انفجار شحنة ناسفة زنتها 100 غرام من المواد المتفجرة تحت سيارة “رينو كليو” بيضاء يملكها المواطن فادي الشاماتي في بلدة بلاط في جبيل واقتصرت الاضرار على الماديات

I just read on Lebanonfiles that a small bomb exploded under a Renault Clio car owned by Fadi el Shamati ( an LFer) but he was not reported hurt or injured.

What the hell do they want with this guy ?? He is far from politics, far from all those tensions .. he has been since years now.

    Rocky,

    he was a great fighter for DSG’s freedom, and suffered a lot for the cause, unfortunatly no one looked back at him, he was ignored.

    he is an LFer, he was a great fighter, had fierce battles against GMA in Ilgha War.

    He was responsible of spreading the LF thoughts to the students in the past 15 years, baynama ghayro was only concentrating on spreading flags and bringing buses to cheer and clap.

    nowadays he is concentraing on social activities more than political

    The important is that Fadi is fine, and he should take care in the future.

    إبطال التعقبات عن “القواتي” فادي الشاماتي

    أبطلت القاضية المنفردة الجزائية في البترون القاضية ميشلين مخول في حكم أصدرته التعقبات في حق مسؤول في “القوات اللبنانية” فادي الشاماتي بتهمة الانتماء الى جمعية سرية وتوزيع بطاقات معايدة عليها صورة رئيس “القوات” سمير جعجع، مع عبارة “يوم نحررك، نكون في الميلاد”.

    وكانت النيابة العامة الاستئنافية في الشمال ادعت على الشاماتي في 25/1/2003 لتوزيعه تلك البطاقات في بلدة كفرحلدا قضاء البترون لمناسبة عيد الميلاد، وحملت توقيع جعجع الذي كان سجينا حينذاك.

    وجاء في الحكم انه “لم يثبت في الملف ان المدعى عليه الشاماتي كان عضوا في جمعية سرية، أو اقترف فعلا يشكل جريمة تنفيذا لغرض هذه الجمعية، مما يقتضي ابطال التعقبات عنه سندا الى أحكام المادة 399 من قانون العقوبات”.

    يذكر ان الشاماتي أوقف 47 مرة خلال 11 عاما بسبب نشاطاته “القواتية” وأحيل على المحاكمة في ثلاث قضايا تتصل بهذه النشاطات.
