ya nusak
I think the elections in metn proved that your popularity has declined.
Second, you don’t represent the majority of Christians; There are 64 christian seats in parliament, you only 21 of them.
You’re just frustrated and mad Shoufkmoudc
Don’t be a hater.

This is in response to a letter to the editor (N) stating that the RABIYEH meeting is nothing but a joke !
N, it’s all in your defenition of majority . Have you ever heard the following expression?(Where am I going? Straight to the top ,sir, and nothing’s going to stop me ! ) Aoun does represent the majority of the lebanese (including christians)ppl, and he’s going straight to the top . You can say whatever you want . You can think the way you want . You can lie to yourself and beleive it , but at the end FACTS/NUMBERS proof that you’re absolutely wrong ! Stop speaking emotions and step up to reality .
Aoun is fighting for the equal right . He wants to help the lebanese people to get back on their feet rather than keeping them depedent on others all their lives. Surely 14th of march dont fight for the equal right or the lebanese unity , how are they ? when they’re ignoring 3/8 of the lebanese people (chiaa) !!! They are too busy fighting for the right of KSA by having SAAD al hariri speaking on your behalf (wlek ya 3yb al chum 3la heke ekhra )
One last advice , decide what you want before you even start the fight . WLEK (your word) for once avoid simply complaining , blaiming on others , and ask yourself ; what do you want? Aoun represents the lebanese DIVERSITY when you failed to represent your own people in METIN. Get over your anger and think positive LF-ers otherwise ; KEEP WALKING COZ AOUN IS YOUR SAVIOR !!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you

Where is that majority ?? Arent u sick of stating the same lie again and again ??
Is Skaff and his supporters Aounists ??
Is Sleiman and his supporters Aounists ?
Are the Tashnag supporters Aounists ??
What majority khayye fasserle !
Fighting for equal rights along with the lords of corruption and syrian collaboration ??
14th of March are ignoring shiites and therefore are not fighting for equal rights ???
Disarm ur freaking militia and stop SYRIANS from KILLING Us then come talk to me about equal rights ..
This whole victimization phenomenem is not working anymore .. i am glad everyone knows what Nasrallah is made of .. this filthy hypocrite person …
Shiites are victims of this man, and they are gona hit the wall if they continue supporting him ..
Fachart Saad or Jumblatt or meen ma ken ye7ke bi 2esme .. i critisize the LF when this happens and i never deny it .. bass fi fare2 ben ma koun politically weak for the moment and delivering myself to a regional player who put himself in the hands of Iran & Syria ..

“Aoun does represent the majority of the lebanese (including christians)ppl”
well Matn by-elections showed that his party is the weakest, plus I didn’t hear yet Hizbullah or Amal declaring that their candidate for Presidency is Michel Aoun.

