N, you have all the right to be annoyed. Personally I gave up regarding this country. These people are getting what they deserve ..

We never had any good out of this army. We pay millions in taxes for the silly dubbat to get a sun-tan and drive fancy cars. The army let us down in numerous occasions, 58,69,73,75 and the jabal war when they left us alone in Bhamdoun against the armies of the Moghuls and Tattar. The only time this army fought was in 2 disasterous wars in Tahrir and Ilgha.Never did this army protect us from Israel,PLO,Syria and now Hizbulla thugs.Charecters like Aoun and Lahoud came out of this army why would Sleiman be better.
    Welcome to Hizbullaland !

we don“t need to love M.Sleiman, but we should not hate him.the army failed always it is true, but he made good work in nahr el bared , and was sufficient in Beirut.

now, sleiman must prove his ability as president.

I personally am not happy at all abt Sleiman as if we never learned from z past!!! Fouad Chehab, Aoun, Lahoud n now Sleiman.

Military men can never be presidents in a democratic country!

Tarek, it makes me sad every time i read ur posts; don’t lose faith in ur country!
I understand that u want to leave n work abroad which is perfectly legitimate but don’t give up on Lebanon coz Lebanon needs people like u!!!!

Anyway i wish u all z best luck n hope one day we can all come back to Lebanon!
