Solidarity with Gaza ??
Posted by N10452I thought i wasnt hearing well, but it was on FTV and they were covering live from Bristol an event supporting the Palestinians in Gaza and what they are going through ..
Seriously among all the important and crucial issues we are dealing with today, we are worried about Palestinians in Gaza ??
Lemme rephrase that : Why are we worried about Palestinians at all ?
We all saw the solidarity they showed when Fath el Islam was killing our brave army men … they were THREATENING us ! min abou el 3aynayn wou abou el jamejim wou nzoul ..
and now 3etleneen hammoun ??
How about organizing a solidarity day with the parents of the Army martyrs ?? how about organizing a solidarity day with the poor and needy in Lebanon ?? How about organizing a solidarity day with the displaced from all over Lebanon ?? the victims of the cluster bombs etc etc etc …
I was pissed by the sight .. ken ba3ed na2iss yikoun fi chi LF representative honeek .. i truly hope there wasnt !

It’s a basic human instinct, N10452. It’s called pity, or empathy or just sympathy with kids dying of hunger and sick people dying of lack of drugs, especially when food and drugs are available yet restrained…. But of course, not all fascists have human passions.
Good lack rediscovering your human feelings.

Moment,
Why didnt they do a solidarity day for the tribes of Erythia ?? or with the endangered species in the Rain Forest ?? Or with the Chechenyan families being persecuted ??
All those have the same importance to me as what is happening in Gaza ..
Lebanon is my cause and it should be theirs wou bass !
You are the facist inconsiderate selfish one for only supporting one cause over the other .. how u like that for an asumption ??
9. Moment | January 23rd, 2008 at 9:53 pm
One can only judge oneself, one’s attitude and one’s action, before God, N10452.
“La tadoun, kay la toudan.”.
Jesus is God.
There are many Worthy Issues in the world. And I am just one Human.
I will act when I can.
Palestine is closer than Eritrea or Chechnya.
Suffering humans are more noteworthy than animals.
I will act when I can.
Are you following Jesus, N10452??
10. Rodge | January 23rd, 2008 at 9:55 pm
What is happening in Gaza now can happen to our families in Lebanon if the Syrian decided to close the border and cut all the necessary supplies.
I think we should show some solidarity with them after all there are many civilians there, among them children and women, but also they brought it to themselves when they have done the wrong choice by elveting Hamas and supporting their operations.
Now what i’m enjoying at the moment is the interview od DSG on Future, the score for now is DSG (50) – 8th of March (0).
11. Chris | January 23rd, 2008 at 10:10 pm
N10452 I don’t agree on what you wrote this time
Solidarity does not cause any harm
even if during the war we were in different camps this doesn’t mean that we should remain ennemies
especially that what is happening there in Ghaza is not human and against the Geneva Convention.
12. Irange | January 23rd, 2008 at 11:09 pm
dear N,
why u find it weired that the future party do such things. today we all know that the sunnist in lebanon have some sympathy toward what happening in Ghaza.
why do you want them to go agianst their people? why do you them to let hassan nassralah influence their basis when he talks about ghaza?
if you want to judge the futrue party judge his behavior in nahr el bared war, check how many sunnit died from the lebanese armey?
PS: Am an LFr, and am not writing what i wrote because we are allies today… it is just about politics…
How did you Dr. Geagea tonight? by the way, why i didnt read any post concerning the mannar campaing against el Hakim?
Good Night
13. Tarek | January 24th, 2008 at 12:14 am
Well when N put in that way, that we should do a solidarity day for the lebanese martyrs and actually do something for lebanese before others he is right. But still it is not a bad thing by itself to condemn what is happening in Ghaza, after all it is wrong, and second of all it would wrong to not condemn, at least politically.

