  Mabrouk for the winners ..
  I heard 14th of march won 4 seats out of 4 in the north and had 2 in Beirut.

  However i got the number of votes that the LF candidate had, and he did get the majority of Christian votes unlike what you guys are saying.

  Shiite votes were the ones that made the difference.

  كما وعدنا بعرض واقعي للأرقام الدقيقة لانتخابات نقابة المهندسين، صدر عن الدائرة الاعلامية في القوات اللبنانية البيان الآتي:

  في إطار الدعاية السياسية غير المستندة الى الارقام التي تعتبر المرجع الوحيد في أية انتخابات، عمد بعض المعنيين بانتخابات نقابتي المهندسين في بيروت والشمال الى ترويج تفسيرات عن اتجاهات الرأي العام والمعاني السياسية للنتائج تناقض تماما الحقيقة والواقع.
  وفي هذا الإطار ادعى بعض وسائل الإعلام ونقل بعضها الآخر عن جهات سياسية وحزبية أن المعارضة فازت في هذه الانتخابات وأن التيار الوطني الحر حصد 65% من أصوات الناخبين المسيحيين.

  تنويرا للرأي العام ووضعا للأمور في نصابها السياسي والانتخابي تلفت القوات اللبنانية الى الآتي:

  1- إن مهندسي لبنان خاضوا أمس عمليتين انتخابيتين الأولى في بيروت والثانية في الشمال لاختيار تسعة أعضاء خمسة في نقابة مهندسي بيروت واربعة في نقابة مهندسي الشمال، وقد فازت قوى 14 آذار بستة من الأعضاء التسعة بينهم اربعة في الشمال وعضوان في بيروت. وبالتالي فإن الادعاء بأن المعارضة حققت انتصارا سياسيا على الأكثرية هو ادعاء في غير محله.

  2- بالنسبة الى توزيع الصوت المسيحي بين قوى 14 آذار وقوى 8 آذار، فإن عملية حسابية بسيطة تظهر ما يلي: الأصوات المحتسبة في انتخابات بيروت بلغت ما مجموعه 10015 مهندسا موزعين بين 2690 سنيا و2750 شيعيا و620 درزيا و3955 مسيحيا. وإذا سلمنا جدلا بأن 65% من اصوات المسيحيين (اي ما يوازي نحو 2570 صوتا من اصل 3955) صبت في مصلحة تحالف قوى 8 آذار، فكان يفترض بموجب الحسابات غير المسيحية لقوى قوى 8 آذار أن تأتي النتيجة اكتساحا لكل المقاعد وبفوارق تعد بمئات الأصوات. فلو أضفنا 2570 ناخبا مسيحيا المفترضين الى 90 % من أصوات الشيعة وفقا لحسابات قوى 8 آذار لحصتها من أصوات الشيعة (2475 صوتا من اصل 2750) و20 % من أصوات الدروز ( 124 صوتا من اصل 620) و25 % من أصوات السنة (672 من اصل صوتا 2690) لوجب أن تحصل قوى 8 آذار على 5841 صوتا كحد أدنى. أما وأن أعلى نتيجة حصل عليها مرشح على لائحة قوى 8 آذار جاءت في حدود 5029 فهذا يعني أن نسبة ال65% من أصوات المسيحيين التي تم الادعاء بأنها صبت لمصلحة قوى 8 آذار لا أساس لها من الصحة. لا بل على العكس من ذلك فإن النسب حتى وفقا لحسابات قوى 8 آذار تكون في اسوأ الاحتمالات 55% من أصوات المسيحيين لقوى 14 آذار مقابل 45% لقوى 8 آذار على الرغم من اشكالية وجود احد المرشحين المحسوبين سياسيا على الأكثرية خارج لائحة 14 آذار.

  3- إن الأخذ بما يروجه فريق 8 آذار لناحية ادعائه غير الصحيح بحصول التيار الوطني الحر على 65% من أصوات المسيحيين، من شأنه أن يقلب السحر على الساحر. ذلك أن الأخذ بهذه النظرية غير الصحيحة يعني أن الأصوات المسيحية المفترض أنها محسوبة للعماد عون هي التي اسقطت في الوقت ذاته مرشح حزب الله، وبالتالي فإن المسيحيين يكونون صوتوا ضد الخيار السياسي للعماد عون بالتحالف مع حزب الله.

  4- إن المقاربة السياسية لانتخابات المهندسين واستخلاص العبر منها والحديث عن مدى تماهيها مع المزاج الشعبي تظهر بوضوح أن الأكثرية هي أكثرية فعلية .كما تدل بأن ادعاء قوى 8 آذار بأنها تمثل الأكثرية الشعبية الحقيقية هو ادعاء باطل وغير حقيقي وفي غير محله.

