What should the army do ??
Posted by N10452Fatah al-Islam militants engaged in a fierce battle with the Lebanese army at a refugee camp have asked for their families to be evacuated from the battered camp, a mediator told AFP Tuesday.
Mohammed Hajj, a spokesman for clerics trying to broker an end to the deadly fighting at Nahr al-Bared, said a spokesman for Fatah al-Islam overnight Monday contacted the clerics seeking a way out for some 100 civilians at the camp.
This has been causing quite a dilemna on the forum discussions and everywhere i go.
Should the army allow them to evacuate the families ?? ( they sadly already agreed on that)
I strongly believe the army should respect the Geneva accord, but this is not the case here and i totaly refuse the pledge those terrorists asked for to evacuate the families..
Why ?
The army gave them an ultimatum at first to evacuate all civilians, yet those families stayed for months with the terrorists, and now that the army is almost done with the battle, they ask for few days off to take out their families !!!
Am i the only one here smelling a trap or a plan they are up to ?? We are giving them time to regain their strengh and rearm and reposition ! we do not have TIME at all ! This battle should have been done weeks ago ..
I am not surprised that our sissy army commander take such a decision, i just want to ask all those defending those civilians’ right to go out.
What if no one asked for their evacuation ?? The army already knew about them yet was bombing recklessly ??

I don’t think, I KNOW, and I think everyone with half a brain can realize that FAI is just using this as an excuse to buy some time for the final stand off.
They have been crippled by the LAF raids, and there are more to come.
And when the army agreed to stop they didn’t get a response back from anyone.
And has anyone noticed how those fuul of crap assholes “rabitat 3oulama2 filastin” try to create a cease-fire everytime the army goes on the offensive.
They tell the army to wait for them to finish their negotiations, and for some reason the army does stop and wait, and allows the fighters to regroup and snipe the Lebanese soldiers.

And I think the families should be evacuated but NOT at the soldiers’ expence.

In those situation the answer is:
The army should give civilians ONE chance to get out. After that, treat the target as a pure MILITARY target, i.e, destroy it with all you have, as quickly as you can.
That’s how you protect your men, and how you build needed deterrence for the other freaks watching (i.e. Jund el Sham, Jibril’s GC etc)

They had their chance given to them, to evacuate
civilians from the camp.
Now, ask yourselves: FAI militant’s quality of
fighting is better when:
(a) he’s preoccupied with worries about the safety
of, and providing to his family, or
(b) he’s free of worries, and can allocate 100%
of his resources to fight the Lebanese army.

My dearest N
You’ll be glad to know that the army has decided to start pumping sea water into the tunnels and bunkers :>
They will flush the little fishes to sea!

the families of the terrorites are now out of the camp that means your prediction was wrong and everything you say is also wrong and everything your hero ja3ja3 says is also wrong. The only political party who is working very hard for Lebanon is The Free Patriotic Movement:FPM
