I am out of words …
Posted by N10452I read all the papers today, few forums and discussion boards, articles from here and there, and i honestly cannot find anything to write about anymore when it comes to the Lebanese situation ..
Not that i ran out of topics, i have tons in my head, but i am not sure if any topic is truly worth it ..
How do you expect to talk about politics in a country where politics is everything but what it should be ??
I see political parties with no projects, no plans, no strategies, no agendas ..
I see politicians changing their minds everyday …
I see militias threatening at anytime the country of new wars ..
I see US warships coming near the Lebanese shore ..
I see Syria coming back step by step ..
I am not disgusted, i love this country … but i dont understand my countrymen ..
We did the hardest task ever, we made the impossible happen, we put the Syrians out, we got the whole world behind us …
We had a golden opportunity as Gebran Tueni once said, and we needed to do one last thing .. but we are failing to do it and every failure is diminishing our chances of saving whats left of this majestic revolution ..
When will we, the Lebanese people, the M14 people, change this whole political crew and get us a new staff capable of running the country, of counterattacking his ennemies, of defending his people, of stopping the terrorists, of implementing accountability in every single institution …
It is not hard, but apparently the Lebanese people dont seem to learn from their history, this disease that they have to forget and move on with whatever they got, despite all achievements, despite the hard work they put …
I dont know the cure for that to be honest ..

- Rodge: N, You could be right here, since I don’t have much information about his background, but all I know in this regard is that he’s been involved and still with the Army intelligence.
N10452: Rodge, With all due respect to Pussy, but he is a man after a chair .. and that is quite sad .. and he is not as straight nor as good as u think ..trust me on that ..
N10452: Delta, Lets just say i know he has good people around him, people that will make sure his plan will be at the required level …
N10452: M.N, Where did you see me say anything bad about Sami
Rodge: To be honest, and regardless his political background and his stance close to Aoun and against the LF leadership, I personally think Poussy is a good man, and I know him in person, the man has lots of friends...
M.N.: well Rodge i think that’s how it’s gonna be.. like u said nadim in beirut and sami in metn. but all my point was frankly we don’t know anything about him… we see him 1 time per year and...
Delta: Annony….. why do u need proof if u had no doubt you silly dumb a.s. u keep contradicting your self its painful to read your post and see what a hypocrite you are. Michelle god bless you , by the way we...
Rodge: Another idea, Maybe Nadim doesn’t have the Charisma of his dad Bashir, or the enthusiasm and action of Sami, but since we all know that he was raised on Bashir principles and thoughts, he should have the...
Rodge: M.N. I agree with you on Sami, but why not having both Nadim and Sami, one in Beirut and the other in Metn. It would be a good choice, maybe they both can bring a good edition to the next parliament, and...

Out of words ? I understand. Maybe it is time for actions??!!!
Words have gotten us no where; words have been murdered again and again.
Words are being said daily, words that express our views, our beliefs, words that set the principles for the nation we long for.
What good are words when our “cousins” fail to understand them, what good are words when the ones that die, die because they have spoken them. Spoke what is on our minds.
The time has come for drastic measures, only radical actions can save us now.
Radical actions we have failed to take when we should have (14 M)
The enemy is strong and our cousins are misled.
It is our faith that keeps us going, we will not lose faith, we will not lose hope, for the sake of the ones who have died, for the sake of Gebran, Pierre and Bashir…
This land is ours, here is where we want to live, here is where we want to be buried.
Hail the state, hail LF.

Country First not Religion, this is the cure, the love of our country not our sect and religion.
I have said it many times in this blog and others, if we consider ourselves muslims, christians and want our rights according to that, we are not citizens, we become sectarian freaks.
Shiaa put their sect first
Sunnis recently started to join the call for a country rather than unity with the rest of the Arab and Muslim world, but some are still stuck in 1300 AD.
Some Christians developed more love of the country and other (no colors mentioned) developed more love to an idiot they believe can get them better salaries and make them rich again.
Armenians still dream of becoming 3 million and kicking the rest of those (non armenian speakers) out of their promissed land part 2.
Palestinians want to liberate Jerusalem and kick almost 7 Million Jews out when they failed with 250,000.
Catholics want the presidency and the Prime minister position.
Druze don’t know how to increase their population.
What is left is a bunch of lonely motos and slogans.
Weam Wahab: “We want to be slaves for Syrians forever”
SSNP: greater even greater Syria.
Tashnag: Unity with Syria, Armenia and European Union so we can get the passports and migrate to Canada.
and many more I can’t remember.

From 1975-2008 and Lebanon is still at war. Enough is enough… its the 21st century.
When the innocent children of lebanon are being exposed to all this violence and killings that occur it is planting a seed of hatred in there hearts. We are all one no matter what religion you are or where you come from. We are all the sons and daughters of the same GOD!
