I must say that now that it is near of the 1th. aniversary of the greats human been and journalyst Gebran Twenni I feel sad I did like him a lot and still do It was a very sad day for me when I listen the news that day,but life is like this when humans do not like others specially if they don’t know who is God and why he decided to creat us, they will allways destroyed the good or god people this is the power of Satan. I hope this country what it is not my, but I have seen across the last 10 years how changed and growed get some peace one time, I hope christians and muslims, get together again like in all times, people must understand today that whom believes in God is free to follow any way of religion this is freedom of the human been and nobody has right to say why you believe in this and not in that. God created the human free to decided……..
I hope Gebran it will be a picture for young people muslims and christian because his mother was a muslim and his father is a Catholic, and this has nothing to do in the way that we can live together it is enough that there is so much FITNAh, corruption, and poverty and a lof off racisme between you lebanease I hope it will change for your god and freedom and democracy.

Mr Gibran Tueni has taught me so much and before he died and after, he will never be forgotten.
I use to always wait to watch arabic satelite with my father; Gibran spoke words of truth every night him and his uncle were on debate shows. He stood for freedom of speech that all journalists in lebanon should stand for. I was asked on my university application who are my favourite journalists before Gibran was killed and ofcourse i put Jibran he was so strong he lost so much family members but still nothing stopped him and even if they kill more like him our beliefs wont change, because a 100 more will be born just like him. Jibran was a true patriot, I will miss him and everyone who has lost there lives to make our country a better place. May they all rest in peace and there legacy never to die or fade we should carry on what they werent able to finish they done this for all of us and for the generations to come, true patriots. May the killers all be punished and burn in hell where they deserve to be.

im just writin this comment to tell all of u people: STOP ACTING CRAZY. we, christians, should be all UNITED. dont let anyone seperate u people even if the politiciens said so. THINK guys about ur future. all these politiciens will be gone after a while and we’re gonna stay 2gether in this country so plz stop sharing lebanon with strangers. no one will look at us if we need something exept the church so dont u ever talk with bad words on the PATRIARCHE (batrak). dont u see how LOVELY is our country? every one wants it! we should keep it 4 our self!!!!!

What was Gibran sacrificing at his death?! What was he surrendering as a penalty for a mistake or fault? IT seems that his path toward independence and freedom was so costly and expensive to achieve!. Whatever, he reached the highest grade of immortality because of the honorable and because of being the veracious witness of current situations, he was forcibly the bravest man among his cooperative unit, he obviously was invulnerable to fear or intimidation suggested by the Syrian ill system who was always qualified by barbarity and homicide. But across all these circumstances, other bad trends were led to decrease the significance of his struggles which were classifiying him from each side as belonging exclusively to a specific party without another, i.e. judgements of Shadow and Irange were unjustified and pointless and other many and many of people who orient around gibran’s OBSEQUIES to add their party logos, and in my opinion, these trends have led to a big decrease in Gibran’s value as a patriotic , intrepid, and IMPERISHABLE Soul.

Any ways ranouna or whatever that mess or service was for the LF not for ex aounist Like jobran or others it was for the LF so i see no point of mentioning the martyr jobran tueni in the LF mess since u said he is not an LF ……..

gebran etait une personne excellente qui n’a jamais change de position pour des interets personnels qui a toujours etait antisyrien et c’etait l’unbs des seuls politiciens qui disaient la verite comme elle l’est c’est un homme honnete et courageux di3anak ya gibran

He never got out of my mind since he left us. I have his photo in my room, a deep respect, and a sincere admiration in my heart for this, one of his kind, journalist/politician.
