  Why would the UN agree to this ??? It is important to understand why the rules were created in the first place ( ya 7akim) before asking for more foreign troops on our land. Also, democracy does not mean having more strangers controling a huge part of your country.

  Well,what difference does it make if we do or dont have UN forces all along the border? Simply,The UN process in south lebanon does not reflect good news regarding their duty. They are weak and falling behind having their job done. In fact, Hezbollah is stronger than ever before and has the ability to defend its land at any price (per Israel). So , what did these guys (UN) do for the last 2 yrs beside watching and reporting 7akim? 2INO FIK TIDMALNA 2INO IZA JIBNA 3SSKAR 3LA LI 7DUD MA RA7 YA3MEL NAFESS AL CHI, YA3NE FIRJE ?

  Your proposal is a political suicide, just look at the UN forces history in lebanon (30 yrs old) w BA3DNA MA7ALNA.

  Finally someone is asking for this.

  All the U.N. troops that are in the south should be moved to the Syrian border because they serve no use in the south; they’re not doing anything to monitor Hezballah’s weapons flow, and they can’t prevent another attack.

  They should be deployed all along the Syrian border where they can be of use.

  I agree with you mickel, however syria will find a way to do whatever they want and the UN won’t be able to do anything anyway.

  there are tunnels that they can’t monitor.

  besides remember when there was an accident on the masna3 checkpoint where a syrian truck ran into the weapon detector and destroyed it ?

  Hopefully they will respond to Dr. Geagea’s request and take some action.

  On the other hand, Israeli Government decided today to re-provide its citizens with Gas masks in order to protect them from any chemical attack or missiles. It looks like something dangerous will happen soon. Allah Yistour.

  If the US wants syria in lebanon he is with syrian presence and will fight to get the syrians in

  the UN peacekeepers should be in the south and on the borders of syria, and H.A wouldn’t have been stronger law kein fi UN with syrian borders …

  all of this issue is coz of H.A, we can no longer suffer or endure an iranian by the hands of H.A with various falgs, such free Samir kontar, or revenge for imad maghniyeh, THE HELL WITH THESE CRIMINALS, we dont need that … I suggest UN to be in da7yeh also …

  bringing UN troops to the border is good. However in the current situation they won’t do much. The priority is to kick the syrian-iranian occupation and dissolve its militias, then the UN troops will do fine. No one will help us if we don’t help ourselves and start a resistance against the occupation.

  اعتبر مسؤول الاتصالات السياسية في التيار الوطني الحر المهندس جبران باسيل أن القضية التي يسعى إليها التيار هي قضية حق لا يمكن لها أن تموت مهما حاول البعض ومهما علت أصوات النشاذ وقال:
  تجربتنا مع هؤلاء طويلة امتدت من سنة 1990 وصولاً إلى 2005 يوم انتصر نضالنا المحق وانسحب الجيش السوري.

  كلام باسيل جاء خلال لقاء سياسي نظمته لجنة قضاء عاليه في التيار الوطني الحر حضره بالإضافة إلى منسق القضاء المهندس عماد مكرزل عدد من كوادر التيار وفعاليات المنطقة وحشد من الناشطين.

  وقال باسيل: عندما نتكلم عن موضوع المهجرين يقابلونا بالرد بأنه موضوع للمزايدة على حرصهم على عودة المهجرين، وسأل: >.

  كل هذا المواضيع الخطيرة والمترابطة تزيدنا إيماناً بفعل المقاومة لهذه المشاريع المشبوهة، لن نسمح لأي يد ومن أين أتت أن تمتد إن لسرقة حقوقنا أم لسرقة أحلامنا في بناء لبنان الذي حلمنا به وناضلنا من أجل حريته وسيادته واستقلاله، كما امتدت وسرقت تمثيلنا منذ انتخابات الـ2005 حتى يومنا هذا.

  ورأى باسيل أنه وبعد الانسحاب السوري من لبنان عام 2005 بقي الجلاد نفسه في الداخل، وأول عملية جلد كانت في العام 2005 حيث تم تهميشنا وسرقة دورنا في الحكومة واليوم يحاولون خلق عقدة حين يتكلم التيار الوطني الحر عن المسيحيين وكأنه ممنوع علينا المطالبة بحقوق المسيحيين المسلوبة، فلو كان السّنة أم الدروز أم الشيعة هم المهمشون لكان للتيارالموقف نفسه لأن أي تهميش لأي طرف يعنينا وهذا من حرصنا وإيماننا بصيغة العيش المشترك.

  وختم بالقول: ستبقى أصواتنا مرفوعة على المنابر وفي الإعلام، لأن صوت الحق يبقى الأقوى بين كل الأصوات.

  هذا وألقى منسق قضاء عاليه المهندس عماد مكرزل كلمة شدد من خلالها على أهمية دور كل فرد في التيار الوطني الحر معتبراً أن التيار اليوم على أبواب مرحلة مفصلية، مرحلة انتقاله رسمياً من حالة عفوية تكونت في بيت الشعب وتابعت نضالها في وجه الاحتلال مروراً بكل أنواع المواجهات السلمية إلى حزب منظم سيكون له دوره الفعال في بناء الجمهورية الثالثة

  54% of the tayyar (l-mountasibin) shi3a … now H.A is backing up people inside the tayyar to split the tayyar and ask for an election to prove that they are democratic and manon ikta3iyyeh …

  so they called for an election, but micho aoun realised the plan that H.A will ask the 54% to vote for the H.A inside guys so micho aoun is out and the control of the party is with H.A … that’s why they posponed the election from may till september .. 3abein ma kein reje3 aoun jamma3 kam sot christians w stopped the acceptance of shi3a memebers …

  yalla man just give it sometime and they will fall for the trap of H.A