  جان عزيز - مقاربة «القوات اللبنانية» موضوع انتخابات نقابة المهندسين في بيروت، من زاوية الحرص على التمثيل المسيحي، كانت موضع تقدير وتثمين في مختلف الأوساط المسيحية، لما للمسألة من دلالات حول ما كان وسيكون، وسط الأزمة الوجودية الراهنة.
  ففي لغة تبسيطية واضحة، نقل «الموقع الرسمي الوحيد» لحزب «القوات» على شبكة انترنت، وفي صدر صفحته الأولى، قراءة مفادها الآتي:
  عشرة آلاف مهندس اقترعوا تقريباً. بينهم 2700 سني، 2700 شيعي، 600 درزي ونحو 4 آلاف مسيحي. وتابعت القراءة المبسّطة نفسها، أن سنّة «تيار المستقبل» جيّروا نحو 70% من مقترعيهم للمرشحين المسيحيين من لائحتهم، أي نحو 1900 صوت. وجيّر الدروز الجنبلاطيون النسبة نفسها، أي نحو 420 صوتاً. ليكون المجموع 2320 صوتاً. ولما كان المرشح «القواتي» قد نال نحو 4900 صوت، وعلى قاعدة أنه لم ينل أي صوت شيعي، تكون نتيجة القراءة المذكورة أن هذا المرشح نال 2600 صوت مسيحي، أي ما نسبته 65% من المقترعين المسيحيين، ليكون المرشح «العوني» الفائز، قد انتخب بنسبة 35% فقط من أصوات المسيحيين، وقد حملته أصوات الشيعة.
  التقدير والتثمين ذاتهما، حيال هذه المقاربة المسيحية، اقتضيا من المعنيين، مزيداً من التدقيق والتشريع. ليتبين أن الحساب «القواتي» الالكتروني، مشوب بالعديد من الملاحظات، أبرزها الآتي:
  ــ لجهة الاقتراع السني، وقدرته التجييرية مسيحياً بالذات، يجمع الخبراء على أن القياس الأدق عملياً، هو المقارنة بالانتخابات النيابية لعام 2005. وتحديداً المقارنة بمواقع المواجهة الأشرس في حينه، التي تمثّلت في دائرتي الشمال. إذ تظهر الأرقام والإحصاءات الرسمية أن المقترعين السنّة في تلك المحافظة، الذين بلغوا نحو 80 ألف مقترع، أعطوا المرشح الماروني «الحليف» لهم، بطرس حرب، أكثر من 72 في المئة من أصواتهم. فيما لم يعطوا المرشح جبران باسيل إلاّ نحو 21 في المئة.
  ليتوزع الباقي بين الأصوات غير القابلة للحساب، بسبب التشطيب أو عدم اكتمال الأسماء المارونية على لوائح بعض المقترعين السنّة.
  علماً أن هذه النسبة المتوسطة، ذهبت في المناطق السنية الأكثر حريرية إلى حدود أعلى. ففي المنية مثلاً نال حرب 16213 صوتاً، مقابل 3661 صوتاً فقط لباسيل. أي ما نسبته 81 في المئة للمسيحي المدعوم من «المستقبل»، في مقابل 18% فقط لخصمه.
  ماذا تعني هذه المقارنة؟ إمّا أن تكون القراءة «القواتية» تحاول القول إن الحضور السنّي للجماعة الحريرية، قد تراجع في العامين الماضيين، من قدرة تجييرية تبلغ نحو 80% لصالح مسيحييهم، إلى 70% فقط في انتخابات المهندسين، وإمّا أن يكون الحضور «العوني» في الوسط السني قد تقدم في الفترة نفسها، وإمّا أخيراً أن تكون هذه القراءة خاطئة، بحيث يكون المرشح «القواتي» أمس الأول قد نال أكثر من 1900 صوت سني، والمرشح العوني قد حصد أقل من 800 سني.
  ــ لجهة الاقتراع الدرزي. المقارنة القياسية نفسها لمعرفة صواب الحساب «القواتي»، تقتضي الانتقال إلى دائرة بعبدا عاليه، في الانتخابات الأخيرة نفسها. وفي هذا المجال، تسجل الإحصاءات الرسمية أيضاً أن المرشح «العوني» في هذه الدائرة، حكمت ديب، نال نحو 10 آلاف صوت درزي فقط، في مقابل نحو 49 ألف صوت درزي، حصدها المرشح «القواتي» يومها، الراحل إدمون نعيم. ما يعني أن التجيير الدرزي الجنبلاطي أعطى حلفاءه المسيحيين نحو 78 في المئة من أصوات المقترعين الدروز (نحو 62500 مقترع درزي في الدائرة المذكورة) فيما التجيير الدرزي المضاد لم يعط العونيين إلاّ نحو 16 في المئة.
  ومرة جديدة، يتبيّن أن القراءة القواتية «الهندسية» تظهر إمّا أن جنبلاط تراجع درزياً، وإمّا أن عون تقدم نحو ضعفي حضوره الدرزي خلال عامين، وإمّا أن يكون المرشح القواتي قد نال أصواتاً درزية أمس الأول، تفوق 420 صوتاً. ومنافسه العوني أقل بكثير من الـ180 الباقية.
  ــ لجهة الاقتراع الشيعي. يشير الخبراء في هذا السياق إلى أن أي مقارنة بنتائج انتخابات 2005، لا يمكن تطبيقها. ذلك أن الثنائي الشيعي «أقفل» ساحته الانتخابية في حينه، ولم تسجل أي مواجهة شيعية ــ شيعية: يمكن القياس عليها. غير أن اعتبار القراءة القواتية نفسها، أن المرشح المسيحي على اللائحة الحريرية لم ينل أي صوت شيعي من أصل 2700 مقترع شيعي، هو إقرار ضمني بالإفلاس الكامل لأسماء شيعية كبيرة ضمن التحالف الحريري، بينها نائبان بارزان، ومفتٍ علّامة، وحتى رئيس لتيار شيعي حرّ، باتت زياراته إلى المقامات تحظى بالتغطية نفسها لجولات جيفري فيلتمان. فهل يعقل ألا يكون لهؤلاء أي مناصر شيعي من بين 2700 مهندس شيعي اقترعوا؟
  ما يعني ثالثاً، أن المرشح «القواتي» نال أول من أمس أكثر من «صفر» من الأصوات الشيعية، والمرشح «العوني» نال بالتأكيد أقل من 2700 صوت شيعي.
  محصّلة الملاحظات الثلاث، تشير إلى أن المسيحيين اقترعوا في نقابة المهندسين، لمصلحة مرشحي ميشال عون بنسبة تراوح بين 62 و64 في المئة، رغم القراءات المغايرة.
  يبقى التقدير والتثمين ذاتهما واجبين حيال القراءة «القواتية» نفسها. فهما يلفتان مجدداً إلى اللاشرعية التمثيلية المسيحية لـ37 نائباً مسيحياً في تحالف 14 آذار، وهو التحالف الذي يضم إلى جانب هؤلاء 34 نائباً من السنّة والشيعة والدروز، وهو بقيادة سعد الدين الحريري

