After posting about the incidents that preceeded the Ehden massacre, let us tackle now the reactions after the assassination of Tony Frangieh and the MASSACRES committed in several villages, the most hideous one being the Qaa3 massacre.

On the 28th of June 1978, and following the assassination of Tony Frangieh ( not by Samir Geagea for ignorants outthere), Marada armed men escorted by Syrian troops stormed the Qa3, Rass Baalbeck & Jdidit el Fakiha villages and arrested almost 30 Kataeb members and took them to a near valley where they were shot and murdered in the most barbaric ways ..

No one was caught nor judged for that massacre till today, on the contrary, we have people like Sleiman Frangieh still labeling others criminals while his hands are still not clean from the last murder his men did in Dahr el 3en.

May our Martyrs Rest in Peace.

It reminds me of the event When Kamal Jumblat was assasinated and the next day hundreds of christians were slaugtered …the worst part is that on that day it was clear that the syrians killed him !!!dont they deserve to be judged ?

which is worse the Frenjieh Scenario when it was clear that the Kataeb performed the operation…and the payback was on the Kataeb men …(althouts it is not justified)

May the martyrs rest in piece.

Arze, it’s really funny, pathetic and stupid to see franjieh supporters or Aoun supporters saying that they are against PSP or kataeb or LF because of the “crimes” when actually they themselves and their allies are even worse criminals. At least March 14 supporters never said that we are against March 8 because of their crimes!!!!

Tayyib ya N… wou Toni Frangieh may he rest in piece or screw him? Is he a christian or what?…
Do you see in one eye my friend ??!!
ba3den, FYI sleiman was 10 or so at the time, so I don’t think he ordered any massacre… The guy lost him mom, dad and little sister… what do you expect him to do or say ya 3amme??? 7att halak ma7allo allah la y2addir…… what would YOU do or say ???
get of his back for christ’s sake!!!
and please stop it with the joud el baye3 story… he was ONE guy, your friends killed 31 persons including women and children
as for the Qa3 massacre allah yer7amoun BUT al badi azlam…remember ?

  • 4. George | June 29th, 2008 at 3:25 am

“Al Badi azlam” ya Anonymous, how old are you 15? You dont know that the reason of Frangieh kiling is because he started the killing and Jude Albye3 was killed by Frangieh’s people and left there without allowing his parents or priest to pray on him or even bury him. It was not ONE guy ya Anonymous. Plenty people were harassed and threatened by the Frangieh thugs to leave the Kataeb. So using your logic, ‘Albadi azlam’, and Frangieh’s killing is justified??!! Allah yer7amou anyway.

So Anonymous grow up mate and don’t let the hate drive you.

  • 5. Tarek | June 29th, 2008 at 4:02 am

Anonymous, just for the note, when Gaegae went out of prison, Slayman F. called him and told him that there is nothing between us. However all changed when then orders came.

Didn’t Frangieh say that he would vote for Gaegae as a president if Bashar Al Assad told him to do so???

i am sure that if Jude el Bayeh was still alive he would have left the ewet and became an Aounist for one simple reason: bashir died and ja3ja3 became the leader and he turned the lf into a gang of criminals .
i do not think that anyone of the ewet should defend Jude el Bayeh they way u want to defend him because he is not one of u . he was a good man and a very peaceful person.
my information is that the franjiyyis didn’t order his murder. the syrians ordered fouad jebrael franjiyyi to kill el Bayeh in order to make the christians fight each other so the syrians can conquor. that jebrael guy killed the good man and then what happened happened.
by the way, i am from the north and i am very close to the Bayeh family . i know what i am talking about . and all the Bayeh family voted for Franjiyyi in 2005 elections for many reasons . one reason is because sleiman franjiyyi was very good with the family and they were well treated by him. second, franjiyyi is with aoun (and all christians love aoun). third, they were against the idea of the hariri 3isabi conquoring the zgharta area. fourth, they are against the ewet because ja3ja3 is far different from bashir .
so please, change the subject and concentrate on soccer.

What can I say about S. Frangieh??

At the time of the massacre he realized the misery of his own existence, and then he went to rebel against it. He joined the Marada militia-a kid amongst older militiamen-trying to redeem his honor by any means possible.
He didn’t,couldn’t order the qa3 massacre at the time but nothing could wash the shame of what happened at Ehden, his family, the outrage, and them being powerless to defend themselves.. its tragic when u think of it.

