Update : I heard from unconfirmed sources that Ghassan Mokdad relatives are in the drug business and there is more than one killed in his family cause of unsettled issues, but again this doesnt mean Ghassan himself was implicated. He could have been the scapegoat for all i know.

After Joseph Sader’s kidnapping, another MEA employee, Captain Ghassan el Mokdad was found killed in Ouzai today.

What is weird about his story is that his house was stolen 2 weeks ago and his brother was killed in December under mysterious circumstances.

He was shot dead in the head in his car.

As far as Sader’s case is concerned, still no news about his kidnapping.

Are those two cases related ?
I hardly think so. One is a pure kidnapping while the other is more of a hit-and-run operation.

It looks like our beloved HA and their internal and external allies are already scared from the next elections…and they will do evrything they can including another 7MAY to impose their will over the majority. this majority will become a bigger majority with el MURR and Tachnak…
These crimes fall into this rationale…

Something really weird going on with MEA/airport…knowing that the amn el 3am is controlled by jama3a islamiyya and that all mea and airoport employees are sunnies I think Hariri must have a hand in all that…

And Rima you are very right, if tashnag joins too then we’re heading to a 2/3 majority….and jama3et 7 ayyar won’t be ok with that…allah yestor…

The fact that the MEA is governed by Sunis makes them the target and I don’t see Hariri involved in such crimes at all?

You came back from doing the assassinations ya Jarfara?

Or your beloved glorious resistance used their outward turning, holy, godly, pure, clean, innocent silenced pistols to kill a few more people who threaten their interests?

nobody is fooled anymore , you and your propagandists who come here are the jokes of the blog.

Hizballah is a cancer and the Lebanese are tired of people trying to drag them down into regional conflicts and holy adventures.

amn el 3am and airport is controlled by hizbollah and amal.

In fact, its still the same people and commanders from the days of Syrian regime. Remember all the fuss they did when the government tried to change the commander of airport General Wafiq Shuqeir for letting hizbollah install surveillance cameras and how they closed the airport and streets and kharabo el balad?

it’s the same people in amn el 3am that informs hizbollah of all airport activities so they can carry their missions against Lebanese(assasinating MPs, kidnapping civilians, ..etc)

Unfortunately, Syria was replaced with hizbollah in Lebanon and we’re still living in the same terror regime.

  • 19. Ziad | February 19th, 2009 at 8:48 am

The Mukdad case is more likely a drug case and not a political one. He is a Pilot and is from a Baalbeck-based drug family, what do you expect??
