I wanna wish all Christians in Lebanon and outside it a happy fasting ..

Fasting is not going on a diet or starving yourself, it is not about food at all ..
It is about committing yourself not to do or eat or practice something you love ..

It is about testing your strengh and faith in yourself and in Jesus Christ ..

In essence, it means to abstain from satisfying hunger or thirst, and any other lustful needs we may yearn for.

May all our Christian readers have a blessed fasting.
