Shameful quotes ..
Posted by N104521st quote :
Translation : a certain politician stated that the ‘intelligence’ meeting that occured yesterday will succeed in putting an end to the current events in Beiruts. The meeting he/she was referring to was btw the Lebanese Army, Hezbollah & amal Intelligence officers.
This quote simply is saying the army cannot handle the riots alone, is incapable, and that everyone has an intelligence and we should work with it ???
2nd quote :
Translation:
And he noted that we have two major religions in Lebanon, Christianity and Islam, and they are two interrelated cultures that complete one another.
Now isnt that the pure contradiction of all what we stood and fought for all these years ?? Isnt the principle of recognizing the difference between both cultures, recognizing pluralism in our country the basis of our LF thought ??
Now i wonder who could have spoke those absurdities and shameful quotes ??

I think you misunderstood N10452, the fact that they are two major religions is in itself the difference, if they complement each other… semantically, this means, they are different. and not opposed.

so N what is your point here?
from the way your putting this is like the man who said that is LFer, so if that is the truth what is wrong with what he said?
i am not shocked anymore to see people like you away from LF, cause you got a twisted idea on what LF is. if you were an ex-soldier in LF or if you are a follower of what LF stands for you should know very well that this is what the LF stands for, this is what all our martyrs died for, they died for all the lebanese to have a country that is one and united and not divided. we died for the 10452KM2 my friend, swo where exactly are the shameful quotes you are speaking about?
so he is saying that the LAF can’t handle the streets alone, so where is the wrong thing in this quote, if the parties don’t put limits to the partisans and help the army in minimizing the riots in the streets would that be very wrong?????????
let me ask u a question my friend: if the riots get bigger and bigger do u think that the army would be able to hold the situation? and is the situation escalated more and more to a civil war, won’t syria be the big winner in this situation? then the whole world will say that we are a people who can’t really have his own dawleh so let us finish this disturbance in the middle east and let us welcome syria back to lebanon?
that is what DSG is working against, we will have a long fight to get our country back and we are going to do it slowly like DSG said ma rah ya2souna. we are not affraid of the war my friend but war means the syrians in lebanon for ever, i hope you and others like you will understand that for one last time.
“Translation:
And he noted that we have two major religions in Lebanon, Christianity and Islam, and they are two interrelated cultures that complete one another.”
so isn’t that the truth? we are 2 major religions and we are dif. then each others but we live in one country and we are if u like it or not interrelated and we complete each others. we as LF are still working for what bashir stood for, equal rights for both religions nothing more nothing less, we do not want to through anybody in the sea cause we can’t do that and nobody can through us in the sea cause they can’t do that. we are here to co-exist and we are here to interrelate with each other and to influence each other in a positive way.
“Now isnt that the pure contradiction of all what we stood and fought for all these years ?? Isnt the principle of recognizing the difference between both cultures, recognizing pluralism in our country the basis of our LF thought ??”
can u tell me my dear N what is the things that we stood and fought for???????
when the guy said: we are to big religions and when we are ok with each others this is a grace and when we are fighting each others then we are in a big trouble. where in this whole sentence he did not say that we are 2 dif. religions? where he did not recognize the pluralism in our country? where did he made our LF thought wrong?
so know if somebody like Mr. Ali reads what u wrote he will directly say ohh.. the LF stands for war in lebanon and for division between the lebanese, witch is not true and you are doing a great job in lowering the image of the LF and what it stood for my friend. you and people like you la2tin l 3a2ideh taba3 l LF men danaba w mechyin and they think they know anything of what they are fighting for and about the LF are a big discrase for the LF and for the martyrs who gave their lifes for lebanon.
to ALI and all the people who do not know what the LF stands for i say:
we fought for our rights to exist in this country when we were being killed just because we are christians in this country, we faught for all of the lebanese against the syrians and the palestinians and lebanese who were willing to sacrifice us for the sake of the palestinians.
that area is over, we are here to stay along with other religions in lebanon to form a united lebanon and a stable, sovereign and independent one.
we will stand with every true lebanese to defend our country and we will put our hands in the hands of all the lebanese that wants also the powerful state and the powerful dawleh in lebanon.
we stand with the lebanese army as the only armed force in lebanon, who have the only right to use force to defend lebanon from threats , both domestic and foreigner.
that is who we really are, 3a2idetna lebnen l 10452KM2 sayyed horr mousta2ell w dawleh lebnenieh awiyeh w jeish wataneh bidefi3 3an trab l watan…
cheers

