Anyone knows what would it be about ??
I truly hope they finally decided to come up with some bold decisions, specially concerning Lebanon’s participation in the Arab Summit which is to be held in Damascus.

From Naharnet:

The pro-government March 14 coalition was expected to announce a “very important political document” on Friday that will lay out the alliance’s strategy at all levels.
Press reports Sunday said March 14 will lay out Lebanon’s position on a range of internal, regional and international issues, particularly on Christian-Muslim coexistence.

They said the coalition was also to hold a press conference at 10:30 am Monday at Beirut’s Bristol Hotel to announce activities it plans to carry out on the occasion of the historic demonstration of March 14 which led to the withdrawal of Syrian troops from Lebanon.

Could it be that they’ll announce a wish for federalism? This will put real pressure on HZB with it’s tens of children per family, and with no real solution for how to feed them in their Shi’i ‘Canton’.

I can’t help but wonder just how many there are out there who still fall for this nonsense.

Rather than using the media to propose or reject ideas, local 14th of march leaders should come together for a meeting that must conclude what they want to do in the long run. This is a prb that has needed a solution for the last 2 years.

    Lebanon will always remain united.

    Amir-

Constructive criticism from anyone (even Israelis) is welcome. Incitement is not.

So please keep your divisive rhetoric in…Tel Aviv.

They will do nothing just the baa baa baa baa. I mean what do you expect of people who want to “negotiate” with the occupiers? There is an armed occupation of Lebanon and they are still in “we want to make decisions”. So the occupation will pack its arms and leaves in fear of “decisions”. Give me a break, steps should be taken to kick the occupation.

    Ali 1559,

with people who think like you, lebanon will never be united … all that is missing now is to draw lines between cities …

and I’d preffer it that way at least we don’t get pulled behind by ignorance and stuborn islamic thoughts and jihads coming from your side …

  • 8. Amir in Tel Aviv | March 10th, 2008 at 4:49 pm

    Ali 1559,
    Federalism doesn’t contradicts with unity.
The USA is united under federalism.

    omar,
    Go F.
I don’t get orders from Iran.

Personally I was against the federalism, I thought that we will have a divided country. I thought about it again, and I was really convinced by it not as a solution to Lebanon but as a solution to the management of any country. Federalism should be made on regional basis however not on any other level. It’s really needed to manage any country in a better way.

and read my post again… I have always thought that way and always will …

tell me one good thing that shiaa brought to lebanon … except wars and ignorance and illiteracy and corruptions and occupation and stealing (majlis al-janoub) and holding us back and manipulating the post of the head of the parliament …

I am not racist … I am racist only against shiaa’s in lebanon cos they have all taken the color of H.A ….

    Johnny

You dont deserve a reply bass yalla ..

Wheter you like it or not , you are 3MIL S3OUDEH, hayde wa7ad.

Second, I must say that there are certain features that various religions hold that could improve the current system in lebanon. People like you (haters) should have their own gathering all the way up in some little christian village where you can practice your beleifs without efecting the rest of the lebanese people.

Third, you want me to tell you one good thing shiaa brought to lebanon(im gonna name one thing only as you requested)? Wlek, where were you when the shiaa stood agaisnt the axis OF evil ( Fata7 intifada, Israel) ? We7yetak ya JOHNNY BARSSOUM LAW MAL CHI3EH BI LEBENEN LA KENIT TARI2 FALLASTINE BALACHIT MIN JOUNIYEH. WLAKKKKKK ROU7 NDAB WLE, 5000 MASSI7E BI BEIRUT AL GHARBIYE KENO TA7ET 7IMEYIT NABIH BERRI. INTA BTA3REF KAM CHAB CHI3H METO HINE W 3M YIZ3BO AL FALLASTINYE BACK 3LA SABRA? Go ask 2im george w abu george min ken 7emiyon during the civil war , all the way from mat7af lal mazra3 lal msaytbe la verdun street. Hayde one good thing shiaa have done :D

To be continued iza badak.. w iza la2 bikun a7ssan, cuz next time im gonna ask you : INTA CHU 3MALET LA LEBNEN ??

At last, We’re both wrong ya johnny for talking to eachothers this way.

    ali 1559,

the only thing that made sense was the last sentence you wrote ….

  • 17. Johnny.B | March 12th, 2008 at 10:22 am

    btw ali1559,

not killing them does not mean protecting them … besides it wasn’t in his favor to do anything else but that … :P

  • 18. Johnny.B | March 12th, 2008 at 10:23 am

and please continue … i wanna learn what else good did the shia do :P

  • 19. Ali1559 | March 13th, 2008 at 1:51 am

    Johnny

Ok, What did you do beside inviting the syrians and protecting the israelis ?

This is one of the hardest questions out there :D , and 90% of ouwatjiye dont know how to answer it.

  • 20. Ali1559 | March 13th, 2008 at 4:36 am

    Johnny

Berri didnt have to protect them,No johnny, but us as shiaa (im sorry to say this, but you are really forcing me) will never kill innocent people with regard of their religion or beleifs . Geagea was killing AL AKHDAR WEL YEBISS on the other side. Geagea dint give a fu@# about his ppl , go ask the christian southerners how they were treated during the civil war. I challenge you johnny.Nabih berri is originally from tibnin (village) but has a house in 3yn al tineh. On my recent visit there, I was surprised to hear about ”how good he was during the civil war” coming out of 7aret al massi7iye residents. Johnny, I dont know what you father KHABARAK 3na , bs beleive we will never kill just to kill. If it wasnt for shiaa , KINTO NZA3BTO MIN AL JNUB MITEL MA NZA3BTO MIN AL JABAL YA JOHNNY. Face it.

Most importantly I am thankful that God blessed me so I was able to experience these southerners. Those are some of the many things I am thankful for. I was so happy to know that there are christians out there who dont beleive in your ouwet ideology…..

The problem in lebanon is that both sides are taking extreme positions and are unwilling to compromise ( 8& 14th of march).

  • 21. Johnny.B | March 13th, 2008 at 8:29 am
