Ready for war ?
Posted by N10452The drums of war stopped beating .. war is here !
For months now, there were symptoms of another civil war, i posted repeatedly warning of such a war .. i ve warned several times those who are getting armed of how horrible is a civil war and condemned politicians arming their me…
And here we are now, because of an incompetent government and an armed militia and two lousy decisions, Beirut is invaded, Sunnites feel threatened, Christians are worried and Druzes are already slaughtering …
I still support fully those two decisions, but i never thought for a second the government was that unprepared to face Hezbollah .. on all levels ! not to mention the sissy Sleiman who almost asked the army to support the invasion ..
Anyway, everyone is running to get armed now … Sunnite Salafists see this as a golden opportunity … Sejaan Azzi ( Kataeb) says if the army cant protect us, we are seriously considering protecting ourselves … and the Druzes already taught Hezbollah a lesson in the mountain by slaughtering 3 of his militants..
Mabrouk 3layoun ya lebneniyye !
I refuse to defend anyone in this war, i will abstrain from writing and from politics at all if such a war erupts, and unfortunatelly i dont see a bright future ..
Call me pessimistic, i say i am rather realistic ..

Ok N, u’re right, we all refuse the civi war and don’t want it, BUT…
- What if they attack ur home?
- What if they attack ur family and parents?
- What if they did in ur hometown or the street u’re living in the same thing they did in Beirut and the mountain?
- In conckusion, what if you come to a position where you are forced to defend urself in a matter of life or death.
- What if its is you or the other?
- What if you are forbidden from living the way you like, or the way ur habits, religion, or beliefs want?
- What if you find that u have to choose between living in dignity and pride by fighting, or living on the margin and in lowness because u refuse to fight??
I don’t know if any of you remember the song the Gambler of Kenny Rogers, in which an uncle tells his nephew that he doesn’t have to fight to proove that he’s a man and not a coward, saying
“you don’t have to fight to be a man”
but at the end, he concludes by saying
“SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO FIGHT WHEN YOU’RE A MAN”.
So N, I believe this last sentence says it all.

OH MY GOD!!!
The government took back their 2 decisions….they bent their knees infront of Hassouna and Co?!?!?
F****ng cowards!!!!!
Do anyone think that this will prevent a war….of course not (mo3arada still have things to change in the country) so why give them the proof that they now can do and say everything they want????
Who am i kidding when we started to make plans to save money and buy a house in our dear land, i haven´t lived there for such a long time and always felt something´s missing………but it´s not so dear, they broke my heart!
In the south they are shooting with their guns cause they have won(???) while the rest are in chock…..so all the people killed by the terrorists are gone for nothing??
Michel Sleyman, you traitor……..how much did they pay you??? People, now you must take care of yourselves….
Michel Ali (Aoun) burn in hell!
Hassouna, don´t even let me start!
I can´t write anymore, I´m tooooooo angry!!!!
I will NOT return to Lebanon until Lebanon is freeeeeeeee………in every way!
6. Fuziyad | May 14th, 2008 at 10:33 pm
N is really born to be aounie, wonder why he’s not…he loooves contradictions… he crtisizes the gob for monthese for doing nothing against hizb, then once they do he accuses them of taking us to war, now that they retracted he will probably say, what?? bunch of cowards we wanted war…
7. Fuziyad | May 14th, 2008 at 10:45 pm
3im….the change of the decision is a detail, since thursday evening it was clear that now the choice was between war and wafic safa republic…when the fighting stopped it was clear that we were capitulating…
It’s not the gov and these 2 decisions, it’s everyone including our allies and everything.
The choices are even to fight or to leave the country and pray for zawahiri to make those metwali scum pay a dear price for what they did
8. Arze | May 14th, 2008 at 10:57 pm
I totaly agree with you N …
Just one thing now at leats we know who are the barbarians and who are not….
They invaded beirut in 6 hours with 6 killed(6 of them were totaly armed ), gave the surrendered fighters to the Army , gave their post to the army …u wanna know the funniest part ? My sunni friend in beirut tells me that he woke up in the morning and he saw some of them on the balcony not stealing ONE shopt , and asking him if everything was ok and that they will leave very soon…
In the north and in the mountain all i see is torture , and cold murder and in mass !
so if i had a choice between the salafiin in the north , the druze in the mountains or hezbollah in beirut.. who would i choose???
Now i think u can understand why i respect Hezbollah more then druze and the sunna
Amen …
9. Arze | May 14th, 2008 at 10:59 pm
Fuziad !! u are doing worse then the syrians when they blamed us to be Israelies everytime we went for a strike !
10. Swe | May 14th, 2008 at 11:00 pm
Arze….change your name to fatme…….you don´t deserve to have such a nice name as arze….
And move to the south and dress as Hassouna wans to dress all the females and get married to one of them with his 3 wives and give birth to some 10 more terrorist..
What a shame………brainwashed by arab propaganda!
11. paul | May 14th, 2008 at 11:06 pm

