Why doesnt the LF call for a re-trial ?

Hakim is out of jail, the LF is no more disbanded, but we are still convicted of murders we did not commit. Back in 1994, everyone was shocked to see the LF being accused of the church bombing, but because of the bad image few LF thugs have created, many were happy to see Hakim get jailed.

In 1996, he was innocented and it was a victory for the LF and Hakim.

10 years later, Hakim was freed but not innocented, and this is unacceptable. A leader of a large community and head of a party cannot be convicted of murders, and asking for a re-trial is the least he can do to clear his image and let justive prevail.

In a meeting today at Abdul Raheem Mrad house, Omar Karami accuses Hakim of killing thousands of Sunnites and of the murder of Rashid Karame and requested that he apologizes.

We are lacking credibility and trust nowadays, and being reminded of those murders they accused us of is not something the LF should tolerate.
The Justice today is a competent and independant one (almost), let us go back to courts and finalize those wrong convictions.

    In an interview with G Saliby on NTV, Hakim said he is ready for the retrial but also wants to open all the war files and assassination files.
    Plus he said, what about the assassination of Bachir Gemayel, Renee Mouawwad, Hassan Khaled, Kamal Jumblat woussoulan la ightiyalait al akhira.

    He also talked about how jamai3it Karami came to the LF before the elections of 2000 and 2005 asking them to be on the same list and they said that they know that all Hakim’s files are invented and they dont believe them.
    Hakim said if all the files are opened , the LF will be represented like Angels infront of all what the others did (including his allies).
    But we are in year 2006 and we should think about the future w all what is being talked about the past is “waldanait” .

    I agree with Mr anonymous ,

    The answer for all this is what Hakim said during his interview , let’s open all war files and Lebanese Forces is ready to open its files , but what we will not accept is that all political parties are acting like angels and Lebanese forces is the only devil between them . They would us to beleive Lebanese Forces was the only party was armed during the civil war. They want to open war files ,we are ready to open all war files and then let us see who is guilty and who is not.

    Some people will never beleive that Lebanese Forces is innocent even if we went for a trial and were innocent , simply because they don’t want Lebanese Forces to exist. Lebanese Forces for them is a nightmare.

    hakim is godly man like like mr nasallah & ounallah they hide behind their people so they cannot being exposed. hakim stould up for it even though he had the chance to leave. for the love of his christianity & for lebanon he stayed & he paid dearly for something he didnt do.verses mr elie hebaiah syrian poppett the dog unlike mr aounallah the one who stole millions live well off in france in the expense of the christian lebanese people enjoying life while all his officers got killed & tortured by the styrian regime & its allies in lebanon . the twin traitors lahoud & ounallah live well off for their well being getting paid from the khomeini regime in jesus christ will these poppetts will fall down & they will be exposed & tried as killers cowerds & traitors god give health wisdom to hakim so he know how to keep all the christains loving one heart in lebanon.misho
