R.I.P Charles Chikhani & Toni Daou
Posted by N10452Many innocent souls that taken away from their families and friends after the Bombing that killed MP Antoine el Ghanem, among them two young men who made the news and are all over mails & Groups.
Even though i believe all martyrs are equal in their sacrifices, i will dedicate out of respect for their families and friends a post to those two men, and hope that all those who fell in Antoine Ghanem’s bombing rest in peace and wish the injured a full recovery.
Charles Chikhani (27-11-78 / 19-09-2007)
&
LFer Toni Daou (24-09-84 / 19-09-2007)

Charles Chikhani was studying in the states and came back to work and live in Lebanon.
Toni Daou was active in the LF students body and working in the Dekwaneh LF office.
Here is a nice article by Carla Yared on Chikhani’s martyrdom:

If you want peace,
Both Hezbollah and LF have too disappear.
Both groups are terrorist groups.
I’m sorry for the fallen bodies.

What is LF doing today, that puts it in the terrorist category.
We’re not the ones with weapons and proud of it.
We’re not the ones killing innocent people or supporting the murdurers.
Anyways RIP guys, pray for us.

Charles Chikhani,

My deepest sympathy to all the families who have lost a loved one. I also was taken back by Marcel’s show such innocents snatched away without a breath. Do i know how it feels absolutely my father was the first to be taken away from us in 75 there isn’t a day that passes by that I don’t console him for advice. We all live because its part of life’s journey however our wings will always be clipped just as Charles and other’s families have just exprienced. Lets not hold hatred in our hearts but love and forgiveness even if we don’t want to as words are very powerful and eventually they are the key to eternal happiness. All the candle lights will always be on guiding all the souls that have left this world to the light of God where he is waiting for them all. Godbless from Sydney Australia…L
