  I’M WITH FEDERALISM,AND I WANT IT AS MUCH AS YOU.BUT WE HAVE TO HAVE A STATE TO IMPLEMANT FEDERALISM IN .SECOND OUR HOLE EXISTENCE MUS’NT BE IN DANGER AS A COUNTRY AND AS CHRISTIANS IN THE MIDDLE EAST.THOSE 2 STEPS ARE PREMORDIAL BEFORE ANY OTHER ONE,OTHERWISE IT’S LIKE IF WE ARE TALKING ABOUT THE SEXE OF THE ANGELS .AND THAT’S WHY THE NAME OF THE LF IS FOR NOW MOU2ASSASA NA7WA LDAWLA.FIRST THE”DAWLA”THAT PROTECTS OUR HOLE EXISTENCE ,THEN HOW WE LIVE IN IT WILL FOLLOW.YOU CAN’T ORGANISE YOUR FAMILY IF YOU DON’T HAVE A SECURE HOME. TAKE CARE

  And a man like him we push out of the LF because he asked for accountability. Samir geagea and all the people around him combined can not match this person on the intellectual and political level. Shame how the father of the LF ideology and thought is being treated. The New LF. The price to pay Hariri clan for releasing Geagea from jail.

  This what happens when you accept help from people who wants you to be destoryed.

  Paulette,
  You are mixing two major things here ..
  We can be behind building the state and strenghening it and in the same time supporting a solution to our problems and safeguarding our free existence in Lebanon by promoting Federalism ..

  If we are gonna stay that way, it is a matter of years before Muslims demand to have more representative than us and once the 50-50 status is broken ( even though its only virtually present now) .. we re doomed.

  If you dont start thinking 10 years from now … feyteen bil 7ett and so far 3am nsarri3 fawoutetna bil 7ett ..

  Federalism will save us, yet we are pushing it away ..

  I ve covered that topic in many posts .. i suggest they do a search and they ll find all the answers they need …

  Maybe every now and then i should remind people on how federalism works .. bass sadly enough no one reads ..

  That’s the problem with federalism:

  A lot of people don’t know what it is.

  A lot of people have commom misconceptions about it.

  They’ve been steered away from it.

  That’s why there should be a political party, or a committe or something that holds conferences, lectures, meetings… explaining federalism to the Lebanese people and convincing them that it’s for their own good.

  Listen man, I know I don’t write much here but I ready every posting that you post but usually i’m too lazy to post a response anyways federalism is good and i am with it but our country lebanon is way too small for it to work.
  i currently live in canada on the border with the US and i c how federlism works. ot looks great and every state has it’s own laws, taxes, unions, etc but in the end they all go back to the federal government. but in lebanon they want to split it to become federalism by religion or by political parties and lebanon is too small for it to work out that way. so we better find a way to co-operate with each other and stop having all these outside countries use us and laugh at us. WE ARE LEBANESE AND WHERE EVER WE GO IN THIS WORLD WE TAKE CARE OF OUR SELVES AND OVERCOME ANY OBSTACLES, SO WHY CAN’T WE TAKE CARE OF OUR OWN COUNTRY AND OVERCOME ALL THESE OBSTACLES BETWEEN US! WAKE UP PEOPLE OUR LEADERS ARE ALL INTERESTED IN MONEY AND THEMSELVES, THEY COULD GIVE TWO SHITS ABOUT LEBANON AND ABOUT US!