it is very important not to abandon the hope.
12. Tony | May 14th, 2008 at 11:08 pm
Stop acting none of you know what happens between closed doors you dont know what they said with these people who came today that they changed there mind we will se in the future what will come out of this.
13. Fuziyad | May 14th, 2008 at 11:11 pm
Arze you are the most stupid person I have ever seen.
Who is the barbarian????????????????? isn’t the one that starts a war????????????????????????????’ what kind of logic is that??? by the way any thought about the 7ayawen who shot at people at funerals in tarik el jdidé???
Anyway respect hezballah as much as you want they will never respect you.
14. Fuziyad | May 14th, 2008 at 11:22 pm
Tony, trust me I know very well from good sources what was said behind the closed doors…what was said was:guys you are cornered, we can’t do anything for you, hezb has beaten you on the ground and we and the interantioanl community are not willing to help out and the army won’t protect the serail if hezb attacks, so plse pull back these decisions, go to discussion and once you get nowhere from there, resign and let hezbos try and govern alone. You have lost and now you can only avoid further bloodshed and humiliation
15. Swe | May 14th, 2008 at 11:25 pm
Hope is the only word we´re clinging to….i know they changed these 2 decisions because of something unknown, i hope it is what i think it is….but the people must feel scared, hurt and left alone because of all that´s happened.
I´m raised with LF ideology and raises my children with the LF ideology…always LF!
16. elie | May 14th, 2008 at 11:51 pm
it is clear that the sunni are not ready to fight …at least not at the moment…
they need few months to arm themselves …saudi arabia and egypt will not let their allies down…the weapons are on their way to lebanon…
i blame the lebanese army for the next coming war….especially Gen Suleiman…
if you look at aoun lahoud and suleiman…you realise how useless this institution is.
17. Tarek | May 14th, 2008 at 11:54 pm
I knew this will come sooner or later. Hopefully I’ll leave the country soon. Already signed a contract abroad.
The war is coming, just be prepared …
18. Elie.F. | May 14th, 2008 at 11:56 pm
when i said before that if the government was to retreat with their 2 decisions it’s better for them to resign, because they will be responsible for all the people who died on the streets thinking that they were threatened to be invaded and that they must protect their homes and their leaders who they trust ,what hapenned now? tomorrow they will call them MARTYRS and will give their parents and wives 300,000 lira/months for the rest of their lives, yes my friends, that’s the cost of the people who protects their homes and their government, 300,000 lira. If someone remembers,14 march leaders mocked nasralla when he said that if he knew the consequences of the july war he wouldn’t have done it from the beginning, can anyone tell me what the government and 14 march leaders did now? shame on them all, to be more honest,SHAME ON US. ALLA YIR7AM EL MAWTA ,TO THE DEAD WE MUST SAY: IGHFOR LAHOM YA ABATI LI ANNAHOM LA YADROUN MAZA YAF3ALOUN, and not for the leaders.
19. Fuziyad | May 15th, 2008 at 12:03 am