It is a joke as much as Me3rab meeting was.
We are living in a not funny joke, with not funny jokers too.
10. mikel | August 23rd, 2007 at 8:55 am
ya 3ale
I am soooo glad you used the expression “shoot for the top”
cz that’s all he wants
He wants to get to the top no matter what, he doesn’t care if he’s with hezbollah or 14m he jst wants to be be president.
As few months ago, he was invited to KSA, and he was going to go but Ha wouldn’t let cz they knew if he went he would get paid and he would switch sides.
And is he helping the Lebanese get back on their feet by suporting the war last summer.
And I dnt think buisness owners in DT are goin 2 get back on their feet any time soon.
And were saad or walid speaking for us when we had our meating in M3rab???
ANd finally, I wanna give some props to N for the reply he gave, you hit it right on the spot man keep it up.
11. mikel | August 23rd, 2007 at 9:19 am
Aoun is fighting for equal rights??
jst like he was fighting for equal rights to decades ago??
When he wanted to be the only christian leader.
HE still has the same mentality of ” ANA AW LA A7AD”
12. Rodge | August 23rd, 2007 at 10:56 am
Aoun claimed that Rabieh meeting included the majority of Christians.
Is he right??? of course not. A little analyze will prove he’s wrong.
He said that he have the Majority of Maronites. It’s a fake claim, because the Metn by-elections proved him wrong, and gave a majority for the 14th of March people, despute the fact that many Maronites in Metn follow Michel Murr for reasons related to special interests.
He said that Miche Murr represents the Majority of Orthodox. And who said that? how can he prove that? Murr only represents some people in Metn, and other Orthodox people have nothing to do with him.
He said that Sleiman Frangieh represents the Majority of Maronites. He even can’t represent nearly half of Zghorta Maronites. He can’t win one vote outside his area.
He said Elias Skaff represents Catholics. He meant only in some areas of Zahle and the Bekaa.
The Armenians: Yes TASHNAG still have the majority of Armenians, but until when, and who can ensure they will not change their politics soon, when they feel in danger being in the opposition.
In return, 14th of March have the Majority of the Maronites and they proved it lately, and they are gaining ground day after day.
Orthodox have other representatives, mainly up in the North and in Beirut, and i think their MP in the Parliament prove who still have the majority.
Catholic are in the same position, no one is following Skaff outside Zahle and the surrounding.
So until when Aoun will go on and claim the Majority, he even can’t control his own movement, and you can ask people who are so close to his own circle, and they can tell you what is really happening between officials, and who is trying to enforce his ideas and put aside other people. Ask about what Alan Aoun, Gebran Bassil and Roy Hashim are doing to other officials, and how they are dominating everything. Michel Aoun couldn’t even saved his own daughters marriages, where 2 of them got divorced, and the third is still married because of special interests with his Gebran baby.
Last, the Majority of the Christians will be with anyone who is working for the 10452 Km, and i can see Aoun nowhere near this.

Ali,
Teslamly, can you explain to me some NUCLEAR RELATED QUESTIONS as they are too difficult to me to understand
:
1- You said that “Aoun does represent the majority of the lebanese” (after adding Michel Murr+ Skaf+ Tashnaq+…) Can I use the same formula and say that LF is the majority (after adding Kataeb+ FM + PSP +…)?!!!! at least they have double seats on both religions.
2- The meeting was in Me3rab, can you tell me where was Saad Al Hariri talking on their behalf? or even in general cases, where did you find them defending KSA rights?
3- “they’re ignoring 3/8 of the lebanese people (chiaa)” Who is destroying Chiaa houses everytime Iran or Syria decide to do so? Who is using his weapons to freighten our brothers Chiaa and make them select by FORCE and by FATAWA HA members? Who show up before every elections and threaten Chi3a “if you don’t vote to HA-Amal list then you will go to hell and will never meet Al Imam Ali…”
As you said in your last sentence: KEEP WALKING but let me add two words to it “KEEP WALKING WHILE OPENING YOUR EYES”

One reply to all of you guys!
As we look back through the previous decades , we see our lebanese ppl struggling to be treated alike. As we have seen , howeever, the new government has brought US down and shift US away from treating everone (political patries, organizations, TAWAYEF) the same toward valuing the lebanese diversity ! In other word, you are tacking us back to the civil war , where only the strong survive ! Your stubborn is going to cost us alot i.e
Dont you even deny it ! This picture determines how they react toward us as lebanese by calling our unity : KHIYENE !
SO far, aoun is the soluation cuz simply he represents our unity-diversity where the rest of you are Militia-reoginal leadres! Lets say aoun does not repreent the majority anymore (50-50 as you want it) this contribution leaves him in the fisrt place , ask me why? Its abvious , AOUN 3INDO CHA3BIYE BITSSAWILTO ALL OVER THE COUNTRY MIN CHEMLO LA JNUBO bass into ma 3indkon ! And for ksa’s right , Arent you the american ally in lebanon? So, is KSA and others , that put you in the same basket with them ,but under their control not yours! Facts and sanioura’s decisions proved it . Anyway, will you be able to survive on your won?
At last, you sould be thankfull for GMA wa 2ila MIN 7AD 3BOKRA SOURIYA BTIRJA3 3LA LEBNEN ! Wait and see!
P.S Mohammad you say :- You said that “Aoun does represent the majority of the lebanese” (after adding Michel Murr+ Skaf+ Tashnaq+…) Can I use the same formula and say that LF is the majority (after adding Kataeb+ FM + PSP +…)?!!!! at least they have double seats on both religions.
And i ask you the following : what do you call the TAFELO7 ROUBA3I BACK IN 05? Lek truth must prevail at the end .
Thank you guys ! I would like to more specific bass ba3den bissir al comment tawil w ma 7adan byi2ra !

