Statue made of bullets
Posted by N10452This statue only shows us how ‘maccabre’ was the war, a statue made fully made of bullets collected here and there ..
For those who still think weapons can ‘protect’ us, they will only make that statue bigger ..

Weapons = distruction of lebanon… and that’s what we should try not to get a hold of… we don t wanna go back to the 75-91 wars and crap

this statue is about 30 years old and reflect the big resistance of Ain Remmaneh area. also it represents a memory for those who have forgotten our Martyrs. it is situated right on the entry of Ain Remmaneh to keep on reminding everybody who have made all the sacrifices, meaning the Kataeb & LF, not Aoun and his sissies

Plz, we have to erect quickly a statue 4 MP. Farid Habib :
Nice work 4 LF … Yeah Yeah !

What makes u think that u own 3ain el remeneh??
I mean everywhere u put ur posters u hang ur flags ,u build ur statues .
It’s all wrong ,Hizballa does this in its areas ,Kataeb-Ouwet in its areas ,7ariri in his areas ,jonblat in his areas …
Why don’t you put Francois el Hajj’s posters? The army’s flags???
Why don’t u make a statue for the LEBANESE ARMY.???
Bullshit propaganda

Sokhoushmoush
When the Christians were attacked, raped, and killed in the 1970′, the “army” did not defend them and the state collapsed. The Christians have the defend themselves. That what they did. Each one who defended the christians is a hero. Like it or not. When the christians left their arms in 1991, they were again agressed, not physically like in the 1970 but politically and morally. What the christians are hoping know is to achieve a normal state and an army that protect them as well as other lebanese. Hope that will happen soon. Otherwise, there is no other option that to go back to selfdefense…

Nobody’s talking about selfdefence ,I am talking about the propaganda by both the opposition and the loyalists.

Rodge,
I agree with you. All of us we should add a Bullet to this statue.

Its the most famous landmark in Ain El Roumaneh.
I saw Timthel El Rsas from the day it was erected and I still remember passing by it everyday to school.
It took a lot of damage during the wars but it had the most number of bullets during the Ilgha and Tahreer wars.
Allay Yirham el Meto bhal Rsasat.
It was for us to get a better country.

This was erected in 77 at the entrance of the “resisting delta”, Chebbak,Remmaneh and Tahwita. This area gave more than 500 shaheed in defence of our right to live freely in our areas and a small statue like that is the least we can do for their memory.
