    Wishful thinking Paul :)
But anyways, go read some history, you will know for how long you can unite Christian leaders. Especially Geagea and Amin…

I did not get much of your english… But you realy believe it’s a matter of opinion? You honestly think any of the Christian leaders have anything on their mind other than being THE Christian leader?
No seriously go read some history…

    John,

About your last comment, and I quote: “You honestly think any of the Christian leaders have anything on their mind other than being THE Christian leader?
As i understand, you meant that Aoun is among those leaders also, so you should not defend him while criticizing the others, even you criticize them all, or you should be neutral towards the subject.

  • 11. paul | August 3rd, 2007 at 10:29 am

my english is not the porblem john, because how i see you have understand what i mean.

i wrote only about unity and not about if they are smart or not.

about read the history,i think that Amir bachir and fakr din,and yousef bek karam have nothing to do with your alliance,if you mean the newspapers reports or some boocks written from someone,so i don`t need all those becaause I lived the events ,

i don`t need to repeat what Rodge wrote.

    John,

your comment has something of reason, but i think aoun is triggering the competition, and law ma tama3 aoun, ma kein 7adan tneifas ma3o w keinou ittafa2ou ma3o .. bass houweh just like he did in the late 80’s, ija w 7atet bi rasso ykoun za3im l-masi7iyyeh !

At least all christians(believing in a free Lebanon)
    are united. Aoun is alone.
Aoun was the person who mostly had a negative effect on the christian presence in Lebanon. He claims that he wants to protect the privilege of the president of the republic.(yeah!! like he tried to do in 89-90 when his role wasonly to prepare for elections.. sar baddo ya3mil 7alo ra2ees jumhooriyeh bil 2ooweh) 7al 2asr baabda…

What differentiates the LF and Kataeb leaders from Aoun is that the LF and Kataeb leaders respect their martyrs they fight on the battleground with their men, they even may sacrifice their lives for the sake of the country and christians, while Aoun on the other side is a coward by running away to the french embassy wearing a pijama(square, red…) leaving his men dying or being captured by the Syrians… then after many years he denies that there are Lebanese political prisoners in syria.

to Aoun and his maaa2 maaa2 followers: if you don’t respect your martyrs, don’t worry we’ll respect them as we respect our martyrs
