  Well i hear some people find it offensive that others eat or talk about food during ramadan while they are fasting …

  it’s a big round piece of bread
  you can either put cheese or thyme or something else in it then you roll it up.

  It’s a really good way to start your day, that soft bread and melty cheese…mmm…..

  sonja, this is the lebanese caviar if you visit us “surely with your husband” you will be very inspired from lebanese kitchen .

  Paul,there is a restaurant up in the North of the country which specialises in Lebanese cooking. If I get there again I will ask for it(if I remember the name).
  Make peace with Israel and my husband a nd i will be the first to visit.

  I’m curious how much would the Lebanese living outside Lebanon pay for a man2ousheh from Lebanon? I’m not a businessman, I’m just curious

  In Lebanon the man2ousheh sells for half dollar, how much would you pay to have it in USA?
