  Considering that Einstein became famous with E= m*c^2 where E is the number of units to charge the phone, m is money in $ and c is a measure of how fast you can screw people as a minister.

  From Einstein’s perspective: there where no phones to charge so E = 0 which implied m = 0, so the cost was zero and everyone was happy to use the standard dial-me-up phone. No wonder Einstein’s E = m*c^2 equation is Holy!

  From Gibran Bastille perspective: E = 125 units and m = $1 for 2 min and 1 sec, so c comes out to be 125 units per dollar per 2 min & 1 sec, which turns out to be, for those who hate math passionately 1.5 screwed men and women every second.

  In plain English, he screwed 15 men & women every 10 second or 90 men and women each minute, or in a nutshell he is capable of screwing 47 million men and women in one year. Given the population of Lebanon, Gibran Bastille would have been quite fit as telecommunication minister in Iran where the system is the cleanest!

  they are comparing VAT including products against VAT excluding products.
  The calculation is wrong.

  As much as i hate Bassilo , i still have a comment on this
  Before bassilo’s intervention 2 units=40 sec and not 1 unit=40sec. (Any alfa user will tell u that)
  Doing some obvious math calculations we end before with 1$=1 min 15 sec.
  So Im afraid you are wrong.

  THESE PRICES ARE COMPETITIVE.
  GO look at PAY AS YOU go rates in develloped country and you will see that they match what is offered in lebanon.

  People were using Units before because it was cheaper.
  which is not hte case anywhere in the world.
  now that fixed line are competitive, everyone should migrate to them.
