A headless Summit ..
Posted by N10452![]()
The Lebanese crisis pretty much damaged the Arab Summit badly. Lebanon boycotted Syria and as a result, KSA, Egypt & Jordan followed Lebanon’s step and lowered their level of representation.
The summit has no major heads of states or kings attending, except few unimportant and useless ones. Ghaddafi of course was nominated as the Summit’s clown. As for Bashar el Assad, he will start his list of lies by an opening speech and at the end of the summit will present us with a summary of these lies.
In his opening speech around noon on Saturday, Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad refused to admit interference in Lebanese internal affairs, despite widespread accusation that his country is a major player in the current political crisis that has gripped Lebanon since the withdrawal of the Syrian troops that occupied Lebanon for almost 30 years.
One answer to that quote:
As long as Hezbollah exists in Lebanon, Syria is more than ever present.
Syria is our enemy, We must boycott Syria, close our borders and show some balls as long as the international community is behind us. It is time to act March 14!

The next step should be to isolate Syria for real, the same it does when it closes the border with Lebanon in attempt to pressure him.
the Isloation step could prove successfull, mainly that the countries close to its borders are all against its politics. Each of Turkey, Jordan, Iraq and Lebanon have issues with Syria, and if they all decide to close their borders, they will represent a big pressing loby.

“As long as Hezbollah exists in Lebanon, Syria is more than ever present”
then Syria will exist till the Apocalypse : )
6. kezballah | March 30th, 2008 at 12:16 am
Syria IS the Apocalypse of Lebanon.
The Lebanese who are happy that Syria will exist until the Apocalypse are also the Apocalypse of Lebanon.
That’s why Lebanon can not boycot Syria, because there are lot of Lebanese inside Lebanon who are Syrian dogs. Look how many:
1)Hezbollah
2)SSNP
3)Marada
4)Tayyar
5)Democratic Party
6)Tawhid Party
7)Oulama Sunna of Akkar
8)Alawis of Tripoli
9)Half of Lebanese Singers
ETC. ETC.

To eliminate a threat you must go to the source. Our threat in lebanon comes from syria and iran and for some reason i don’t think you can peacefully agree with them to leave us alone, i wish we stop talking and start doing whatever it takes, one by one they’re murdering us. Enough is enough.

Hi hi hi! Mabsouta ya Arze ya mahdoumé bi Souriya???!!!!
And u dare calling the rest of us traitors?
Anyway, how is it possible to get rid of Hezbollah, and by hezbollah i only mean hezbollah and definitely not the shiite?
Killing HN won’t at all solve the problem as there will be so many to replace him! But i’m sure there should be a way!!!!!
Closing the borders will harms us even more !
I wish March 14 will take drastic actions especially when it has the majority of the countries supporting it.
And btw kezballah i agree wz u regarding the lebanese singers supporting Syria??? What the hell is wrong with them??
9. libanon | March 30th, 2008 at 8:37 am
Why didn’t they just go to the arab summit?
Maybe a solution would have been found.
This should be proof enough who wants lebanon to stay in its crisis.

To all the people who are still thinking that if the Lebanese Government went to Syria they may have found a solution there.
Even though is is the big lie of the Syrian regime, represented by Walid Mouallem, and it seems some of our friends the Aounists are well convinced of, I should remind them of only 2 things among thousands.
First of all, does any one remember what was the first thing Sanioura did after he was nominated as PM??? didn’t he visit Syria?? and what was the result?? of course more assassinations, and more border closing, and more interference etc….
Second, I think we didn’t forget yet that Michel Aoun himself and his loyal MP Ibrahim Kanaan asked the Government not to participate to the summit, arguing that it is an illegal and non constitutional Government etc… and after the Government decided not to go, they launched a fierce attack, mainly Micho in his interview with Mafffiii Farah.
I think all the Lebanese still have a good memory, and it is good that most of us took a good lesson from the past.

We do have a good memory, we can remember how the people who presently refuse to visit 7akima dimashk used to make weekly visits to damascus to get orders, and we remeber how they started becoming friendly with the syrian regime after mou2tamar anapolice inspite of the assasinations that the evil snake in damascus was supposidely carrying out in lebanon.
Though you’re right, aoun did say the opposite of what ken3an said, which he probably forgot(I think he’s becoming senile)
12. Rodge | March 30th, 2008 at 12:55 pm
libanon,
U’re right about the people who have been dealing with the Syrian regimne. But come one man, it is history now and we’re looking ahead, we can’t stop on every mistake that has been done, we should judge our Politicians for what they are doing now, for their mistakes committed in this historic phase where we have a big opportunity to have a great country, to finally establish a country not a farm. that’s why I’m against the 8th of March people, mainly Aoun, since he took the opposite way, or in my opinion he was always on that road but now he have been covered.
13. Arze | March 30th, 2008 at 1:53 pm
Great military strategy Michele ! i say you stick With Risk or some other game and leave military strategy to human beings : ) i mean to men ….; )
Nobody understands what they read anymore….
I was simply saying that If you guys think that hezbollah is the key for Syrian presence in Lebanon…then …Syria will always be in Lebanon…since Hezbollah will never dissapear !
Nor you , the US , the LF , Or michelle can remove Hezbollah…FAce it ! israel admitted it…
you still dont !
14. Michele | March 30th, 2008 at 2:37 pm
If military strategy is only for men, how come u are discussing it??!!!
And who said anything about military actions?
15. libanon | March 30th, 2008 at 3:21 pm
“we can’t stop on every mistake that has been done”
I hardly think they were syrian dogs by mistake, who unlike 8 march forces, didn’t just help the syrians politically but militarily too to enter lebanon, and they surely didn’t become billionars while they were in power by mistake.
Labeling someone pro or anti syrian is only applicable when syria is in lebanon, and you can’t just call someone a traitor just because, after syria left, he chose to concentrate on ending corruption and stopping the christians’ persecution instead of continuing the liberation war after there’s nothing left to liberate.
I don’t get it, you trust people whose dirty history you know very well. What happens if the US allies with syria again? Won’t they be with syrian presence again? They did it for 30 years, why not 30 more?
16. kezballah | March 30th, 2008 at 3:45 pm
Michele, it’s easy the Lebanese singers who sing for Syria love their pocket more than they love Lebanon. For them Syria is a market of 18 million people who have no taste so they can easily sell them the crap they call music
17. kezballah | March 30th, 2008 at 3:52 pm
libanon, tayyib shu baddak na3mel?
If Walid Jumblat was a traitor before but now he changes to be with us what do we do?
We fought him before to make him change his position and now he did so we keep cursing him? How will it help?
If he changes his mind again then we fight him again but that’s all we can do. In Lebanon you can not have accountability because the people worship their leaders, if you think Aoun wants to fight corruption then I have some fish in the sea I want to sell you
18. Rodge | March 30th, 2008 at 8:41 pm
libanon,
Please please please please, stop using this non sense cliche of this person who wants to fight corruption and who wants to stop the Christians persecution. it becomes so naive, you should change it, use another cliche, it’s time to move on and develop new ideas.
I will tell you something, for me, and I know what i’m talking about, Michel Aoun is no better that any other corrupted Politicians, otherwise he should strat by himself by disclosing all his personal and family and sons in-law accounts among others. why not being transparent in telling us where all this money came from to have a huge finance and a Rabieh Villas and a party to tun etc…
s for stopping the Christians persecution, you made me laugh like i haven’t for a long time. I mean Michel Aoun is the one who have most hurt the Chritian and he’s keeping his work. he’s a threat to Christians in particular, and to the Lebanese in general. when you gonna see that truth?? open ur eyes and try to analyze by urself.