There is one 1 major thing the government didn’t expect…the fact that the army would side with hezbayré…
The traitor and the responsible for that crap is michel suleiman and his troops. He is the number 1 to blame…
20. Elie.F. | May 15th, 2008 at 12:22 am
FUZIYAD,
1 SIMPLE QUESTION ?
I WOULD ACCEPT WITH U THAT THE PERSON TO BLAME IS GENERAL SLEIMAN ESPECIALLY WHEN U SAID THAT THE GOVERNMENT DIDN’T EXPECT THAT THE ARMY WOULD SIDE WITH HIZBALLA,(i’m not going to write the same word the same as u wrote because u by mistake for sure put a very bad word replacing ALLA)
IF ON THE EXPECTED ELECTION DAY ON 10 JUNE THE 14 MARCH LEADERS WENT AND ELECTED GENERAL SLEIMAN AS A COMPROMISE PRESIDENT HOW SHOULD 14 MARCH SUPPORTERS ACT? AND HOW WOULD U? i don’t know if you r allready one of them.
21. elie | May 15th, 2008 at 12:31 am
SULEIMAN WILL BE WORSE THAN LAHOUD AND AOUN TOGETHER….THE 14 MARCH LEADERS MAY HAVE TO ELECT HIM…IF THIS GOING TO HAPPEN …ALL WHAT THE LEBANESE PEOPLE CAN DO IS WAITING FOR THE NEXT COMING WAR IN THE MIDDLE EAST AND PRAY FOR THE TOTAL DEFEAT OF ZIBBULLA…JUST WAIT.

24. Fuziyad | May 15th, 2008 at 12:48 am
Elie F…I am totally against the election of suleiman as a president now…eventhough I realise it’s a bit of dilemna as there is no other reasonable choice…
Still, my personnal choice is that the government resigns as a protest to hezb obstruction to any solution in the dialogue to come. then I hope there will be enough brave MP’s to refuse electing suleiman, this way hezb will be left with all the mess in its hands and m14 won’t serve as a cover to that….w yallé baddo ysir ysir…
And to answer your question I am m14 by ideology but i belong to no party and have mistrust to many of its leaders

26. Leb4Life | May 15th, 2008 at 1:34 am
7tarna ya ar3a min wayn badna nboosik .
u guys are losers for one simple reason: u don’t know what u want.
one moment u say u want sleiman and the other u say u don’t .
what is wrong with what the army did? did u want the army to fight hezballa and the shi3a?
why do u walways want the army to fight another ta2ifi just because u politically (at the moment) do not agree with?
why didn’t u ask the army to fight the shi3a just after syria left lebanon and during the last elections and foration of the sanyoura government? back then they were mouqawami and u allied with them and u included them in the government and u assured their resistance in the bayan el wizari . but now u are against them .
i don’t think that march 14 is against hezballa . i think they are against the fact that they are allying with aoun and this alliance will make the march 14 lose majority in the coming elections (that’s if march 14 will agree to elections) .
this is the whole argument because all will be ok if hezballa accepted to reserrect the ta7alof el roba3i . but hezballa refused because they can not put their hands in the hands of traitors like march 14 .
in lebanon we need to all unite and not backstab each other . we MUST accept each other regardless of our differences . and we must learn how to solve our problems with dialogue rather than trying to eliminate each other .
we must respect the fact that Aoun represents Christians according to last elections and that hezballa represents shi3a … the same way as we accepted hariri and jumblat represent their group . and based on that , we must not try kick them out of the government for personal reasons .
i don’t know why u guys are sdcared of hezballa . u should be scared of hariri and jumblat according to the last couple of days because u could see with ur own eyes who is brutal and who is not.
27. Hanoun | May 15th, 2008 at 1:55 am