He is however too proud to feel like a loser:

I think Ehden made Frangieh a very ruthless man despite all that he says. From a personal point of view he is absolutely right to blame the phalange for the murder of his parents. But at the same time Toni Frangieh compromised what the larger part of the Christian community had fought for..

In brief, and again, it had to be done.

As for the qa3 massacre, these men are martyrs, authentic ones. May they RIP.

“حزب الله” ينفي وجود أي نقاط عسكرية له في أعالي صنين

This is for you N , when u said hezollah ma nakaro

  • 11. Rodge | June 29th, 2008 at 11:27 am

All this talking is non sense,

People from all sides committed murders at that time and that was wrong. We should not judge what happended at that time, we should judge what is happeneing now.

All of you, and especially the Aounis, just remember why we are talking about this subject, it is because ur stupid OTV channel had nothing else to do except digging in the past and trying to see if there are still 2 Christians talking well to each others to put a conflict between them.

We should not judge Ehden or Al Qaa3 or any other murder that happened for more than 20 or 30 years now, we should better judge who is committing a crime everyday by throwing the sedition among the Christians, taking the role played once by the Syrians. We should all judge Michel Aoun that filthy insane person, who can be described as “the last Syrian Officer in Lebanon”.

and A, FYI, not all the Christians love Aoun as you said, I mean come on, who givesd you the right to say that, you should say few christians love him, and they are getting fewer and fewer everyday.

Arze i think you are deviating the subject we are talking about the qa3 massacre for people like u to realise that frangiyeh is no where cleaner than jomblat or any of these garbage dumpster u guys are folowing , and any way what jomblat did is not justified and i hope all these criminal wil have to pay including the ones that started hareb il ilgha and killed thousands of people ….

i love u bro be safe

  • 18. Son of Ehden | June 29th, 2008 at 6:47 pm

I was hesitant to reply to this post but i chose to reply so people can stop being so ignorant. You all need to grow up. Keep talking about who started it, who did what, who is the worse criminal. They’re all to blame. We should never ever fight each other. There is no reason that women and children were killed in Ehden. I can understand targeting Tony Frangieh, he is in politics and thats the price, but killing women and children is purely wrong. There was also no reason or justification for the Qa3 massacres as many innocent people died, good martyrs. May God bless their soul. I said it before, Aoun, Geagea, Frangieh and Gemayel are the worst people to ever lead the Christians in Lebanon. They only gave us one disaster after another. I truly believe our leadership shall remain Bkirki as they only have our interest at heart. I dont mean the batrak only but bkirki as a whole. Shame on all of you, we are so weak now and you haven’t learned anything, Nothing. Sometimes, i wish the syrians will come back to Lebanon so the christians will unite again. We suffered so much since 1990 to 2005 and now we are at it again, the animals learn from their mistakes and we dont learn at all. Stop defending Ouwet, Aoun, Geagea, Gemayel (all of them), Frangieh (All of them). They should all go to HELL. All yirham kill al mawta, no matter who they are as our time will come and we will need the mercy of the Lord.
Yalla, grow up and see the greater danger around us. The shia and the welayet al faqih on one end and the wahabi and qaeda on another end.
    N-
Do us all a favor and please lets all try to unite rather then divide. Lets post some news about ways to reconcile the christian community, news about the different threat to our own mere existence. Thank you in advance.

    N,

Why are you bringing this up again? It’s over! let by-gones be by-gones. Everyone committed atrocities during the war and trying to rehash this ugly fact isn’t going to bring the dead back! I would also like to mention that the current Sleiman Frangieh did not commit the qa3 murders his grand father ordered them after his son and his family were brutally murdered…so let’s not drag this generation into it. Like Son of Ehden said, let’s focus on uniting the Christians rather than dividing them by re-opening a painful past that we’d all rather forget!

  • 20. Mehanna | July 2nd, 2008 at 7:01 pm

Sad reading you all: still stuck in sectarian non-sense. As someone who survived the June 13 event, I can tell you that you guys have no clues and perhaps better stay this way. Fanaticism is a recipe for another disaster for the “christians”. When I was young, we used to say, Inna fi Ouroubatina ‘Izrun li Takhalufnia. Now perhaps, we should substitute christianity for arabism.

    N,

Sorry but how is post any different from OTV??
Accusations and counter crap! that’s what the Orange want…Hatred!
Let’s move on. It was war and massacres happened everywhere!

let’s not sink to the Iranian parrots’ levels!

All in all only one militia leader was jailed and one leader apologized!

Now that’s a human being…DSG… that has more honour and consience than the rest!
