Nasrallah preparing for the “next war”
Posted by N10452Another speech full of threats and endangering our country and preparing it for another war.
“Hezbollah leader Sayed Hassan Nasrallah on Tuesday threatened Israel with a “grand surprise” if it tried to attack Lebanon, local Naharnet news website reported. “
Hezbollah threatening Israel with a grand surprise while Israel is getting armed intensively to reclaim its reputation of an invincible army that was a bit shaken by the 7ezeb.
Is this how a national leader addresses his nation after initiating a disastrous war a year ago ?
Is this how a national leader relieves his people and promises them a prosperous future ??
I do not bother listen to this mad man anymore, since i already know what he is going to say, he has become a perfect tool for the Iranians and Syrians to manipulate just like Jumblatt quoted, and he will be the victim of a general regional compromise soon enough.
We will have our new president whether he likes it or not, whether its 50 +1 or 2/3, and i ask 14th of March leaders to take a historic stand and ask Hezbollah and the whole Shiite community a simple question:
Do you want to live with us under one government ? one army ? one state?
The answer is simple and based on it, we can discuss further options and i am being very serious here.

Allah Yestor
Their answer will be NO, because all they want is this man, they are prepared to sacrifice themselves for him, and follow him to hell.
look at what they’ve done lately in Canada, but fortunately they well forced to remove the billboard.
We should recognize that Shiites will not trade HA for anybody at the time being, giving that Hizb is ensuring them the necessary money and care. So the result is maybe to isolate them in their own areas, until they are ready to chose Lebanon instaed of their mini state.

IF this is their answer, then maybe division is an option to consider seriously.

Very interesting fact from history on US policy in our region.
If you want to kill the turkey, stuff it enough to look big enough for a kill.
They did this to Saddam before, and to other “leaders”from our region.
Lets hope this time its another one of those. Eid Al Adha is not too far away …..

Whoever wants to have some good laughs, I just heard that tomorrow 16th August, marcel ghanem kalam el nass on LBC, with Aoun . This really ought to be funny. I wonder how many stupidities he will be saying.
6. Rodge | August 15th, 2007 at 2:23 pm
Guys,
Have you heard about what happened after Nasrallah speech yesterday?? they shot fires while celebrating (what they were celebrating??), and many people were injured by “Rasas Tayish”.
What a stupidity.
Yalla Fada Sayed Hassan.

first I’m not with both sides(8 & 14). but i heard nasralla yesterday, did anyone notice that he was not happy bil (nasr el ilehe) anniversary. second, i liked it when he threatened Israel with a grand surprise if they start a new war on Lebanon. i wish that all lebanese leaders say that to Israel, not just comment on how nasralla said it he say it. and about celebrating after his speach i think it’s the most stupid act, i was wondering why they celebrate, i came out with a thought that these people can’t live if they don’t shoot someone or somewhere even if they shoot in the air lol.
God bless Lebanon, and help Christians for they are the only reason for keeping the freedom in this small country.

