Ramzi ya Ramzi ..

Another year passes by and another mass commemorating Ramzi Irani’s martyrdom.

Every year, we keep repeating how Ramzi was killed, how brutal and unhuman was his murder .. how a brave educated young man was kidnapped during the day, put in the trunk of a car, killed in a barbaric way and left inside the truck of his car for days ..

Yes this happened in Lebanon, the same country that gave us Charles Malek, Fouad Frem el Boustany, Gibran Khalil Gebran and many many others ..

Yet no investigations were done, no tribunals set .. just a mass for the memory of Ramzi, for his family, for his wife and two wonderful children, for his mother who lost a part of her when she heard the news..

Forgive us Ramzi for not doing enough to find our your killers … I cannot do it myself and those who should be doing it are busy doing politics instead ..

I assure you you shall never be forgotten and your image will stay as the role model for every Young committed LFer to follow ..

May you rest in peace ya Ramzi, and may God protect your family, your wife Jessy, your children Jad and Yasmina whom i am sure will grow to be new Ramzis ..