15. kell shi wala GMA | January 24th, 2008 at 7:23 am
Although I also hate palestinians, we cannot as human beings keep aside and watch these things happening to civilians and not take the side of humanity at least .
Although I strongly agree with N,regarding:
QUOTE “organizing a solidarity day with the parents of the Army martyrs ?? how about organizing a solidarity day with the poor and needy in Lebanon ?? How about organizing a solidarity day with the displaced from all over Lebanon ?? the victims of the cluster bombs etc etc etc …”
We should also show solidarity with the oppressed wherever they are, being in a close-by country or accross the continents.
16. Ziad | January 24th, 2008 at 7:33 am
Totally agreed with the post. If they (Palace-tinyans) can’t go about solving their problems, why should we care about them? They have been given chances throughout the last 50+ years, and look at what they’ve done. They pollute every country they get into and keep weeping for sympathy. Well, it’s about time they get a dose of their reality and stop and think about how they can change to the better….if they ever will.
17. Michele | January 24th, 2008 at 8:04 am
Rodge tell me more abt the interview plz!
Unfortunately i fell asleep from the beginning as there is an hour difference between me and u guys.
What were ur observations? Why do u think that Hakim scored 50?
I would really like to hear from u and from Tarek if it’s possible.
18. Rodge | January 24th, 2008 at 11:00 am
Michele,
I’m sorry for not replying soon, i just saw your comment.
What i meant by 50-0, and i meant HA the most, is when he showed all the clippings from the newspapers and the documents that showed how HA was involved in internal killings and fightings with Amal, and many Army officers, he named many Army officers by names and dates that were killed by HA, and he also showed a scanned pages from Al Safir newspaper back in the 1986 about a title mentioning more than 500 killed in clashed between HA and Amal etc…
HA based his defense regarding his arms on claiming that he was never involved in the Lebanese war, and that they didn’t kill any Lebanese, whle they accused everybody of doing so.
So in this point DSG was brilliant yesterday, and i’m gonna expect lots of replies starting today.
Also he used the same method in showing the failure of Aoun and co.
What is attracting about DSG is that he uses a very good logic in showing his case, he’s so convincing in his talks.
If you want to know more, they are publishing it on lebanese-forces.com
Have a nice day and take care
19. Rodge | January 24th, 2008 at 11:02 am
Michele,
Where do u live to have an hour difference??
We all have this hour where we live, i’m in Kuwait and the interview began at about 10 pm in my timing
20. Michele | January 24th, 2008 at 11:03 am
Thanks a lot Rodge!!!!
& wish u the same!
21. Michele | January 24th, 2008 at 11:06 am
I live in Q8 too!!!!! & i fell asleep at around 11pm LT.
22. Rodge | January 24th, 2008 at 11:49 am
Ah that’s nice, so we’re in the same country here. Vey good, and i’m happy to see more and more of the Lebanese living in Kuwait enjoying a good thinking and logic in Politics among others, since until recently I used to find many Aounists here, but it seems the situation has changed now.
23. Michele | January 24th, 2008 at 12:00 pm
Thanks to me and to my preaches or shall i say my exorcism?
I’m working so hard in putting some senses in their heads… Tough work though!
And u know what’s the funny thing is that the office of Michel Aoun used to send us lot’s of CVs of Lebanese people so we could recruit here in Q8. Just to show u his hypocrisy when he says that he is against the lebanese immigration.
24. Rodge | January 24th, 2008 at 12:40 pm
yes sure, paroles paroles, that’s what Michel Aoun is. All he’s tryig to do is gaining more hopeless support. He’s trying to do the same HA did for Shias, by trying to make services for his people.
Anyway i’m a journalist here, what is your field of expertise?
25. Michele | January 24th, 2008 at 12:44 pm
Human resource, hence the recruitment!
26. Rodge | January 24th, 2008 at 1:22 pm
I advise you not to accept any Aounist in your company, it will cause headache. loooolll
Of course i’m kidding, we should all try as much as we can to help our fellow Lebanese, disregarding their religion or political opinion.
I myself have friends from all religions and political views, and i’m sure we all do.
27. Michele | January 24th, 2008 at 1:39 pm
Actually i only recruit on qualification basis…
i’m very objective at my work, my personal assistant is syrian but i trained him to become a March 14 supporter.
28. Rodge | January 24th, 2008 at 2:51 pm
That’s good Michele.
Some Syrian citizens were born as 14 March supporters, since they have suffered from their regime more than we did. I have some Syrian colleagues who spend their days cursing their regime.
Maybe i should send you some of my 8 March friends and colleagues to train them, just tell me which company.
I’m in KUNA
29. Michele | January 24th, 2008 at 3:04 pm
I’ll tell u on Sunday as i have to run out of my office as my weekend has officially started…
Wishing u all a great weekend ladies & gentlemen….

14 march have to do this , in order to show that they are with the palestinian cause , to show are they still islamic (specially the sunna in 14th march )
u know specially after all people blame Future movement to be pro American and Israeli , they had to show there support ! to pretend they are with them !!

Moment,
Imagine you r part of a family which is going through hard times and having lots of problems and ur folks are sick and dying ( b3eed el char meet marra) ..
Yet you ignore them and go organize a solidarity day with the Native Indians in the USA .. .
This is not following Jesus or whatever, this is lying to one’s self as simply as that ..
And the even worse part is that those you are supporting are the sames responsible for your destruction till today.
36. Rodge | January 24th, 2008 at 9:18 pm

I happen not to hate Palestinians, but tell me,what is Israel to do in response to rockets fired daily on civilians, women and children, the innocent population of Sderot.
I agree with N. The people of Bristol would do better to show solidarity with the poor and distressed in their own city, rather than display their ignorance of the Gaza situation.
People of Gaza, rise up and throw Hamas OUT.
The Gazans were never so well off as when they flocked to Israel in search of work and were employed and met with GOODWILL.

To our Israeli neighbors,
thin of who displaced all those palestinians from their homes and landed in Lebanon… rather than trying to appear to be victims…
43. MarxistFromLebanon | January 30th, 2008 at 2:48 pm

44. SONIA | January 31st, 2008 at 12:25 am
And who displaced the Jews who landed up in Israel?
I repeat..What is Israel to do whwn rockets are being aimed at innocent people?
The people of Sderot are victims in the present circumstance.
marxist from Lebanon,we want you to be a Good neighbour.