Let’s forget the Shiites and let them have their Islamic canton. We can’t build a Lebanese state with Hezbollah. The choice for Hezbollah and the Shiites is clear: disarm and join the rest of Lebanon or start your own state.
13. mikel | August 15th, 2007 at 11:33 pm
N,
Howcome you never post about federalism?
I mean whenever someone says that word in Lebanon, everyone calls him a traitor.
If the 7ezeb has its own state maybe we should give them the south.
There are a lot of federal states in the world ( US,Canada, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland…) and to me these counries aren’t doing thet bad.
The problem is Lebanese people think that federalism means that Lebanon will be no more etc.
Someone should do a semanar or conference… to teach people what federalism really is.
14. Christian Atta | August 16th, 2007 at 6:16 am
mikel,
Whenever we christians speak of federalism, we are called traitors, because if we christians get a definite piece of land, that’s ours, a federal christian state, no one will ever take it away from us anymore. And THAT is definitely not what Hizollah wants. What el Hezb wants is for us christians to live under their protection in an islamic country, even so with a puppet christian president. Deconstruct nasrallah’s speech yesterday when he asked “did america protect christians in iraq?”. This means that the only entity that can protect christians is the shiia Muslim authority. Some aounists blind jerks will say that I am neurotic. I am tired of all these fools that don’t have the intellect of hearing a speech and understanding what it means. Statistics speak out loud, if Aoun has 50% of christians on his side, how can we ever be able to move? We have a dead body, a corpse that we have to carry on our backs , just because these jerks are christians just as we are. We have syria to fight, we have hezbollah to fight, al-quaeda, and 50% of our community that work to weigh us down. What is worse is that these 50% of chritians are already experiencing living under the leadership of nasrallah, and THEY’RE FINE WITH IT!! What happened to their dignity? So that’s the picture in lebanon, a strong nasrallah, threatening israel, assuming that the army will back him up, assuming that the next president will give el hizb just as much cover as lahoud, assuming that christians (at least 50% of them) are happy to live under the mujahedines’s wing, and let the one christian who’s still got balls stand and face them.
Much as this message sounds pessimistic, we, Lfers and LF supporters, know that we have a long thorny road to walk and we’ll walk it. More than 30 years have passed, and we haven’t lost a dust-size grain of our dignity, and that is what all matters.
15. mikel | August 16th, 2007 at 9:40 am
ur right Christian
All FPMers care about is making Aoun president, they don’t care about their dignity, they’re blind followers.

Something dangerous is happening at the moment.
The 8th of March people (namely Murr - Berri - Nasrallah - Aoun, and even Gen. Sleiman who i personally consider him as a pro 8th of March in his longing for Presidency and his last statementsd) are moving toward Bkerki and trying to take the initiative regarding the Presidential elections, while our 14th of March leaders are watching them. So again, all the 14th of March are being active not proactive, and this was always their biggest mistake. Even when they had mostly all the cards in their hands, they were unable or unwilling to take the initiative, and if they won’t, they will lose ground and even they will lose their battle.
18. Mohammad | August 16th, 2007 at 12:28 pm
14 march is passing now in a BIG TEST which is Presidential Elections. If they fail this time, then, the whole coalition will disappear!
14 march should do something or they should go to hell.

A reply to N and anyone who is interested in Federalism or supports it. I am not against it or with it but the things to consider are:
1. How will the land be divided, since as we all know, there is no Christian land and Muslim land.
2. What laws will they follow ?
3. Who will rule the country ?
4. What laws will protect those who are Muslims in the Christian areas and vice versa?
5. How many ports and airports will we have ?
6. Who will get the Bekaa valley ?
7. Who will get the south ?
8. Who will control the Central Bank ?
9. Will you accept an Armenian to rule the Christian areas ?
Federalism might sound very easy but we forget we are 19 major sects in a very small space. Land in presumably Muslim areas is owned by Christians and vice versa.
Not to mention the famous 3 words
Divide and Conquer.

This came today in both Al Watan & Alrai newspapers in Kuwait:
Where is Lebanon from all that?
I wonder if Hassouna is ready to do the same for Lebanon. And he says he’s defending Lebanon.

23. Mohammad | August 21st, 2007 at 11:55 am
LB-Cracker,
Let me tell you a story about a 30 meters long tree and a woodpecker (flicker bird):
It was winter time where the flicker wanted to hide from storms. She created a small hole in a 30 meters long tree to hide inside.
In spring, she put 4 eggs. Hence, she had to create more rooms inside. So, the hole inside the tree became bigger and bigger.
In summer, those small birds, those were in eggs, became strong and started drilling their own rooms in that tree.
Another winter came with its strong winds. That poor tree wasn’t able to resist since it was weak from inside due to those holes (birds rooms). The 30 meter tree fell down.
Conclusion: Did you see what happened to the strong 30 meters tree?