  Your 100% right; but dont forget that for the past 15 years, we were not being able to say that we are Lebanese Forces or Lebanese Forces still exists or even to carry the Lebanese Forces flag .
  You will be considered a hero if you mentioned that your a member or supporter of Lebanese Forces.

  As you notice now , things are getting better , Now more lebanese Forces representative offices are being opened all over Lebanon ( from extreme south till extreme north) and outside Lebanon( all over europe , USA , Brezil , Gulf Countries , Africa).

  Now , Lebanese Forces has an organized Body of Engineers and Doctors and Businessmen and …….

  But finally despite everything , we need commitments from all Lebanese forces Supporters , It is not enough to say that im With LF or I support LF but i dont vote and i dont Participate in any Event That LF does . We need commitment from everybody . Commitment is the Key .

  Lebanon is the country that I love and Lebanese Forces is the party that I like .

It makes me very sad to see that the LF after a so large suffers, is always split.We must say the truth openly … LF geagea…LF ilij…LF 3ati2…lf ex hobeika… LF abou nader..etc.i respect all those. That is a dishonnor wich we after so many chouhada are not able to talk with each other in order to build a strong basis .We must urge all the LF leaders to do more.We may not be silent from fear inno yaba chou baddoun y2oulo 3anna and this is wrong.only if we are unite,we have a good future

  With all my Respect to all the names that you have mentioned , There is only one LF which is under the Command of Samir Geagea As long as Hakim represents the majority of LF supporters , You know that fact ,I know thatfact and all LFers know that and i Think there is no doubt regarding this issue.Today LF is organized and eveyrone is welcome to enter Lebanese Forces and let it be democratic , if they were able to represent the majority of LF mabrouk 3layon.

  regarding Saint Elige , We have full trust in these guys and they trully LFers that they paid martyrs defending Lebanon and LF. I think With time this problem will be solved and nshalah nshoufon heneh wel hakim sawa.

  LF 3ati2 , I know that Antoine Zahra spoke with him while he was in Australia and i was shocked that He issued along with mouharabine koudama bel ouwet Bayan asking shabeb Ouwet ye3tezrou men Michel Aoun w Tayyar 3an black tuesday and they forgot to mention what tayyar did on that day bel Manate2 sharkiyeh w bi shabeb ouwet w nessyou anou Ouwet hatet shahid houweh Riad Abi Khatar (R.I.P.). I wish 3ati2 will not end up like Jean Aziz or Rahmeh and we will see him in tayyar with a good position and good salary.
  Just check what tayyar mentioned today about 3ati2.

  Finally , As LFers we hope that 3ati2 and all ex Lfers to join the majority of LF , Because LF is LF and tayyar is tayyar and marada is marada.
