  Paul,why being so pessimistic. I hope they show the good face of Lebanon and if by chance someone gets the medal i wish they will not start to grant it to a political side which they present.

  In the previous Olympics the swimmers were chosen because of wasta and off course religious background. I can guarantee you that back then the swimming federation chose a young kid as oppose to a great swimmer called Roger Selwan… I know all the details of such a scandal…

  If they did the same this year, we will obviously be proud to secure the last position…

  jean w min de7ik 3laik and told u tht this is possible… every person in order to join the olympics should break a set time, if 1000 from leb break tht time they can all join the olympics,,, btw there are alot of lebs in the olympics bt nt presenting leb they r presenting their 2nd country..

  i think we can never dream of a medal in the olympics because we have no financial backin and no planing at all a medal doesnt depend only on pure talent and determenation from the athletes the high level competetion is about sciences

  Omar he is supporting him because he has the highest chance of winning. Who said he is supporting him because he is christian? Come on, people like you who bring up racism out of nothing are the ones who are really racist. I would like to see all of the Lebanese team win, but of course that is unlikely.