Ali,
Ta7elof Robae3y!!!!! Howe 3atana MPs in North? or Beirut? or….
This idiot agreement prevented march 14 from gaining 2/3 of the parliment and gave HA-Amal seats wala b a7lemon b shofowa (1 seat in beirut, 2 seats in Saida, WHOLE SEATS OF SOUTH….).
Please listen to me this time: prepare yourself to live with the idea that your GMA is just an MP because HE WILL NEVER BE A PRESIDENT! This will minimize the shock that you will get later.
Thanks 3aloush.

I forgot to tell u that the 20% votes of the Armenians in Metn (4 Amin) had to be 10% or maximum 15%.In this 20% there are a lot of women who support Aoun-Tashnak ,but becuz of Pierre they voted for Amin 3amin ,and ma baddi e7ke 3an el za3bara.I bet you that in the next Metn elections 95% of the Armenians will vote 4 Aoun-Tashnak-Murr ,after wut Amin and Gaby said.
And Mohammad u’re so smart ,ya 7abibe ma3ak khabar enno bel jnoub ou bil b2a3 ha-amal are able to win the elections ,alone, in any time .I will ask u sumthn :How did Robert Ghanem become an MP?How did Walid Jonblatt become an mp??How did Antoine Zahra become an MP?Boutros 7arb?Oghassapian?Jerejian?Turk-sarkissian?Kassarjian?and others….These people don’t even represent the 40% in their sects. And all of them became MP’s.Wut do u think about this ya mo7ammad? And n10452 ,did u read any stats about Metn by-elections??59% of the mjannassin voted for Amin …So ur wrong as always.
And we would have been more interested in Bashir’s accomplishments and history ,but when u stick his posters on every wall in the christian quarters and tattooing the LF cross on the walls ,we will start to dislike u(LF).
And I will tell u something about Aoun:In Metn Murr-Tashnak will lose without Aoun,in Bekaa Skaff will lose without Aoun,in Zgharta Frangieh will lose without Aoun.So Aoun is an indispensable ally for Tashnak,Murr,Skaff and Frangieh, therefore he has a vital role. And when we say Aoun 4 president ,we mean HA,Amal,Karame, the other pro-syrians,Tashnak-Murr,Frangieh,Skaff,Wakim,Arslan,and co represented by General Aoun.Which means 60% of Lebanon wants Aoun for president. When u say Nassib La7oud ,we see a man who failed in the Parliamental elecions and a Saudi agent. When u say Boutros 7arb ,we see a guy who dies his hair, who thinks he’s the president already, visits Bkerki twice in a week and gives his opininion to the press in every single occassion ,like he’s so important.Who r the other 14-ers ‘ candidates???

Sokhoushmoush,
I was answering ALi regarding Ta7elof Robe3y, this is why I mentioned South… I know HA-Amal used to win in the south, because nobody strong was against them. Ta7elof Robe3y prevented 14march from having any candidate in south (even in Jezin). So my answers to Ali were concerning that.
As for the MP that you mentioned, If you don’t think that they represent, OK, hene tel3o in the same way your new candidate (I dont know his name because he is very famous) tele3 last month bl maten