I have news for you guy! The first round is over. 2 minutes break and then the second round will start! The second round will be in the Shouf and the Christian areas close to Dahia! Either wait until they enter your house and kill you and your family or get ready to defend yourself.
“Big fence make good neighbors”. That is, with strength, you will deter your neighbor from attacking you!
The news that I am hearing and reading is that the Sunni will arm to the teeth and become more radical, and the druze too! It is because they want to defend themselves not to attack others!
Hizballah was established and being supported by Iran. Well, read what Khomeini did when he came back to Iran. He started to eliminate one opponent after the other (moderate seculars who were against the Shah, then the Communist, then the moderate shia, …) until he was the only power! That’s why the revoluation lasted that long. That’s how dictators stay in power. The minute there is an opponent, they get scared! Hizballah is a fanatic group and will not rest until the whole country is under its yellow flag!

it is u guys who keep saying u are against hatred and discrimination and u are against insulting others based on religion etc ….
yet at the same time all ur words are full of discrimination and hatred towards those who do not agree with u .
when is it time for u fanatics to wake up and be responsible? looks like u are used to the syrian jazma 3ala ra2betkon to stop u from causing trouble in a country that seeks peace between its people.
u always attack Aoun because of his tafahom with hezballa . but at the same time u beg for the moment hezballa byerda 3laykon so u can win his votes in elections.
look at urselves. what are u achieving other than sitting behind the computer and swearing at Aounists and Shi3as? i dare u once to self criticise urselves .
attacking Aoun will not make u win anything . they more the man is attacked the more followers he will attract . if u want to beat the man u have to be better than him . u have to stop being followers and u have to stand up for Lebanon’s interests only and not for hariri and jumblat’s interests . in other words, u will have to gain the respect of others ….. something u don’t own at the moment.
u claim to be the protectors of the Leb Christians yet all what ur militia does is make us weaker .
elie i am not sure how old u are but it is kids like u who are making ur hakim mashekhra if all his followers are ignorant and rude like u.
hanoun
enti law kenet rejjel ma kenet bte7ki hayk haki min wara el computer screen . be a human being once in ur life and stop being rude . if i don’t agree with u it doesn’t mean i became syrian . u remind me of ur allies 3 years ago who used to say Aounists are jews just because we do not agree with them . in other words, u became like those who were mad3ooseen min jazmet el soori . the only difference is that they realised that syria is out now and u guys still tqammastou roo7 jumblat 3 years ago.

40. M.N. | May 15th, 2008 at 8:43 am
that’s it guys… we got to live with it…
Unfortunately hezbollah and co. don’t care if a war occured in lebanon or not… in order to apply his own rules hezbollah has to change the whole lebanese community into a community of war (u can find it in the archive of hezbollah speeches and plans in order to to change the leb. regime)..
what did we and march 14 need in the last days to survive instead of being humiliated in this way???
We needed LEADERS WITH BALLS!!!!
The support (politically) that this cabinet is having is the maximum they can dream of, in addition they have the authorities of the president…
they could change michel zabri sleyman, put him in jail and assign another army commander when this pussy sleyman refused to face the barbarism of the opposition from the 1st minute after the airport road was blocked… but they didn’t and they know they are not able to fight hezbollah so on what they were gambling i still don’t know…
march 14 leaders reactions: hariri & jumblat were surrounded and their communities are fucked in Beirut so they’ll say and do anyhting to stop the lost battles…
Samir Geagea (who i support) was living on another planet… it was better for him to keep his mouth shut and not talking about “SOUMOUD” When his allies “FET7IN 3A 7SSEBON”…
THIS IS THE WORST CRISIS HANDLING I’VE EVER SEEN AND I DON’T THINK I WILL EVER SEE..
Right now if the cabinet resign or not it’s the same… they are not able to take any decision on which hezbollah does not approve.
tomorrow the politicians will sit at the dialogue table like nothing happened for them and everything will be solved in the lebanese way.
What will happen now is we’re going to have the PUSSY sleyman in baabda, hezbollah weapons will stay forever… and no one will dare to touch his weapon, his people, no one can force him to pay electricity, water…even if march 14 will get 90% of the deputies elections next year, unfortunately nothing can be changed…
after what happened in the last days hezbollah is more confident that he can do whatever he likes in lebanon as long as no one can confront him (even the army)….

