I have been reading in newspaper on the plans the government, Hezbollah and many other institutions and organizations set up to get all the Shiite refugees back to their houses.

Furnished flats are already available for those whose houses were destroyed, financial aid will be provided sufficiently to every family relatively to the damage done.

I was reading and remembering how the government took care of the refugees of the Mountain war back in 1983. Hundreds of thousands of Christian fled their villages through the valleys and mountains to get safely to the coast, leaving their houses behind and all their wealth.

This war happened 23 years ago and till today, many villages were still destroyed, many villagers still cant go back mainly due to political reason and most of all, the government havent done 1 % of what is being done right now.

Both are human and both were forced to leave their houses and both are LEBANESE.
Why werent those refugees helped ? and how come no one is asking for their rights except Patriarch Sfeir who addressed he government saying the help should be just to all communities ?

What happened to the nation reconliation Batrak signed ?
It is shameful that Christian parties nowadays dont ask about the refugees from the moutain war and most specifically the Lebanese Forces who lost hundreds of martyrs defending the villages against the hateful and unhuman Syrian-Druze attack.

We dont want speeches anymore, we need action.
Talks about disarming Hezbollah have led us to war started by Hezbollah himself.

I think Lebanese forces should take an action on This . Its a shame for Lebanese Forces to Stay quiet on this issue . Its a shame on every Lebanese forces guy that till now after 23 years many christian people didnt return to their villages while hizbullah and the governement returned all the shiite directly and they paid for every family 40,000$ . No doubt we lost at war and we will continue to lose with this mentality.
