  very probable political analysis here:

  No lights=no electricity=mohammad fneish=Hezbollah=Iran.
  So, Iran is responsible for the blackouts. Let’s hope Cheney bombs them to the stone age. Maybe we’ll get our street lights back.

  Ok i agree to blame the Government, which is normal, but let’s face it guys, our roads were always without lights, long time before this or any other Government.

  Some of the Autoroute in France are without lights, but not the main roads, Also they took many measures to prevent any danger, not like in Lebanon you got blind because of the lights coming towards you.

  the problem is not only the bad streets,most cars are in abysmal condition.

  Few days ago, I was listening to finance minister “Jihad Az3oor” speaking about fuel, money, electricity… and he mentioned a fabulous sentence:
  “Electricity BILLS collections rate is 45%!!!!! We are losing 55% of BILLS, this is why every year, Gov is financing Electricity with $ 1,000,000,000″ !!!!!
  ONE BILLION DOLLARS deficiency every year!

  Which areas do NOT pay their bills? (what a stupid question)

  I wasn’t defending the Gov I was highlighting the $1,000,000,000 dollars (I like this number to be in my account )

  Of course it is the Gov fault since letting those A$$**** to suck our blood.