Hablé4life, get a life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
42. Johnny.B | May 15th, 2008 at 9:04 am
TO ALL OF YOU,
between giving hezballah a chance to kill more people and destroy their homes and destroy a country, and between backing off the two decisions and save the country … what would you choose?
besides there’s no more point in keeping those two decisions, those where not the main aim, the main aim of all of this manoever was to let hezballah fall in the trap and point his weapons to the lebanese …
SO MISSION ACCOMPLISHED 14 MARCH WON
whether you like it or not !!!!
what did 14 march lose ? mmm nothing? (politicaly of course, our loss in innocent lives was tremendous RIP bros)
what did hezzballah loose? mmm
* his credibility
* the trust of lebanese
* put the shiaa in a really bad position
* made hassan nassrallah a liar
* turned from resistence to militia
* destroyed his country (to protect it, HOW IRONIC)
* big loss in lives (RIP ya chabeb)
so in conclusion, hezballah proved that all this he was not protecting lebanon, HE WAS PROTCTING HIS WEAPONS !!!
43. Rodge | May 15th, 2008 at 9:12 am
I am really disappointed with the level of conversation here.
N, wrote a post talking about his stance against the Lebanese war, and instead of commenting on that, some of you were busy in fighting each others with words and curses and all the accusations etc… and others cared only about criticizing the other parties leaders, without trying to add any useful idea or contribution.
I urge everybody to try as much as they can to be polite and to respect others, I sometimes think that maybe this other person is someone I know for real, he maybe a good friend or neighbor or even a relative, and all we do is cursing each others. Please guys keep the level of conversations on this blog as high as it should be.
On the other hand, I just want to comment on what Leb4life said about the army. We’re not saying we want him to fight Hizb El shitan, we just asked him to protect civilians, something he didn’t do, which opens the door in the future for everyone to protect himself and act as vigilante.
Ali1559, I understand ur stance towar Samir Geagea, you are free to criticize him, but instead i was waiting from you to comment on the post and contribute usefully in the trade of ideas here.

you’ll be out of lebanon on the first plane/boat, that’s what your type is good at..

About the Government decisions,
We all realized that they came in a wrong timing and were not studied accurately, but still this does not justify the bloody reaction.
So now the Government took them back and Hizb should react positively.
But I have something to say here, why Hizb is blaming the Government for the reaction that happened?? isn’t this reaction similar to Israel’s reaction after they kidnapped the 2 soldiers?? and after that, Hassan Nasrallah said that if he knew they will react like this, he wouldn’t do the operation. So what is the difference between the Government and Hassouna? nothing, they both took wrong decisions, and they both said they regret it.

Johnny B…
I don’t want to sound like the number 1 pessimistic but I don’t agree at all with your post saying we have won something out of this mess…as things are now, we have lost, BIG TIME… some new developments might happen but today Lebanon is the state of hizbullah. Nothing less…I knew this was in the cards and may happen one day but didn’t know it would happen so quick…
Hezbollah when burning beirut knew he was going to loose credibility and was may be triggering a sunni shia war but yet they took the bet…what do they care of rational arguments now that they are holding us with weapons…they are threatening every single journalist…and if you read the press you will notice that many of them have allready started changing their tone…after all the lebanese are like this…they go with the stronger…rememeber how the press and free debate was at the time of the syrians, well, it’s gonna be a bit similar but probably worse…
What’s the point of now having the argument of saying hizb is a militia if you won’t be able to say it anymore under the risk to get arrested…
Anyway, am sure you noticed that those who are in m8 have no logic at all, give me some hope and tell me you know some aounies who are now saying that m14 was right, that hezb prooved not to be any kind of mouqawama but a shiia gang that only wants to dominate the country and make it a good ally or proxie of Syria and Iran…am sure you don’t… I don’t…In contrary, I even hear some of those “neutral” idiots saying: you see? aoun took the right bet…
Then even among m14 and as you can read above you are gonna have people, saying: why did the goverenment take us to confrontation with hizb? we don’t want blood!! others will say, why did the gov cancel the decisions?? would rather to go to war!!! some like N for example will say both…anything to feel not concerned by the defeat…it is not ME but the gov that lost type of reasoning…noone likes to lose
Only a few will see things as they are…The government HAD to take this decision and once they saw the brutality of hizb combined with the treason of the army and the international community they HAD to step back, for their sake, for our sake, for lebanon’s sake…
Now all I hope that the m14 MP’s will have the decency not to vote for that idiot suleiman…not that it will change anything as m8 will no doubt go with 50+1 if they need but only to score a small, tiny point…
I am not saying our dream for a free and modern lebanon is dead but it is very severly injured…and after so many injuries over the years am afraid that this time it may not survive.

