One thing for sure, Leb4life, the druze have idolized jumblatt now. I went and asked as you requested. If you really want to make sure for yourself, I suggest you drive up to the mountains.

I am not politically with LFers, but I still have no clue why people are still fixated on the idea that LFers want war.

they said FM, LF & PSP are arming themselves and have militias, and when they were attacked it turned out to be the other way around.

they said FM, LF & PSP want war. And during the highest point of escalation last week, when 14 M asked for talks and peace, it was called surrender.

they said Hezbollah’s arms was for fighting the Israelis. What about SSNP and Amal’s weapons in Beirut?

They said PSP, FM & LF are living in the civil war mentality, then they talked about liberation and occupying and killing and winning!

What happened is that everything is back to the it was before 7 may, with some exceptions:

Tens of dead people, Hezbollah using his weapons internally and deep sectarian rift. while I was asking as you said, this is the first thing one comes to realize.

One thing for sure, you will hear from now on voices calling for self security. Neither you or I would like this to happen, no?
One thing for sure, 5% of the Lebanese left the country since 2006. You tell me what will be percentage be in the coming year. Watch out, you could be one of those.

Is this the way you solve your issues in life? You get into a fight and see if you emerge with less bruises? No? so why do it on a national level? If you accept it now, will you accept one day, that some political party comes and shoot you coz they think you are a threat? I hope you have a healthy safe life seriously, but will you accept that?

walla wassim, sooooo well argued...Yes you are right hizbis have a lot of respect for aoun...They are assholes but not idiots...They know that a man supposedly anti-syrian and anti-militias and allies with them is simply out of his mind...I mean this is obvious...even MP's from his block acknowledge he's a bit sick...the whole international community thinks that too...but if wassim follows him than this must be untrue...because wassim and a few other oranginas are much more clever than the WHOLE world...

And to get back on this, most of the story is public and the arab delegation said publicly that Aoun was a little bit difficult...why they only said that about him? I wonder...

And for the remaining details, trust me I have good sources that confirmed to me the refused phone converstaion by zabboura nasrallah and the insults that followed in the mouth of the old madmen...

Even worse, but this is less funny...hizbis are talking about amendments in taef and of course the new metwali share will be taken out of whom??? may be the assyrians and the alouites...

Fuziyad,

I was going to write this story, but i don't think i could have done it better. It isd mentioned in all the media today, and as we said before, no one will trust Aoun as president, and he will die while dreaming of the chair, but without touching it.

To leb4life, arze and various other aounies floating around...

Have you followed the last news??? claoun told the arab delegation that him and not suleiman was meant to be president. The arab delegation told him that this was not was hassouna wanted....so zebran bassil took his phone called hassan khalil asking clarifications and for aoun to speak to hassouna...hassan khalil said the sayye2 didn't want to talk to aoun and that the hezb candidate was definitely suleiman and not the poor old men...claoun then started shouting and screaming and calling nazirallah a traitor in front of the arab delegation...

At least something funny in all this mess...

May 7 was just their way of testing the fences. A lot of people think it was the coup we've been hearing about for so long, but it wasn't... that's still in the works.

Nasrallah has to go.

Ahmadinejad has to go.

The Ayatollah has to go.

The Ayatollah who replaces him has to go.

A President at any cost! What if the cost is too great? What if the "cost" loses the entire battle for those against the May8 Hezbollah Alliance? What if Lebanon is stuck with another Syrian/Hezbollah constrolled President for 6 years?

With any luck - Jumblatt will be there. He is a master strategist. Geagea has also done very well in this entire crisis. I fear that the Sunni Arm of M14 win not have enough foresight or experience to battle the political expertise of May8. Is is worth giving up the electoral law for a "President"? Is is worth giving it all up to a VETO? I don't think so.

i don't think that hezballa lost any credibility . he didn't have any credibility among lfers and psp anyway at the first place. those are the only 2 parties in lebanon that do not want peace in lebanon.
ghassan
i don't know why u speak on behalf of christians saying they are ready to be armed and all that . u are not in a situation to say something like that . the only christians who are ready to be armed are the ouwet because :
NO WAR = NO PLACE FOR OUWET .
the only ones who lost credibility are hariri and jumblat for their brutal actions. they were the only losers . look at them now .... they will go to 7iwar mahzoomeen. as for geagea, he had nothing to lose anyway so his mizan el rebe7 wel khsara does not exist .
go ask sunnies and druze what they think of jumblat and hariri now. hezballa kashafoun ya sahbi.