Georges Daher,
Yir7am mawteik ya rafi2. You said it well. Please do come back and set the record straight from time to time and sure the truth does hurt but it ought to be said.
Lately, I’m not impressed with much of what’s been going on here and I remind everyone that ‘loose lips sink ships’. Unfortunately we keep shooting ourselves in the foot by getting into matters that should be tackled with much further finesse. Yes lebanon is a country of multiple religions (not just 2) and we ought to preach multi-pluralism and co-existence. Remember also that things aren’t always what they seem. Aoun mislead many in the past by his BIG speeches (i.e. baddi kassir ras hafiz el-assad, etc) all that non-sense crap and unfortunately many applauded him. We knew that was the end of a great era.
My fellow countrymen, don’t judge a book by its cover. Evaluate them based on their results ONLY.
War is a very bad thing ………

Ali ,
WHAT IS LF PRINCIPLES????????
YOU TALK LIKE U HAVE A DEGREE IN LF PRINCIPLES…
WELL I DON’T BLAME YOU WHEN U LISTEN TO PEOPLE LIKE THE ONE WHO WROTE THIS “SHAME” THING AND U THINK THAT THEY KNOW LF PRINCIPLES.
WAHYETAK 3AL GHALEH THIS GUY DON’T KNOW A THING ABOUT LF OR IT’S STUGLE FOR A BETTER UNIFIED AND SOVEREIGN LEBANON.
NEHANA 2EMM L SABEH YA 3ALLOUSH…
BASHIR L GEMAYEL, W SAMIR GEAGEA FOUGHT FOR ALL OF THE LEBANESE WHO WANT A COUNTRY WHERE EVERYBODY HAVE HIS EQUAL RIGHTS AND DUTIES.
NOW IT’S THE TIME THAT THE TRUTH ABOUT LF IS SAID…
SNIPER: I THANK U FOR UR SUPPORT AND GOD BLESS YOU RAFI2…

Christianity and Islam are complementary, in the sense that one is everything the other is not.

georges daher
I wish all Lfers were like you or believe in your commentary (#7). In this case, we don’t have to fight and throw rocks on each others. Sadly, very few Lfers believe or have faith in what you say. Reality reflects the other way around ya georges, check previous and you’ll figure where im coming from. It seems like you guys are having hard time getting over the civil war and still living it on the daily basis. I am not saying others are better, NO, but not as mad as you guys are.
Despite the political division, the LF community is a PRO Lebanese community but was raised on the evil influence of the civil war. In order to combat these types of evils, YOU (LF LEADERS) must first combat the first type of evils like political ignorance among your youth, inability, and racism. The same applies with regard to junblatt.
At last, how is it possible to have lfers like georges daher , tareQ and all the decent guys in here? This is the challenge..
thank you for your time

Georges on your 9
2im al sabe walla 2im al binet , mich machkal. hayda kilo 7ake , wel lebneniye chatrin bil 7ake.
I dont know much about your principles ( i am not ouwatje) , but keep in mind that federalism or the division of this country has been the LF dream for so long.Obviously, it is the main principle (as far as i can see it)….
Now , are you saying that n10452 doesnt know much ???? Is this why he is always short on real debates (m3 2ino bi7arij add balad) while focusing on lebanonjon’s silly ideas?