dont worry about i always watch all the news from different sources then i come up with an opinion …and believe me i watch LBC more then any other channel u know why ?
Because i simply like to know what brainwashed geageaist will think the next day …

your@36 is the true propaganda.
52. Rodge | May 15th, 2008 at 11:15 am
Arze,
Saying that you watch LBC just to know what brainwashed geageaist will think the next day, proves without any doubt that you’re still living in the late 80’s and early 90’s, and that u can’t differ between a Media belonging to a party and another Media who has it’s own thinking which could be close to another party.
Wake up and try to be updated. Also I want to tell you, it is not enough top watch the news, but to understand it, and for me, it seems you only watch.

if u guys turned now agianst sleiman election then u have to bear the consequenses of electing Aoun.
If sleiman is not elected then Aoun will definately be the one. so better for u to elect sleiman.
you are not in a situation where u can negotiate simply because ur hakim has no arar . he just follows what jumblat tells him . and these days, jemblat is msarsa3 ya haram. but i don’t feel sorry for him because he and ALL other militia leaders should be in jail for destroying the country.
54. Free | May 15th, 2008 at 11:25 am
by the way, everyone accepted the 3 rules of negotiations as well as the place except ur hakim . he wanted to add rules.
also , he was the only one to say he is now against sleiman as ra2ees tawafoqi .
but guess what ?
no one even bothered taking him seriously . no one asked him why ya hakim. the arab group didn’t even write his points down in the ma7dar . it’s as if no one talked.
and u still call ur hakim an influential leader? he only influences poor ppl like u.
55. Swe | May 15th, 2008 at 12:14 pm
Well, we take hakim seriously.
So what if the arab group comes with suggestions? Does it meen that we have to follow them….don´t we have the right to object or say our opinions anymore……just like hizbollah wants?
56. Fuziyad | May 15th, 2008 at 12:26 pm
Y free ya zaké…I didn’t even start writing and I wonder why am bothering answering people like you…It seems that all what you understand in politicas is hakim/aoun/geagea, my hakim your aoun their joumblatt his nasrallah….
This is not what the situation is about. Iran and Syria took over Lebanon with the assistance of Suleiman army…
I am against this takeover and whoever covered it, be it suleiman, aoun, and in some time may be jumblatt then saad than amin…
I am with those who will keep saying no, and if Geagea stands though and says no to all the mascarade and refuses to operate as political cover to all this circus then I congartulate him and stand by him even if I am not an LFer( don’t scratch your head too long, yes some people are christians supporting m14 and not LF nor kataeb).
Geagea will probably not have the power to stop anything, in fact as things are now, noone has the power to do much…
Then concerning aoun…eventhough the guy has proven more than once that he didn’t have the ability to be a president(come on the man can’t make one complete sentence), I think may be we should try and push his candidacy further just to get hizb to say publicly they don’t want that madmen anywhere but in deir el salib or cleaning their bathroom…
57. wa7ad | May 15th, 2008 at 6:07 pm

enough. the airport will open, the roads are opening and the politicians are going to doha.
stop crying and work your way to make lebanon a peaceful place.
peace.

A cheap and bigotry comment if I ever read one on your blog. What would have you done if these gangs marched into your towns and villages?
Weigh your words wisely my friend for a day is going to come where you have to deal with the thuggery of HA, then we’ll see how your ouwet will handle it.

