  yep, monitor the entire border with troops. While they are there make use of the security and build a 30ft high concrete barrier wall right round lebanons borders with 2 gates in it.

  Have the gates only open outwards so all undesirables and troublemakers can go back home (south and east) and let only those with good intentions stay.

  Then just trade with anyone using the seaports.

  And this is exactly why they bombed the UN troops . Now, they have the perfect reason to monitor the lebanese-syrian borders! G, who’s paying the price? Us or syria?

  Very smart move by the way , we ‘re the little guys in their agendas , as we say ; MA FIK LAL BA2RA NTA7 AL 3IJLE !

  IT may cost thousands of additional innocnet lives before the americans and allies recognize that lebanon is 2 small for such political operations , but this time , israel is not going to fight under their title (newer mideast) coz simply the IDF failed the process . Keep in mind , Marines failed their missions back in 1982 and are not planing on coming back to lebanon or the lebanese mud as they called it !

  Syria is surrounded by turkey, Iraq, Jordan and palestine. On the other hand, lebanon is surrounded by syria and palestine !!!! Who’s losing right there? Lebanon will be the bigesst loser , especially economically ….

  At last, this is my humble opinion ; PM sanioura is their last chance ! Is he going to be another A. Jmayel ? Or another M. aoun? Facts proof that history is going to repeat itself!

  I think Lebanon and the international community should work with Turkey, Jordan and Iraq! I don’t know how much Lebanon has leverage with these countries. I know Jordan may agree but I doubt that Turkey will do that. Turkey is selling its products in Syria and few products go the other way. Iraq is a hapless case!
  I think Jordan has a great effect on Syria. Most (actually all) Arab tourists from the Gulf (who travel by land) go through Jordan to Syria then to Lebanon. Closing the border between Jordan and Syria will not allow the tourists to go to Syria (Syria always closes the border just at the beginning of the tourist/summer season to prevent the tourist to go to Lebanon so they will spend their time and money in Syria). Also, Jordan will prevent Jordanian customers from going to Syria to buy cheaper products!

  just a small correction ali, i checked the map and i found that we are bounded by iseal ans syria not syria and palestine.

  i wish it was palentine not isreal but one should acknoledge reality if he wants to change it.

  I was shocked to hear about the CIA release of sensitive documents from the 1960s and 1970s exposing domestic spying, assassination attempts and much more … Maybe you need to check this case on the internet or any local american news paper , and then you’ll know why im blamin the americans… You’ll be surprised to the level where you dont wanna read anymore ,especially Fidel castro’s case!

  I advice you not to enter in a discussion with the guys Paul and Bachir, cause u will lost definitely. i still don’t know why u always defend Syria, i can understand why u defend HA and Nasrallah, but i don’t know why everytime someone said something about the syrians, u interfere and try to be their lawyer. Man, we don’t defend neither the Americans nor the French,a dn of course not the Israelis, we’re defending Lebanon and our Lebanese figures. So please, don’t defend the Syrians like some of the Political personnalities do, because when u do that, u’re motivating us to attack the Syrians more and more, since we feel that u’re more Syrians rhan Lebanse, eventhough we know very well that u hate them as much as we do. That was the case of the Sunnis all the years of the war, ans they just said announced it now

  Seriously , I dont know where are you coming from? Read comment # 21 and then talk! Sunnis are like normal lebanese . They have the same interests but were forced into this crisis (ksa) in order to eliminate HA and work on their division . At last, there are always ppl out there to assist you (europe&usa) but you’ll never achieve success without the approval of your own people. Al kaleb add ma ylef wydour ma byirja3 ila la 3ind ass7abo ya RODGE , w heke massir 7alifak al sanioura , 2oul ya rab !
