St.Mary’s day
Posted by N10452Yesterday was St Mary’s day, which is celebrated in almost every Christian village in Lebanon.
Each village takes great pride in organizing festivities and a village dinner for the occasion.
The most visited spots for that occasion are Faqra & Faraya, The North ( Ehden, Bcharre etc ..) and Zahle, The South ( Saydit Maghdouche, Jezzine, Deir el Amar, Ain Ebel etc ..) and the Mountain villages. Of course Harissa gets crowded throughout the day and during the night mass and the morning mass.
I wish you all a blessed day.

paul hehehe you remember the feeling before the summer end and the school start
Despite it I like the old days no responsability all you worry about is the exam. Also there was no FPM when I was in school so maybe Lebanese people were smarter

indded Kezballah,i feel the same, there was only kateib a7rar and ouwet, and later only kateib students cells,we had many problems with the army “almoukafa7a”in Hadath, bass kil 3oumroun hek,ma chatrin 2illa 3leina…you can delete “maybe” in your last sentence
5. paul | August 15th, 2008 at 5:55 pm

paul that is exactly how I remember, this topic is about the Virgin Mary and when it was time to protect so our church bells continue to ring like Bachir say, you don’t find anyone except few people who sacrifice, all the other run away and the army split each one go to their sect. Same thing today Hezbollah killing people in Beirut and the army watch because the Chi3a will split, ma chatrin 2illa 3leina like you said.
We have the faith and thank God for the brain

walla ya Kezballah rajja3tne 3almade
in the100 days war, the Syrians has bombing the whole night the church sayydit l Hadath.
we thought it must all be destroyed, but
we were very surprised the next day,it was hit only from 1 little missile in the tower , I am not a 100% believer but I can say ,in that night,I had for the first time thinking seriously

paul I saw death in the face two times in the war and I think about God seriously too then
Those days were hard but we resist and we are proud no one break our spirit, until the Great General come and sink the whole ship that freaking stupid maniac!!

kezballah, when aoun returned and geagea was released it was one of the most beautiful days of my life.(ma3 inne kint bilmade 7bei2a)
Iheard later aoun first speech, It was clear the man has not changed, and now we all know he has with our principles nothing in common.sometimes I think we should ignore him, because he feels confirmed by critique, and if they like ba3siyye and aoumiye wma ba3rif min, I think that any rescue comes too late.

I know it’s not easy to ignore him, because laughing is a beautiful human property
