- Jean: Alyssa raised a good point that none of you addressed. Why arent the palestinians taken in by any other arab country, where they have more room and not such a delicate demographic balance? Ahh wait … they...
Jean: Yeah, I do Alyssa
ja3far: you are so used to be a slave observer.. it became part of your vocabulary.. for someone who call himself observer, you need to listen and learn .. otherwise change the name to “almotafalsef al...
The other Observer: ja3far your depression seems to be contagious; or is it your masters ruthless presence in Lebanon?
The other Observer: Darwish, You seem to be the delusional one here. The lebanese government does not exist. They are there to do the dirty work for HA and Syria! Tell me my friend how do you suggest “let us all...
Darwish: Other observer, are you kidding or just being delusional? I do not believe one moment that one sect or party in lebanon can tell another to listen to them or else, it does not work! If anything, the last 30...

The other Observer: Alyssa, My question is simple: Why do you think that HA wants to stay in a country with no “cover”? Now it can use all other residents to hide. If it were to be in an enclave by itself;...
Alyssa: First of all I dont base it only ”demography” like others do but living choice. You can have this Lebanon or that Lebanon. it died when the majnoun war destroyed the Christians in 1989-1990. read...
The other Observer: I think most of you have not woken up from the slumber you seem to be in…For the sake of God and the citizens of Lebanon; lay off these unrealistic “ideas” of partition and...

N, we all know that FPM’s ministers are a million times better then M14’s but give them a break.

sorry N.. but from a technical point of view:
Running a generator set under light load can lead to engine damage, reducing reliability.
that is why when the consumption is very weak , like in weekends and at a certain time of the day, the man in charge of distributing the load in the head station will use such ways to keep the generators working with a load above the required minimum ..
just for the information