Ma khassneh, I am out of this , I raised a question and no one was there to answer..
63. N10452 | May 15th, 2008 at 10:00 pm
Ali 1559,
Geagea kept an honorable stand whether we like it or not .. his allies were not up to their decisions and almost kneeled .. but he wasnt the biggest loser … he was never strong enough to impose himself and kept on his positions ..
As for resigning .. joe sarkis should be kicked out of the LF first
64. Ali 1559 | May 15th, 2008 at 10:10 pm
Until we can find a way to get Fouad Sanioura out of office, and, until we can find true lebanese leaders who are qualified to do the job . The lebanese situation will remain a running show on a late TV show.
Indeed Lebanon needs a different form of gov to stop this war and come to light again. The most serious issue, apparently, is the way this gov BACKED OFF its resolutions!!!Tfeh, shame on ANSSAF AL RIJAL. I think sanioura has been given way to many chances , and I think his time is up. Lets wait and see what this guy is going to do…

The people of ouwet, the bashirist, and other communities should decide to end Samir geagea’s political career. You guys deserve a better leader. Honestly, I take you over samir
Your input ,plz
66. N10452 | May 15th, 2008 at 10:31 pm
Samir Geagea is among the few politicians i respect … specially that i highly admire his achievements in the past and his political line .. but since he went out, he is a different person that i cannot recognize myself with …
No one in the LF is eligible to even critisize him .. he did far better than anyone else did since Bashir …
As for his political carreer, whether he had chosen to take the right path, he would achieved major things .. sadly he didnt ..
As for me, ana kherye sgheere khayye wou mabsout bi 7le .. i never pretended to be anyone nor i want to …
Merci mamnounak ..

u really get me puzzled when u say u admire ur hakim’s achievements .
what achievements??????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
massacres? mass graves? burying chemical waste in keserwan? murdering the Lebanese Army? hajez el berbara wel teshlee7 (by the way, ask ur nayeb antoine zahra about the teshlee7 and he will tell u all about it because he has the best experience in that)? tehjeer el masi7iyyi from the jabal and from east sayda? killing tony franjiyyi?
i asked a question a while ago but no one answered me . give me one war or battle or anything geagea did and it was good for the Christians. and please for f*ck sake do not say ma3raket 2net and all that b*ll*hit.
and please do not mix bashir’s achievements with geagea’s . we were all with bashir when he was alive.

leb-4-Life
to refresh your memory…the LF kept the christian area free from 1975 till 1988….samir geagea was in charge from 85 till 88–the year when your mentally sick leader took the power….it took your general less then 24 month to destroy all what we built in 13 years….do you remember how he left his soldier to be killed and tortured?/
don’t you ever talk about harb el jabal…where LF and samir geagea were left alone…the Lebanese army didn’t dare to go further than souk el gharb…it was the brave LF who took the challenge…they lost …yes…but at least they stood up like men….not like your leader who left his wife and daughters and off he went to the french embasssy..
as i said before ..you are an idiot…and this is a waste of time.

72. Fuziyad | May 16th, 2008 at 12:03 pm
N, I do read what you write…and on many occasions you said that the gov should take tougher decisions on hezb and that they were a bunch of cowards ect…And if you follow a bit lebanese politics you knew that on the ground hezb was stronger and that the gov had no militias…The bet was on the army and the army did not deliver…that’s what happenned…
So if your position is that we need to try and be tough with hezb but do everything to avoid civil war than what the governement behavior is exactly what you wanted…bass you keep critisizing…
73. Johnny.B | May 16th, 2008 at 2:44 pm
wlak ya habibehhhhh, hezballah had this planned not the government ….
ha had this planned be 10 minutes kein msakkar tor2at w 3am yodrab bill madeifi3 … he wanted this w ma 7adan ycheir3 bill mawdou3 ba2a .
whatever the goeverment’s decision, nothing explains attacking civilian area’s that are not his … if he has a problem with government, why didn’t they go to the saray?
but that’s not their plan!!! the plan is to control all the area’s and show his power so he would have a better deal when he goes to the negotiation table !!!
