As one of Samar Khoury's close friends, I feel the need to set you straight on some facts. First of all, Samar Khoury is a medical doctor (precisely an anaesthesiologist) so that shoots your "student pissed at his teacher" and "guy in love with his teacher bass mich m3abritto" theories to hell. Furthermore, Dr. Samar Khoury did not recognize the assailant. On another note, if you have not been living under a rock in the past 2 years, you would know that Ghattas Khoury is one of the chief architects of the Independence Uprising and that he and his wife have received multiple threats over the last couple of years. Finally, all the politicians that called Dr. Samar Khoury and visited her in the aftermath of the attack are personal friends of her and her husband. As a successful doctor, I can assure you that she has no intention of capitalizing on the attention to gain entry into the political arena.
