contact you, or visit my site and get my contact info from there. ( Email preferred)

  • 15. kezballah | August 26th, 2008 at 10:20 pm

Ra’fat, I don’t know the exact percent but I am from the area and I know it is very small, they try to make themself visible by marketing like big pictures, orange house ETC.. but FPM don’t represent very much in Ashrafie, we are 2awfia to our martyrs and to Bashir we will never be against the institution he started and make ourself look like we are only against Geagea but we love the LF. This is the game of the Syrian Mukhabarat and we see them on this blog but since a while I expose them and they stop writing, I think they are writing in another blog to spread the lies.

  • 16. Rima | August 27th, 2008 at 12:33 am

Kizballah I am curious to know who were the moukhabarat on this blog?

  • 17. Omega | August 27th, 2008 at 12:36 am

    Omega,

you sound like a little girl (my apologies to the fairer sex)…

Provide proof you addle headed philosopher… We saw your rancid orange in the Metn elections! With the Armenian votes along with Shias, bussed in losers from Syria, Ouwmis etc. your Aounallah party barely won the election. Besides uneducated and clueless orangettes like yourself, who loiter sites like this…I see only green people from marreekh as your friends… (as you seem to recognize them).

  • 21. bashirist for life | August 27th, 2008 at 1:47 am

What if Bashir did take office and became the president back then, will we be in this shit hole position we are now? Will HA still be around? Would he unite us as one? I can only speculate, but in my opinion things would have gotten much worse then before but in the long run we would be in a better position as of the present. Bashir had the courage, the spirit and the will to do whatever it takes, he’s my president, before him there were none and after him there will be none. God bless his soul for he’s Lebanon.

  • 22. Rima | August 27th, 2008 at 2:15 am

    bashirist
President Chamouun was a great inspiration for Bachir…He tried to ally us with the West in the mid-1950s but the Arab objected coz they sided by Russia…We are the victims of the Cold war and the hypocrisy of the Arabs who left Lebanon as a open battleground between them and Israel…

  • 23. bashirist for life | August 27th, 2008 at 4:27 am

    Rima,
I stand corrected Chamouun was a great president, in fact my mother loved him so much she named me after on of his sons, i met him once in zalka at the ahrar office and he shook my hand, i was maybe 11 or 12yrs old.

  • 24. Rima | August 27th, 2008 at 4:44 am

    Bachirist
I heard people saying that he considered Bachir his political heir more than his own sons…I am not sure how reliable is this talking but seems plausible to me.
Bachir had the sweetness and humility of a leader along with toughness and Courage and that is rare these days. For instance Saad Hariri has the first qualities but lacking the toughness that is why the 14th of March have lost a lot of opportunities in the last two years…
As Hobbes said: Covenants, without the sword, are just words…

  • 25. Jim | August 27th, 2008 at 4:54 am

omega i am from koura which was the ssnp and marada stronghold… koura in the 2009 elections ma 2elkoun khebez… so i can just imagine other places!!

Ra’fat and Danny HA is actually” the Islamic resitance in Lebanon” so it’s not even Lebanese resistance but it is IN Lebanon!!! As Danny said we are not sure what they are resisting…

  • 29. Christian | August 27th, 2008 at 2:18 pm

wtf omega..u really are hilarious..if we can all remember together who’s hanging picture was burnt in the middle of achrafieh?? can u answer that?? and for the first time in my history i see soo many supporters of kataeb and ouwet in the christian regions,,as can be seen in the elections taken place to replace pierre gemayal..to which aoun had a few more votes thanks to outside interference which we all know of..yet in 2005 he had wiped out the figures..see the change?

  • 30. Tony | August 27th, 2008 at 4:39 pm

    Kezballah,

    TOZ

  • 32. paul | August 27th, 2008 at 6:23 pm

Arze,I will not answer readers, I would like to know how a OLDLFER like you thinks about readers comment.

  • 33. freedom | August 27th, 2008 at 9:58 pm

    arze..bachir teg rasik

  • 34. Michele | August 28th, 2008 at 7:37 am

    Pauvre type!!!!!!

  • 35. kezballah | August 28th, 2008 at 11:09 am

  • 36. Readers | August 28th, 2008 at 11:53 am

    Kezballah,
