Guys,
What i suggested is the only pragmatic approach the future movement can take to keep its political work unless it wants to bow to the Syrian once again ...

I do not like that option, i am saying what are their realistic alternatives ( unfortunatelly) ...

I am against the militias .. i believe you guys should know that by now .. bass thats the sad reality after the Beirut invasion .. its a different context and sadly you can no longer fight HA politically ..

i don't know which post is worse: yours N or arze's post. We don't need no militias anymore and that includes hezbollah. God doesn't a hezb. We need a stable country with stable bases which includes a strong governmnent and a strong army. If u keep some people armed in the country you are undermining the army. Only the army and the armed security forces can carry guns and only they can defend the country. No one else.

I cant believe N you are suggesting something like that ....

Do you at least know what is really happening in beirut ?Do you have friends to tell you how its starting and why its happening ?Have you made a recent poll about the Sunnas and the Druze caught by hezbollah during the last event ? They support HA more then ever now....for the way the were treated....

Lets do a government and live in peace ! HA is a millitia but at least it never killed 200 Lebanese soldiers and burned to ground the region of the north on the opposit of Fateh el islam

wou want another sunni Militia ? who the hell do u think will fight in the sunna ? Men from Verdin? or from LAU or AUB? The sunna in beirut are educated and wealthy , they aint gonnna risk what they have for a guy named hariri and face an army that has been in actual battle facing the biggest army in the world and existing for dozens of years !

IM gonna tell you who can hariri recruit ! People from the North , pooor , illeterated , Fanatics for this one and only reason where they will fight against shiaa ! and you will make another Fateh al islam ! and we the Christian will be next when hariri will loose control again ..

Wake up man ! the funniest part is that when the events of fateh el islam was happening , you guys were posting things such as the syrians behind them (although most of them are saoudis ) and u used to call us Syrians when we said hariri behind it ! at least in that post u aknowledge that Hariri and achraf el rifi was behind that mess up !

LEt them do the goverment as per the Doha agreement ! and let us live ba2a ! keep hezbollah fighting in the south and we dancing in beirut ! the day Chebaa is back well discuss the whole thing as per the agreement !
enough uncontrolled , discusting , fanatic , militias ! the one reason i respect hezbollah is because of the fear of Sunnis militia ! because only HA can face them and the palestinians !

Hariri doesn't need to--and more than that, he should NOT--organize a militia.

But after Hezbollah and Amal took over Mustaqbal offices, Future TV and al-Sharq radio--with assault rifles, rocket-propelled grenades, etc.--then it should be Hariri's right to train a well-organized, well-disciplined private security firm. And if he asks them to secure Tariq al-Jedideh or other Sunni neighborhoods in the event of a takeover, or when their security is threatened like in the last few days, that's his business. It should not be hidden at all. They should not have rocket-propelled grenades or wear masks or shout jihadist slogans or anything. They should include in-uniform as well as out-of-uniform, professional, disciplined security personnel.

There is a HUGE difference between a private jihadist militia and a private security firm. He should be allowed to have the latter.
