This won’t take place in beirut it will take place in dubai, It is the Apeiron hotel designed by Sybarite design firm in London.

Sorry about the number, it costs 1.8 billion UAE Durhams = 500 million dollars. Here it’s 3.6 billion dollars! Definitely they ‘re moving it to Lebanon!!!

josedaou it’s a very nice design but it’s a monstrosity for Lebanon, it doesn’t fit in with anything. I don’t want Beirut to look like Khaleej, it will be ugly. Look at the huge Mosque that Hariri built in downtown it is a nice design but it looks like Saudi Arabia, look at the Phoenicia hotel also… Please don’t copy Dubai in Beirut.

guys plz stop saying its a shit damn i think its a masterpiece im a designer and this is something beyond imagination and concepts building it will be surely supervised by lebanese engineers cuz they r the most talented in middle east…
second guys building this is such a challenge it will rock the tv stations and the news burj al arab now is all over the internet and tv stations … imagine what this could make ?
hope this project will take place as they say and all the investors will look forword for more .. this is our gateway for success …
