From Naharnet

“As-Safir also said that the participants in the extraordinary meeting of the Central Security Council have “exchanged information on the three incidents and the suspicious sides, including al-Qaida and some groups and parties supportive to Syria and others linked to Israel, but they had nothing solid yet.”

I believe those are simply fanatic islamist groups causing trouble in the Hariri regions during Ramadan. The nights were almost all closed in Beirut during Ramadan except the Buddha bar as i heard from some people, which sort of justifies the attack.

But regardless of the reasons behind those attacks, we are witnessing a serious growth of those fanatic groups in Lebanon which is very worrying, too bad we have ignorants still pointing at Israel while the threat is clearly coming from Iraqi and Syrian terrorist organizations.

“The paper said acting Interior Minister Ahmad Fatfat, who presided over the meeting, has raised the possibility during the latest cabinet session that extremist sides could be behind the downtown assault. “

We want names and people in jail Mr.Fatfat, the people wants to be reassured you are indeed catching the bad guys. I was in Beirut tonight and i havent seen Beirut that empty on A Friday night for a long time.

It is sad to say the least.
